"DEV DIXIT, HOW DARE YOU? YOU ARE GONE. YOU ARE GONNA HAVE A HARD TIME, VERY HARD INDEED" thought Sonakshi, so lost was she in her thoughts & jealousy due to the scene unfolding before her that she did not hear Avni calling her out from the past few seconds.

"Sonakshi.... Sonakshi..." said Avni louder this time as she finally came out of her thoughts "Huh" she said and turned towards Avni who spoke "Where are you lost Sonakshi?" she asked as Sonakshi replied "No...Nothing...I mean nowhere" she fumbled as a small smile formed on both Jatin and Avni's face, they exactly knew what was going through her mind.

"Come let's join them" said Avni and before Sonakshi could respond she pulled her as the trio made their way towards the table where Dev was sitting with others.

"Hey Guys, can we join you?" asked Avni as they reached the table as Reena replied, "Of Course guys, please make yourself comfortable" she said with a smile as Jatin pulled up three chairs and the trio settled down, Jatin was seated beside Avni's left side while Sonakshi sat on her right side. The seating arrangement was such that Dev was sitting exactly opposite to Avni and Sonakshi while on his right sat Reena.

Dev looked at Sonakshi with a bright smile, it was the first time he was seeing her after the last night, he winked at her but all he received was a deathly glare and then she turned her face away from him towards the others which clearly surprised him. He was continuously staring at her when she glanced at him as smiled once again but was again met with the same reaction as his confusion increased. He was unable to understand her reaction, here he was hoping to spend some time with her before she leaves for the outdoor shooting but seemed like his BAE was royally ignoring him, while the others placed their order for the lunch.

After a few moments their food arrived as everyone munched on to it, but Dev had little attention towards his food, he picked out his phone started messaging.

D: Hi Sonakshi😍💕😘

He saw Sonakshi looking at her phone as it beeped with his message and waited for her reply but there was none. He messaged again.

D: Love, What's the matter? Why do you seem upset?😟🤔

Sonakshi saw the message as a light blush formed on her cheeks reading he first word which Dev did not miss but the very next moment it was replaced by a frown.

S: Don't talk to me? 😠

D: But I am not talking to you, I am messaging you😀😀😂

S: 😡😡😡

D: Accha Baba, now don't get angry. Tell me why are you upset? 🙂🙏

S: Go to hell😡

D: Arey, but what did I do now? 😟😟And anyways with you I am ready to go to hell as well Dear💕😘💘

S: Very cheesy Mr. Dixit, Try something else😏😖

D: Mr. Dixit???? 😯😯💔

S: Wait not Mr. Dixit, in fact OBHODRO, yes you are a OBODHRO😝😡😛

D: OBODHRO??? Now what's that???😟🤔🤔

S: Talk to me when you find the meaning of it. Now let me finish my lunch.😠

D: A cup of coffee in the evening??🙏😀

S: No...I need to pack for the outdoor shoot.😐

D: Please Sonakshi just for an hour🙏😟😟😿

S: Your puppy face is not going to work this time Mr. OBODHRO😡👿

Suddenly they heard Avni and Jatin cough at the same time looking towards them as both came out the world of their phone and looked everywhere but at them, after a few moments they got back to having their lunch, one thing Dev could understand in the brief conversation with Avni that Sonakshi was upset with him but he could not understand why was it so, suddenly an idea struck him.

He removed the shoe on his right foot with the help of his left one and slowly moved it towards Sonakshi's leg under the table, he caressed her leg with his foot as he looked at Sonakshi with a naughty smile on his face but there was no reaction from Sonakshi except an occasional glare at him. Suddenly his phone buzzed with a message.

AVNI: That's my leg, you IDIOT😜😂🤣🤣

As soon as he read the message he pulled his leg back as Avni chuckled looking at his expressions. "What's the matter Avni? Why are you laughing?" asked Jatin seeing her laugh while Dev was mentally praying that his friend does not tell him the actual reason for it, she had this habit of embarrassing him in the weirdest situations and this was one of them.

"Nothing Jatin, just remembered a joke" she said as right at that moment Sonakshi said "Then share it with us Avni, even we will get to laugh" as Avni looked at Dev who was moving his head indicating her to not tell it.

"It's nothing Sonakshi, I will tell you some other time" she said as everyone got back to finishing their lunch, but Dev had not given up. He once again tried his luck and moved his foot and caressed Sonakshi's leg hoping that this time he would not mess up. Suddenly he could see Sonakshi's eyes widen looking at him and he at once knew he had hit the mark as he rubbed his foot on her leg faster while Sonakshi mind was completely blank unable to understand what to do, goosebumps erupted on her skin as Dev did that, but the next moment she moved her leg and stamped Dev foot with full force.

"Ouch" yelled Dev as Sonakshi did that while she gave him an evil grin "What happened Dev?" asked Reena keeping her hand on his which Sonakshi did not miss, her anger which was subsiding a bit returned as she glared at Dev who was trying to find an excuse so that he does not get embarrassed before others.

"Nothing.... Nothing Reena" he said and continued "I just bit a chilli unknowingly" he finished hoping that no one would catch his bluff, just at that moment Sonakshi said "You should be careful Mr. Dixit, chilli's can burn your throat. Never mess with them, you should be knowing that" she said with a hint of sarcasm and smirked as Dev glared at her wondering about the hidden message while she just ignored him. The rest of the lunch was finished over some small talks, after which everyone returned to their work.

The rest of the afternoon passed with everyone busy with their work. Dev was caught up with his meetings hence could not meet Sonakshi but had decided that no matter what he would speak to her in the evening and know why she was upset. He had finished his meeting just in time to catch Sonakshi who was about to leave for her home, he called her out but she just ignored him and left. She was still angry with what had transpired in the afternoon while Dev on the other hand was left clueless and sad that she did not respond, just then someone tapped him.

