The Same day

I put on my suit jacket, as my mind wandered to Gianna. There is something wicked going on in her mind which she isn't telling me, Why she was  so desperate for me to be there?

I sighed and picked up my phone from nightstand and called Derek, he is our band manager and also a trained dog of Gianna.

"Hello?"

"Derek, What's gonna happen tonight?" I shoot straight the question to him without beating around the bush.

"W-What are you talking about, I don't know anything." He said strutting.I smirked because I knew how to control Gianna's dog.

"Oh really, then I guess I have to tell Gianna about where exactly you were, when the scandal happened with me in Cali? I am sure she would be intrigued about it." I said with a smirk.

"Miles, I seriously don't know what are you talking about?" He said in a pleaded voice, but I knew the truth that he knows and also he is a hard nut to crack. So, I played my last card.

"Fine then, I gave you last chance but I guess you don't deserve it. So, Goodbye I guess, I don't know if I would see you next time or not after I tell everything to her." I said in a serious voice.

"Wait...." He said desperately on the other side and a smile graced my face.

"I just know that Gianna also invited the model whom with your photos got leaked when you were fucking her in the back alley in California, to make an announcement of you two dating, to recuperate the damaged image of Company. That's all I know." He said submissively.

I gritted my teeth in anger because I knew Gianna can be a bitch sometimes but this, this is totally a betrayal, for which I won't forgive her  and I definitely won't let her accomplish her plan. Noone can control my life.

On the other end, Derek was ranting continuously to not bring his name into this. "Shut up, I won't tell her." I said in anger and hung up.

"Fuck, fuck, fuck." I cursed loudly and walked out of my apartment in a burning rage. I decided not to go to the event because I am done with this shit. I am done with her.

I reached to my parking lot, when my phoned started ringing. I looked at the screen and decided to ignore it. I will deal with him later. My phone started ringing again. Why don't these people leave me alone when I need to be alone?

"What?" I barked at him. I knew he didn't deserve my anger but only he is here to face my wrath.

"Woah, easy there. What is the matter with you? I came to pick you up here, but the valet said you have already left. You should have told me before, that you wanted to go by yourself." Nash said calmly.

"Fuck you,' Can you please tell this for me to that bitch." I said while fuming with anger.

He chuckled and asked me, "Okay, I would tell her that but only if you will tell me the reason for your outburst."

I sighed and told him everything. After I finished, he said, "Wow, she is a bitch and totally deserves your wrath because the thing you hate most in this world is betrayal and I am at  your side this time. Because she can't mess with our life however she can. But I wanted to ask you a question, How are you gonna stop her when you will not be present in the event? She can do anything and you won't be even  there to stop her."

I pulled on my breaks and stopped the car with a jerk. For the first time in his life, he was right, what would I achieve by not being there? I started the engine of my car and took a U-turn.

"I will be waiting there for you." Nash said before hanging up and I could hear the smile in his voice.

I reached to the event and handed my car keys to the valet as I got out. I spotted Nash immediately, looking into his phone with a frown. I reached to him  and tapped on his shoulder, he looked up at me and grinned.

"Let's go." He said and I nodded.

We entered inside and I could feel everyone's gaze on us. I smirked knowing the effect we have on other people.I looked ahead and spotted Cole and Nico. They were talking to some chicks and one of them was wearing a red outfit, her back was facing me. But I can definitely say that she was a good catch, by looking at her hourglass figure.

I reached behind the women in the red dress and that's when she turned around and knocked me out completely. She had her eyes closed and was holding her breath. Like she knew that who was standing behind her. She opened her eyes slowly and warm brown eyes looked back at me, a shudder went through my body, when her eyes pierced back into mine.

Although, I don't believe in big words like, Fate and Destiny, but this time I wanted to, because infront of me, was standing the same girl whom I have met at the Concert night. There was recognition in her eyes, when she looked at me and I knew she was also thinking about the same.

"Hello, Myself Miles Cartwright  and you are?" I introduced myself with a smirk, knowing fully well that she knows who I am.
