Parvathy spilled her drink and started coughing. Aswani rubbed her back.

"That's new her friends never visit her anyways she is not here she is with her cousins in that house" She said pointing at a house opposite to this one.

We rang the bell of the other house; a girl in her teenage opened the door.
"Yes" She said.
"Lali" Sruthy said.
"Ya she is inside please come in, I am her cousin Meena" The girl said.
"We are her friends from collage" I said.
"She is in here" Meena said as she pushed open a door.

Lali was sitting on the middle of the bed writing something in her diary. She was sobbing.
"Cut the crap Lali di, you will find someone better" Another girl in her teenage said she was sitting on a chair near the bed.
"I don't think so Maya, I will just go back home and read half girlfriend" Lali said crying as she wiped her nose.
"I know 'half girlfriend' works during breakup, but we have to get you out of this shitty mood so let's watch HSKD" Maya said.
"What's HSKD?" Lali asked.
"Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhaniya, the movie starring your crush no 2 Varun Dhawan" Maya said.
Suddenly Lali's face brightened up.
"I will get popcorn" Lali said really exited wiping of her tears.
Maya took her phone and changed the song now 'Rocket Saiyan' from' Subh Mangal Saavdaan' played.

Lali casually took a pillow and threw it right at Meena's face.

"By the way how do you guys know about my crush for Sid" Lali asked.
"Babes it's love everyone notice it" Aswani said
"Oh! Really, how come he never noticed?" Lali asked.
"Look Lali we can understand your feelings but he is Meena's boyfriend" Sruthy said.

"Fair enough, but I don't think it makes any difference he don't love me anyway" Lali said.

"That's right so I hope we are cool" I said.
"Sure, so as you are here do you guys need something coffee, tea or we could watch a movie together" Lali offered.
"No thanks we have to go" I said and left.
"Why didn't you tell Lali that Sid loves her?" Sruthy asked.
"And do what break Meena's love story?" I asked.

"So you proposed this guy in our class just because you think that Meena will find out about your crush for Sid and you don't want it to affect their relationship?" Sruthy asked.
"Kind of, you know everyone is gonna find out so I needed to distract them" Lali said.
"Lali do you realize that this guy you proposed hates you?" Sruthy asked.
"That's the point of proposing him he will only get angry with me and won't try to take advantage of the situation" Lali said.
"Everyone gonna talk rubbish about you picture you as a Slut who is madly in love with a guy who she won't get" I said.
"I know, I don't care" Lali said.
"Even Sid is gonna think the same way about you" Sruthy said.
"I know that's gonna hurt" Lali said and smiled.
"All this pain just for the love you will never get?" Sruthy asked.
"It's worth it" Lali said and stood up. "I should leave now" Lali said and started walking.
"Lali......." Sruthy called out.
Lali stopped and turned back. "Yes" She said.
"You are a good person" Sruthy said.
Lali smiled and walked away.
