Its Friday and I am back with the next update😀😀😀.

"WE WANT ALL OF YOU TO BE A PART OF THIS AD AND ACT IN IT"

As soon as Avni said that everyone was caught by surprise except Dev and Sonakshi who were shocked to the core while Jatin seemed unaffected for he knew Avni's decision beforehand. Avni could sense the shock/surprise coupled with the questioning look on everyone's face.

"I know every one of you is surprised with this sudden decision, but let me assure you it is a well thought out one" she said, though she did not have to justify her decision yet she did that especially for Dev since she had not discussed about it with him.

"Avni, what exactly is this AD about, can we get some more information about it" asked Gauri, the excitement on her face palpable.

"Well, we will actually run a marketing campaign for our Airlines in a few days and this AD will be a part of it. In fact, it will be a series of 3 to 4 ADs that will be shot and we want to shoot this before the campaign is launched" Avni replied as everyone absorbed the information.

"So, will we have some celebrity as well for this AD" asked Payal dreamily as everyone chuckled seeing her enthusiasm expecting a celebrity to be a part.

"Well, no unfortunately or rather fortunately there would be no celebrity who will be a part of this" Avni said as Payal's face fell a bit she was about to ask why it was but before she could Reena asked the same question "But why would be that? I mean it's common to have a celebrity promoting any brand, Isn't it?"

"That's a very good question" it was Jatin who replied and continued "In fact I did have the same question as well when I started working for this campaign. So, I guess I can answer your question" said Jatin looking towards Avni who nodded at him with a smile gesturing you to go ahead.

"You see as employees of this Airlines, we believe you guys would be the best to know how the Airline functions as well as it gives you all the opportunity to do something different outside work as well. And add to that having non-celebrities also ties in with the Airlines philosophy that it should be the choice of Air Travel for the common people" finished Jatin as everyone nodded with a smile, though they did not need to be convinced that they were working with one of the best Airlines yet Jatin's explanation just reinforced that thought in them.

All this time while everyone was busy talking & getting excited about the opportunity they two people in the room were absolutely quiet and it was none other than Dev and Sonakshi. While Dev was still unable to understand Avni's sudden decision Sonakshi head was muddled with various thoughts while on one hand she was happy that she would get a chance to do something different from her job and in a small way help the airlines in promoting its brand on the flip side of it she had to face Dev more often as she was sure that he would be around when the ADs would be shot and that gave her goosebumps for she was not ready to face Dev yet not now when she had realized her love for him.

"Are you fine Sonakshi?" it was Avni who asked, she observed that Sonakshi was quiet ever since she had arrived at the office.

"Huh...Yes...Yes I am fine" she said coming out of her reverie and then slowly added "I wanted to say something Avni?" she said as Avni gestured her to go ahead and speak "I do not think I can be a part of this" she said referring to the offer that Avni had put forward to everyone.

"And why would be that?" asked Avni knowing exactly why she said that but Dev on the other hand was flabbergasted but the next moment realization hit him, was she denying the opportunity because of him, was she trying to avoid him??

"Because...Because I do not know how to act?" she said, mentally applauding herself making the reason for her denial.

"Hmm...But among the people present here I guess no one's a professional actor and knows acting, right?" she replied catching Sonakshi by surprise while Avni looked at everyone who nodded in agreement and looked towards Sonakshi who just stood quietly unable to find a response.

"And just a minute" said Avni as Avni took out her mobile and started looking for something confusing everyone as to what she was up to, after a few moments she seemed to find what she was looking for.

"You said you do know acting, right?" asked Avni as Sonakshi nodded in agreement while Avni continued "But your resume says a different story altogether Sonakshi. It's written here that you have been a part of the Drama club at both your school and college. In fact, it's also written that you have acted in quite a few of them. So, do you expect me to believe you?" she said with a smile coupled with sarcasm while everyone looked at Sonakshi in surprise as well as accusing look, she felt like a kid who was caught stealing a cookie as she looked down unable to meet their eyes.

But the case was altogether different with Dev, he was now sure that Sonakshi has denied the opportunity to avoid him and it pricked his heart. Firstly, did he loose his friendship with her just because he hid his identity? And then secondly, she was letting go of a good opportunity.  He knew he had to speak to her to clear the misunderstandings, he did not want her to let her career get affected because of the equation between them.

"I am waiting for your answer Sonakshi" asked Avni in a bossy tone which did intimidate Sonakshi a bit as she stammered "Avni, I...I" but before she could continue Avni spoke.

"Ok, I will give you some time to think about your decision. Everyone, we will meet after two hours at 4 to discuss about this in more detail and we will also have the other employees who are a part of this" she said as everyone nodded while turning towards Sonakshi she said "And Sonakshi, you have time till then to make up your mind and tell us your decision" she completed as Sonakshi slowly nodded her head. As everyone was leaving Avni called out Sonakshi "I hope your answer will be an Yes Sonakshi" she said and left without waiting for Sonakshi's reply.

At BOSE HOUSE

On the other hand, at Bose house Nani was surprised to Dadi at her place.

"Nirmala, you?" she said in surprise as Dadi smiled at her and after a few seconds replied "Leela, will you not invite me into your house?" as Nani slapped her head and gestured her to come in after which they settled themselves on the sofa.