"Hey Buddy, what happened? Why do you look sad?" asked Avni looking at Dev.

"Avni, do you know why Sonakshi is upset?" he said directly coming to the point as Avni asked "Why, Why do think she is upset?" as Dev replied "I don't know, she's been avoiding me from the afternoon, I tried to speak to her but she is just ignoring me" he said sadly

"Yes, I know why she is upset" said Avni as Dev looked at her surprised "You know? Then please tell me what's it Avni?" he asked but Avni just turned away and started moving towards her cabin as Dev asked again "Avni, please" he pleaded "What do I get in return?" she asked with an evil grin on her face.

"Whatever you want, now please tell me?" he asked her once again "Hmm, What I want I will ask later. Now listen why she is upset" said Avni and told him why Sonakshi was upset as Dev slapped his head.

"Oh my god, I did not even realize it. But I never knew Sonakshi would think so. Avni please tell me how do I convince her?" he asked her help.

"That you will have to figure out Dear" she said and went towards her cabin as Dev scratched his head wondering how to convince Sonakshi, he had to do it today itself as Sonakshi along with others would leave in the night itself to the resort for the next 3 days and he did not how he would spend those without talking to her given that she was angry on him, he had to think of something quickly as suddenly an idea struck him, he went towards Avni's cabin and spoke to her about his plan.

"Not bad buddy, not bad at all. Love is making you do all sort of things" she said as Dev ruffled his hairs, love was definitely making him do things which he would have never expected of himself. He just hoped that it would work.

"What Maa, is it true?" asked Asha surprised as Nani replied, "Yes Asha, it's true Jatin and Avni love each other" she said as Asha was still trying to get to terms with the news. Jatin and Avni had informed their respective grandmothers about their reconciliation and had asked for some time before revealing it before the family but Nani could not stop herself from sharing this news with her daughter.

"In fact, they love each other for the past six years" said Nani as Asha was left surprised once again. "How, when...I mean tell me clearly Maa" said Asha as Nani replayed the love story of Avni and Jatin, how they fell in love during their college and then the subsequent separation. And then meeting after six years to finally reconciling with each other.

Asha slapped her head in frustration as she heard from Nani the reason behind the break up "Is Jatin mad or what? How could he ever think that he was a burden on us. Maa, believe me neither Bijoy or me have ever considered Jatin and Elena as outsiders, in fact they are our children just like Sonakshi or Saurabh" she said, sadness clearly visible in her voice and eyes. She was disappointed that Jatin felt he was an outsider.

"I know Asha, in fact I had scolded Jatin as well when he said this to me" said Nani as Asha replied "Let him come back, I will take his class. How dare he think like that" said Asha as Nani chuckled, she knew Jatin would have a hard time from her daughter.

"Not now Asha, let him tell about his relationship to everyone, you can scold him after that" said Nani as Asha nodded in agreement, suddenly an idea stuck her.

"Maa, why don't we have the engagement of both set of kids together, it will be such a happy occasion" Asha suggested as Nani smiled.

"That's not a bad idea Asha, but before that the kids should agree. Anyways let me talk to Nirmala about it tomorrow. I am sure she will be as excited as us" said Nani as Asha agreed to her after which both went to the kitchen to prepare the Dinner.

Around 8 in the night everyone from the AD shooting group was to leave for the resort which was situated on the outskirts of the city. Avni had arranged the transport for everyone from their homes as the resort was situated on the outskirts of the city. Avni had called up Sonakshi and informed them that she will pick her and Jatin from their place as Sonakshi agreed to it.

But Sonakshi was in no mood to leave for the resort, she was sad that she could not speak to Dev the whole day and part of the reason was herself, she felt she did overdo the ignoring business in her anger and now was feeling bad that she did that even though he had tried to talk to her. She called him on his mobile but he did not pick it up as her sadness increased. She felt he was ignoring her now. She kept looking at her phone in the hope Dev would call but he never did. After some time, Asha called Sonakshi informing that the car had arrived to pick her up.

As Sonakshi came down, she looked around for Jatin but he was nowhere "Maa, Jatin Kahan hai?" she asked as Asha replied in a negative telling her that she did not know about it.

Sonakshi came out to inform the Avni about it just as her phone buzzed "Avni, I was just coming out. Actually, Jatin has gone out somewhere and I don't know where he is" she said as she picked the call which was none other than Avni's.

"Sonakshi, Jatin is with me" replied Avni as Sonakshi was surprised while Avni continued "I am sorry, I forgot to inform you. It was Jatin's plan that we spend some time together before going to the resort so I came along with him. I hope you don't mind" she finished.

"No problem at all Avni, but how do I go then to the resort" asked Sonakshi as Avni replied "The car is there for that purpose Sonakshi and don't worry about being alone. The Driver is trustworthy" she said as Sonakshi agreed to her, asking them to enjoy their time together she cut the call. After bidding her family she sat in the car sadly, all alone missing Dev more than ever.

As she sat on the back seat she saw a bouquet of her favorite while lilies as she picked it up and read the small note written on it "MISS ME MY LOVE, YOUR's DEV" it said as fresh tears sprang from her eyes reading it, how she wanted to be with him right now in his arms away from the world.

The driver who was looking at the inside rear-view mirror saw her cry as he asked, "Any problem Ma'am, why are you crying?"

For a moment Sonakshi was surprised, she felt she had heard the voice before, she looked up into the mirror as a pair of eyes were revealed to her, it was a pair of known eyes as slowly the face of the driver was revealed as well and only one word escaped her mouth at that moment.

"DEV...."
