"GOA??" said Sonakshi in surprise & glee as she looked at Dev who had a smile etched on his face, he had replayed this exact moment many times in his mind ever since he had decided to surprise Sonakshi with this gift, he remembered how she had once expressed her desire to visit this place with her loved ones at least once before getting married but at that time she had not expected her desire to be fulfilled so quickly and that too by the person whom she had come to love the most in this world. Dev kept looking at Sonakshi who was staring at him waiting for his answer, but his vision was fixed on the happiness that was etched on her face and the smile playing on her lips. Her happiness was making him immensely happy as well, it was as if all the wait for so many days for revealing the surprise to her and watch her reaction to it was worth it.

"Dev...You did not answer me" said Sonakshi a bit louder this time as he came out of his reverie and spoke "Sonakshi, you remember you had said to me that you wanted to visit Goa once before getting married, so this is that. Three weeks from now we both along with our friends and siblings would go to goa for a 3-day trip. Did you like the surprise?" he asked, though the glee on her face clearly showed her happiness he wanted to hear it from her. The next moment Sonakshi leapt on to Dev, wounding her arms around his neck she kissed him with all the love and passion she had for him, Dev was taken aback for a second but after a few moments responded to her with equal fervour. After what seemed like an eternity both came out of the kiss as Sonakshi hid her face in his chest as he hugged her into his protective cocoon.

"Thank you, Dev...Thank you for everything" she mumbled across his chest as Dev spoke "Sona...How many times do I tell you not to thank me for anything that I do for you" he said as she tightened her hug and spoke "You know, you should be called Mr.Surprise Dixit instead of Dev Dixit" as he smiled. After a few moments Dev spoke "Papa..." he said as Sonakshi suddenly got alerted and came out of hug and looked around for her father but did not find anyone as the next second Dev burst out laughing as Sonakshi folded her arms across her body with a frown but seeing him laugh brought a smile on her face as well.

"Sonakshi, you should see how scared you looked" Dev said trying to calm down as Sonakshi held his ear in mock anger while he screamed in pain "Sona, it's hurting. Please leave me, I am sorry na baba" he pleaded as she left his ear while he rubbed it to reduce the pain, seeing him Sonakshi felt bad and mentally scolded herself, she moved towards him and slowly rising on her toes she kissed his cheeks and moved to the ear which she pulled and kissed it but the next moment she bit it as Dev let out a scream "Ouch" as Sonakshi started laughing out loud as Dev shook his head seeing the childish side of her. He then informed her that he had already taken permission from her family and that their siblings would join them as well as Sonakshi fell in love all over again with the man standing in front of her. Quickly pecking her lips and wishing her once again he left as Sonakshi slowly tiptoed back into her house and called it a night, the smile on her lips never leaving thinking about the day that had gone by as she slowly drifted into the land of nod.

"It's such a lovely weather Dev" said Sonakshi as she stood with Dev wounding her around his outside the DABOLIM Airport in Goa, the weather was cloudy and pleasant. Three weeks had passed since Sonakshi's birthday and as decided they were at Goa along with their siblings, it was late on a Saturday morning when they had arrived. Avni and Jatin along with the sisters had left for the Villa which Dev had booked for them, Ranveer and Neha had arrived the previous evening.

Suddenly someone closed Sonakshi's eyes with her hands from behind "Whose, whose it?" said Sonakshi as Dev chuckled looking at the person who spoke "Guess who it is?" she said as Sonakshi thought hard, she felt she had heard the voice before, in a few moments she realized who it was "Drishti?" she said as the person removed her hands while Sonakshi turned to look at her and was left surprised. Standing before her was her childhood friend Ritwik along with his fiancée Drishti. The next moment Sonakshi engulfed the two into a hug, coming out of the hug she spoke "Wow...What a pleasant surprise, what are you guys doing here?" she asked, the surprise evident in her tone.

"It's not a surprise dear, Dev had planned all this" said Ritwik as Sonakshi looked at Dev who had a sheepish look on his face "Dev???" said Sonakshi looking at him as he spoke "Sona...I said right, your friends will be joining as well. And moreover after 10 days we have our engagement, so I thought it would be good bachelorette party for all us before we get engaged" he said Sonakshi smiled, everyday she was seeing one or the other new shade of him and she was loving it. The car arrived as they loaded their luggage in it and left for the Villa where the others were waiting for them. It was early afternoon when they had arrived after which they had freshened up. After finishing their lunch, they decided to rest for a while before meeting after a couple of hours. The girls had occupied 3 rooms, two located on the ground floor while one on the first floor while the boys occupied 2 of the 3 rooms on the first floor.

A couple of hours later the boys came down and engaged themselves in some beach volleyball. The Villa was located by the sea side and had an attached private beach overlooking the sea where a small court for beach volleyball was marked out. Dev was about the serve the ball when his eyes fell on someone as the ball came down and hit his hand. Seeing Dev looking lost the others turned to direction Dev was looking at and even their mouths fell open. Standing before them were their girlfriends, each donning a beach wear making them look mesmerising as girls looked at each other with a known grin on their faces.

Dev's eyes never left Sonakshi for a moment. Donning a baby pink tube top above which she had worn a black transparent shrug to go along with a baby pink hot short, she looked alluring to his eyes. It was the first time he had seen her in such an avatar. The case was no different with the other boys as well. The girls went in front of their boys and snapped their fingers in front of them which brought them out of their trance.

"You look mesmerising" said Dev looking at Sonakshi as the blood rose in her cheeks forming a blush, he moved the strand of hair on her face and quickly stole a kiss as her cheeks reddened more. She raised her head to look at Dev as her breathe hitched for a moment, Donning a blue boxer along with a black vest his rippling muscles were clearly visible. The sweat on his arms and face making him look hotter as Sonakshi controlled the desires which were rising in her mind, chiding herself for losing control before him always.