"Seems like no one's at home" said Dadi seeing the quietness in the house as Nani replied "Yes, everyone's gone out for some or other work" as Dadi nodded.

"So, how's life been Leela" asked Dadi as both the septuagenarians drifted back to memories of the past twenty years about their lives. After some time Dadi decided to speak about the main reason she had come.

"Leela, Actually I wanted to speak about Avni & Jatin" she said as Nani gestured her to go ahead "See, the thing is Avni did speak to me about their relation and how it went kaput but I feel that she still loves Jatin as much as she loved him before" said Dadi as a bright smile formed on Nani's face.

"Did you get a chance to speak to Jatin about it?" asked Dadi as Nani replied

"Yes Nirmala, I had a talk with him. In fact, Jatin admitted that he still loves Avni and hopes that she gives their relationship another chance" said Nani as this Dadi smiled brightly.

"Yes, I hope they get back together. They look together, isn't it?" said Dadi as Nani agreed to her and added "Yes, they do. I am happy that at least they are spending some time together though it's just for work"

"Yes, but I guess they need to spend some time alone and knowing Avni she would definitely avoid that. So, I guess we need to do something" said Dadi as Nani replied, "Do you have some way wherein they get to spend some time alone, maybe then they can sort out their differences" as both contemplated on ways how to make Avni and Jatin get back together as a couple.

"I know. I have a way, why don't you go with Jatin to the orphanage on Sunday, Avni generally spends her evenings there with the kids as she does not get much time during the weekdays even though she stays there. Maybe there we can make them spend time with each other than" said Dadi as Nani agreed to her as both smiled at their plan. Nani then got up to prepare coffee for both as Dadi accompanied with her to the kitchen as well.

Sonakshi hurried out of the conference room as soon as the meeting was over, she needed sometime alone to get a hold on herself as well as clear her muddled thoughts, as she was rushing someone tapped her on the back as she turned to look at the person

"Sona...Sona...Where are you rushing too, I have been calling you so many times" said the person who was none other than Jatin but as soon as Sonakshi saw him she frowned.

"Jatin, Don't talk to me" she said in an irritated tone catching him by surprise as he replied.

"Sona, Why are you saying like that. What did I do?" he asked

"Seriously Jatin, you are asking what you did? All these days you were working with the same Airlines that I am working for and you didn't feel the need to tell me even once" she said in an accusing tone

"Sona, It was related to work plus with the work schedule that you have I did not get a chance to tell you and then I myself was not sure how many days I would be working with the Airlines" he said in a flow but Sonakshi did not miss the last sentence.

"What do you mean you were not sure?" she asked as Jatin realized what he had said, he thought it was best to tell her about his relationship with Avni.

"Actually...Actually Sona..." he stammered as Sonakshi said impatiently "Tell me Jatin, What's it?" as Jatin replied "Sonakshi, remember I had told you about hurting someone in the past" said Jatin as Sonakshi nodded her head remembering it.

"It was none other than Avni whom I had hurt" he said slowly but the shock on Sonakshi's face as soon as she heard that was clear as she replied "Jatin, What are...." but before she could continue she heard someone call out her name.

"Sonakshi" called Reena as she approached the duo as Sonakshi whispered to Jatin "I want to know everything once we are back home" she said but the anger in her voice was clear as Reena reached them. The trio then headed for lunch at the cafeteria as Gauri and Payal had gone out for a couple of hours to meet a common friend.

On the other hand, as soon as Avni entered her cabin Dev followed her.

"What was that Avni?" asked Dev impatiently as Avni ignored him and just sat on the chair.

"I am asking you something Avni, why did you do this?" he asked again as Avni calmly replied "Are you doubting my decision Dev" and then added "And more importantly are you unhappy with the decision?" she asked as Dev was caught in a no man's land. While he never doubted Avni on any of her decision related to work this was a different situation altogether, he was happy that he could get more time to clear his misunderstandings with Sonakshi, but he also knew that she would avoid him and decline the opportunity. Moreover, had Avni taken the decision so that he could spend more time with Sonakshi?

"Answer me Dev" said Avni as Dev came out of his thoughts "Huh...No..No I am not doubting your decision but..." he paused as his unsaid sentence was completed by Avni "But you think I am doing it for you right?" she asked as he looked at her in surprise, once again she had understood his thoughts without the need for him to tell her.

"Tell me Buddy, you are worried that Sonakshi might decline it so as to avoid you right?" she asked as Dev slowly nodded while Avni continued "Then make her accept it, you have a couple of hours for it" she said in a bossy tone as Dev looked at her with wide eyes clearly stumped.

Avni looked at her watch and said "Already 15 minutes have passed buddy, time is running out for you. Convince her before she declines" as she pushed him out of the door while he was still trying to decipher what Avni had just said, slowly realization dawned onto him as he decided to speak to Sonakshi, he had to before it was too late.

Sonakshi was sitting on the corner table at the cafeteria gazing at the moving traffic down the road after completing her lunch, Jatin had been called by Avni to discuss about the project while Reena had gone to freshen up. So lost was Sonakshi in her thoughts that she did not observe someone approach her, but her reverie was broken when the person tapped her. As she turned to look at who it was, she was left speechless as it was the person she had been avoiding all this while, the person who had stolen her sleep as well as peace of mind, DEV. Before Sonakshi could speak Dev said.

"SONAKSHI, CAN WE TALK PLEASE"
