Later that evening.

Danny made something that would go easy on Jessica's stomach.

As he prepared dinner Jessica was upstairs working.

"Again! FIVE, SIX, SEVEN, EIGHT!" Jessica took a rest and watched her students finish the combination.

"Good Chloe! Ooh Sydney that was perfect!
Sophia, tighten that leg, my goodness!" Jessica makes a face.

"Oh gosh, NO! Go again! Girls, listen to the music!
One, two, three, four- and five, six, seven, eiiight- and two, two, three, four- and FIVE, SIX, SEVEN, EIGHT!" Jessica slaps her hands together.

"Watch." Jessica then starts the music over and shows her class.

Danny slowly pushed the door open and peaked in.
Her body was sweaty, her hair messy and pulled up into a bun. Her skin tight clothes hugging her curves. Danny smiled at the sight.

"See? Try it again, and listen to the music please!"
Jessica then turns to the side and gasps.

"Daniel, Go."

"You're being mean." He whispers.

Jessica muted herself and says, "I'm not, this is just my teacher voice."

"Why is it mean?"

"Because they're not getting it."

"Oh."

"Go ahead and go back."

"I can't stay and watch?"

"Do I sit and watch you being all lawyer-y and stuff?"

"Me being a lawyer isn't anywhere near as entertaining as this." Danny sits down and smirks.

Jessica narrows her brows. "Pig."

Danny smiles and snorts.

Jessica laughs and unmutes herself.

Finally Jessica is finished for the day.

"Ready for dinner, stinky?"

"Mhm!" Jessica nods.

"Hopefully it doesn't mess your stomach up. I want you to get rid of this crap already! I hate seeing you sick."

"I'm sure I'll start feeling better soon." Jessica smiles.

The next morning Jessica sat in the living room waiting for her Amazon packages to arrive.

As soon as she heard the truck Jessica ran outside.

Danny was in his office on a business call.
Jessica quickly got everything ready.

She bought baby toys, blankets, and pacifiers to scatter around the house.

She then ran upstairs to do her hair and makeup, and to change into her new shirt.

Jessica fixed her hair and applied some makeup.

When Danny came into the living room he was confused as to why there were baby things scattered around.

"Jess? What's up with all this stuff, babe?"

"What are you talking about, dear?" Jessica walks in with a smile.

"Are your nieces and nephews coming over?"

"No. Why?"

"Because there's all this kid stuff everywhere."

"Yeah, I just thought you could get used to cleaning up after a child."

"Why?" Danny looks to her confused.

"Just good practice!" Jessica giggles.

"Alright.."

"Babe?"

"Yes?"

Jessica smiles and tilts her head.

"Yes?"

"Hi!"

"Hello." Danny smiles.

Jessica rolls her eyes and walks closer to him.
She then takes his hand and walks him over to the couch.

"Ooh what are we doing so early in the day?" Danny smirks.

Jessica giggles. "Sit down, mister."

"Yippee!"

Danny sits and Jessica straddles him so her shirt is right in his face.

"Are you sticking your boobies in my face?" Danny gives her a smirk.

"Yes! For God's sake, look at them!"

Danny chuckles and looks down. He then grabs them in his hands. "Owie!"

"Oops sorry, was I too forceful?"

Jessica chuckles and rolls her eyes.

"I like this color on you, babe."

"Thanks!" She smiles.

"What's your shirt say? Quarantine.. the one where I got preg-" Danny gasps. "WHAT!" His eyes went wide.

"Surprise!" Jessica laughs.

"Are you serious? You're pregnant?"

"Eight weeks." Jessica smiles.

"Two months? That's my birthday!"

"Yep! When you didn't put a condom one." Jessica playfully punches his nose.

"My bad." He chuckles. "Oh Jessie, I'm so happy!"

"Really?"

"Yeah, I wanted your test to be positive before." He chuckles.

"Aw!" Jessica pouts. "Baby, you're gonna be a daddy!"

"I'm gonna be a daddy.. what is with this year? If you would have told me at midnight on New Years when we were both drunk out of our minds that Jessica Lange would be having my baby, I'd think you were nuts!"

"Right? This year is insane!"

"Jessica, I'm so happy. I love you so much!" Danny tears up.

"Aw, I love you too, Danny. Don't cry, love."

"I'm gonna have a little baby, Jess. I got you pregnant during quarantine, how insane?"

"I know! You horn dog!" Jessica giggles.
"You're gonna be the best daddy." Jessica holds his cheeks and kisses his forehead.

"And you'll be the best mommy."

"Thanks." Jessica smiles.

"I knew you were acting kinda different!"

"More moody?"

"YES!"

Jessica laughs.

"Baby, you were moving around a lot last night. You have to be careful now that you've got a little baby in there."

"I'm okay, love."

Danny then looks at her stomach and holds her waist.

"A little baby?" He smiles.

"Yep!"

"It's in there?"

"That's what they tell me!" Jessica giggles.

"This is so weird!  I'm having a baby with little Jessica Lange!"

"That's me!" She smiles sweetly.

"Life is crazy."

Danny kept repeating himself. He just couldn't believe it.