"Let's play a game of volleyball, Girls vs boys" said Riya as everyone agreed, since the boys were less than girls Nikki joined them as they started the game. The game was going along nicely and was on a knife's edge, the scores were level and whoever won the next point would determine the winner. Jatin served the ball, Dev kept looking at Sonakshi who had, a mistake which he would realise only later. Sonakshi looked at him and blew a kiss and winked at him as Dev was lost for a moment and the next second the ball hit him.

"Yayy, We won...We won" the girls shouted as Dev came out of his trance and looked at his team who were glaring at her "No...No this is cheating...Sonakshi cheated" he said trying to defend himself as she replied "When did I cheat Dev?"  she asked innocently as he replied "You..." he said but stopped the next moment knowing if he said the truth then they would be embarrassed as hell as he kept quiet while the girls danced in victory. After a few moments everyone went to their rooms to freshen up, but Dev quickly held Sonakshi's hand and took her aside.

"What was that?" he asked looking at her as she replied innocently "What did I do Dev?" she said as Dev knew she was playing with her, the next moment he smashed his lips on her as they engaged themselves exploring each other's body. After a few moments they came out of the kiss as Dev spoke "This was the punishment for doing what you did in the game" he said in husky voice as Sonakshi blushed, pushing him aside she ran to her room while Dev fell on the sofa laughing looking at his bae, after a few moments he left for his room to freshen up.

It was around 8 in the evening when everyone had gathered in the garden, since everyone was tired they had decided to spend the night at the Villa and ordered food as no one were in the mood of cooking. They had set-up a bonfire around which everyone was seated, the quietness of the moonless night was broken by their talks as Ranveer went to get something from his room, coming back to the place where the group was settled he started playing his guitar with Neha sitting by his side as everyone quietened down listening to him play the guitar, a smile formed across Dev's face as it was one of his favourite tune that Ranveer was playing, suddenly Ritwik got up and pulled Drishti along with him as both danced to the tune as everyone looked on with a smile on their face seeing the love birds lost in each other.

"Dev, why don't you sing?" said Avni as Ranveer continued playing the tune while right at that moment Sonakshi who was sitting beside Dev looked at him in surprise, she never knew neither did he tell her that he could sing. "Avni, you know how my singing is. Everyone would run away from here if they hear me sing" he replied trying to deny her request as she spoke "Now you are fishing for compliments Dev. Everyone here knows how well you sing, so stop doing your drama and sing. Right Riya and Nikki" she said looking at the sisters who nodded their heads vigorously agreeing to her as Sonakshi kept looking at Dev wondering what new she would find out about her future partner. Jatin meanwhile asked Avni for a dance which she happily obliged to just as Dev slowly started singing

As both Jatin and Ritwik twirled around their partner Sonakshi tightened her hand with Dev's, she was completely lost in his voice, never had she expected to Dev sing so well but seemed like she was still unknown to many hidden qualities of her boyfriend as Dev continued...

As Dev finished the song everyone Ranveer stopped playing the guitar as well while everyone broke into a huge applause for the duo, all through the song Sonakshi had not left Dev's hand. In fact, as the song progressed her grip had tightened on his hand as if she was not ready to let go of him.

"Wow Dev never knew you could sing so well. That was fabulous" said Ritwik and Drishti simultaneously as Jatin added "Sona, you never told about this talent of Dev" he said as Sonakshi muttered under her breathe for telling you Firstly I should be knowing that he sings, Obodhro never told me that he could sing so well. I just want to kiss him so hard and tell him how good he was. Oh god Sona, get a hold of yourself girl. But how can I when the man in front of me, my Dev makes me go weak on my knees. So, lost was she that she did not hear Riya calling her out "Bhabhi...Bhabhi... are you lost?" she asked as she came out of her trance "Huh...no...nowhere" she stammered as everyone chuckled seeing her befuddled state while Dev looked at her quizzically.

"I guess Bhabhi was so lost in Bhaiya's song that she did not hear us" teased Nikki as Sonakshi ducked her head to hide the blush while Avni spoke "But Sonakshi tell us how you found Dev's singing" she asked as Sonakshi gazed into Dev's eyes and said "It was beautiful" as the next moment the sisters along with the girls started hooting as Sonakshi hid herself into Dev's arms who himself was embarrassed. As the commotion died down they heard the door bell ringing as Ranveer and Ritwik went to answer it knowing that the food had arrived while the sisters along with Avni, Neha and Jatin left as well to set up the dining table for the dinner leaving the lovebirds alone.

"It was beautiful Dev, you never told me that you sing so well" said Sonakshi as everyone left "There's a whole lifetime left for us to know each other Sonakshi. And moreover, it's always fun to know about your partner slowly to keep the spark in the relationship alive" he said and winked as Sonakshi quickly stole a kiss, something she badly wanted to do ever since Dev had finished the song. Getting up both proceeded inside the house to join others for the dinner. The dinner table was filled with fun and laughter as everyone finished their food and called it a night.

It was a couple of hours past midnight when Dev walked down from his room for filling up the water in the jug, walking into the kitchen he filled it up. As he walked back and was about to enter his room which was located on the first floor his eyes fell on the veranda, in front of which the garden was located. He could see someone's silhouette, keeping the jug on the table he moved towards the veranda to see who it was, as he moved towards the person he could make out who it was, as he neared he could hear light snivels which surprised him. He put his hand on the shoulder of the person who turned to look at him and one look at the face of person stunned him as he spoke.

"SONA.... WHAT's THE MATTER? WHY ARE YOU CRYING?
