Klaus POV

I was scared, yes I great big bad hybrid Klaus Mikealson was scared, I felt so useless watching the light of my life fade into nothing as Mikael was going to kill her, right in front of me and I could do nothing about it, as I was frozen in shock, paralysed.

"You really thought you could get rid of me, boy. You are nothing but an abomination. I have come back and I am going to take everything from you. Starting from her" he said pointing to my Caroline who had Mikael's hand in her chest.

"She would be grateful to me, even thankful to be dead and not see you every day of her pathetic life" Mikeal said as he ripped her heart from her chest and came at me with blinding speed as all went black.

I woke up sweating and gasping for air and reached my hand out to pull Caroline lose to me but all I got was a cold bedsheets and a empty bed. At first I was furious, how could she do this to me, I had told her I would not be able to let go of her, but she still still left me.

I decided to get out of my thoughts and focus on the bright side, which was very hard since the light of my life had left me. I focused on not jumping to conclusions and decided that she must have gone downstairs to cook breakfast.

I decided to take a shower in her room and was very glad that her secent engulfed me the whole time, it made me calm down instaintly. I was only in a towel covering the lowe part of body when I entered (more like sneaked into) my room and found katerina sitting on my bed examing her nails.

"Klaus, never thought you would do the walk of shame" she said smirking which further spoiled my mood.

"What are you doing here, Katerina, aren't you supposed to be warming my brothers bed" I asked her with a annoyed look.

"I am not a heater, Klaus, he can warm his own bed, and to answer your question I am here to talk about your....umm..activities of last night" she said with her famous 'Kathrine pierce' smirk despite it being uncomfortable for her.

"Caroline is like my sister, hell she is my sister, the only one ever to show love and affection to me, her light shines to bright for the likes of you, but you make her happy so I tolerate you" she began.

"I guess what I am really trying to say is that" she pauses "if you hurt her I wont hesitate to find a white oak stake and kill you, I will torture you first, a lot, then kill you" she said with a serious expression.

I was angry that she thought she could hurt me but was a little comforted at the fact that Caroline had friends that could and would die for her.

Katherine then walked out of the room without another glance and I proceeded to change into clothes when I realized that I had been half naked In front of her.

When I went downstairs I saw that there was a huge argument going between two sides and it sounded very serious. On one side were Silas, Stefan, Kol and Katherine and on the another side were Elijah, Freya, Hayley and Rebekah.

I went in between of them and shouted "What the bloody Hell is going on here, this is not the time to be fighting amongst ourselves, now tell me what you all are fighting about".

"These bloody wankers are accusing us of kidnapping Caroline, I mean why in the bloody hell would we do that Nik, and I cant believe you are a part of this" she said pointing at Stefan.

"I am not saying anything, Bekah, Silas felt Caroline's pain, he is her father, he knows these things, you are the one backing up Hayley " Stefan began.

"I don't care if it is you or the bloody world, I would always back up Caroline and my family" Stefan finished with a angry gleam in his eyes.

"So what you all are telling me is that Caroline is missing, MY CAROLINE and you are sitting here putting blame on each other rather than searching for" I almost screamed at the top of my lungs. I felt stupid, thinking that she had left me, how paranoid I had become that I started mistrusting the love of my life.

"Even Kol has turned on us brother, he is with them, those cursed Mystic Falls Gang" Rebekah said and looked at Kol with a heated glare who returned her glare with one of his own.

"I am not turning my back on my family bekah, I am turning my back on Hayley, that Were-slut was always out for Caroline, she snapped her neck in a bathroom" Kol said with a furious expression.

Then suddenly Silas collapsed and screamed out in great agony, and Kol speeded to him and knelt down.

"She is being tortured, she just showed me pictures of where she is being kept, and you will not believe me who is torturing her" he said with an angry but pained expression.

"Who is it?!" I asked but in the back of my mind I knew only one person could be doing doing this.

"Mikael" Silas said and everyone's expression dropped as I felt all of my suspicions were true, my worst nightmare was turning true and I had never been more scared.

"They are in the Cemetery" he said but all I could think about was the blinding pain she must be going through.
