“Wow this story is getting more and more interesting by each second what happened next?” Victor asked.
“Well the after that........” Sanju was saying but my phone rang.
“OH! One second” I said as I answered the call.
“Hey I found my ex boyfriend” Someone said from the other side.
“Hmmm.....Congratulations” I said.
“Babes its Parvathy this side I found my ex boyfriend Aadhi who was Sid’s best friend and he know way too much about Sid and Lali” Parvathy said.
“Oh that’s great we should meet” I said.
“Actually Aadhi is about to go to Chennai for a while so it will be great if we could meet today” Parvathy said.
“OK I am coming to your home right now” I said.
“Great come quick” Parvathy said and hung up.
“Girls I am extremely sorry I have to go now but we will meet next weekend and continue this story” I said.
“What happened Ruby?” Victor asked.
“I will tell you on the way, bye girls” I said and rushed outside with victor.
“Bye” All of them said in unison.

“Can we just come back to our topic?” Parvathy asked.
“Of course, hey isn’t that Aswani?” I asked I saw Aswani standing outside and looking at something.

“Yep that’s her” Parvathy said.
“Aswani come here” Parvathy said.
That’s when we heard the sound of the gate opening and Sruthy entered.
“Oh great Sruthy is here” Parvathy said.

“Why are they here again?” Victor asked.
“Because they have something to tell you” Parvathy said.
“Great so who is gonna begin?” I asked.
“That would be me” Aadhi said.

I was just one week before new year’s eve Sid has just came over to my place to hang out I just stepped outside when Parvathy called me (Note: we where dating back then) when I returned I saw Sid was watching some kind of video in his phone I was shocked when I peeped into his phone from a distance it was Lali she was dancing and surprisingly she was dancing beautifully I have never seen her dance before honestly I was really shocked to see this. Soon the video was over and another video started to play automatically. Sid was standing near a sea shore it was night time there was no one around. He was talking.
“Look who we got here......... (He turned the camera to the other side I could see Lali sitting there) Oh it’s Lali Guptha who just sneaked out from her home”

“Shut up Sid and stop recording” Lali said and laughed.
“Yar Lali you shouldn’t have cut your hair yar your hair was just too good that long wavy brown coloured hair” Sid said.
“What will I do mom was freaking out she was like damaged hair, damaged hair, damaged hair” Lali said.
“And what about now” Sid asked.
“Now she is like short hair, short hair- short hair” Lali said and laughed.
Sid also joins her.
“These moms I tell you are too much three much magarmach (crocodile)” Lali said.
“Magarmach?” Sid asked.
“Trust me sometimes I actually feel that she is going to eat me up alive” Lali said and laughed even more.
Sid came and sat behind her his face was near hers as he pointed the camera towards them.
“So Miss Lali Guptha any message for your future fans?” Sid asked.
“Sid seriously cut it out” Lali said.
“You are the one who have cut out the beautiful hair” Sid said.
“Sid why are you so much worried about my hair so much it’s not like you are marrying me or anything” Lali said.
“OK so will you grow your hair back if I marry you?” Sid asked.
Lali looked at Sid shocked she looked deeply into his eyes.
“Yes I will” She said in a low voice.
They kept on staring into each other’s eyes. There was lot of love in the air.
“We should leave” Sid said.
“Yes we should” Lali said breaking their eye contact.
“WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU A COMPLETE IDIOT?” I shouted.
“Aadhi you are snooping” Sid said.
“SID YOU ARE STUPID” I said.
“What did I do?” Sid asked.
“Why didn’t you kiss her?” I asked.
“Aadhi I have a girlfriend remember” Sid said.
“When a girl looks at you like that you just KISS you don’t think about your girlfriend you just KISS then later you can blame it on space time wind bacteria” I said.
“Bacteria really?” Sid asked.
“Anything works yar but when a girl looks at you like that you just KISS you don’t think anything you don’t say anything especially not let’s leave you just KISS YOU JUST KISS, you are such a doofus” I said.
“Hey, I am not a doofus I just didn’t feel like kissing her” Sid said.
“Swear on your virginity” I said.
“OK I felt like kissing her are you happy now?” Sid asked.
“I knew it yar but you and Lali, like you are with Meena yar the hottest chick in our collage and then Lali a typical behanji boring simple” I said.
“Dude Lali is nothing like how we see her at collage she sneaks out of her home late at night just to hang out with her friends in her Chethan Bhagat fan club, She rides a bike better than me, She writes awesome stories, she calls herself Lali Guptha she dreams of becoming a bollywood director, she dances so beautifully without thinking about the people around her she is awesome yar she is unlucky like me she always messes up everything she is just a beautiful mess and Meena is just beautiful and not a mess maybe that’s why I fail to fall in love with her no matter I try” Sid said.
“Dude you are in love” I said.
“What?” Sid asked.
“You are in love with Lali” I said. 
“No I am not maybe I am just adoring the way she is, her confidence to dream like how many of you have it you know last day we were going somewhere and it started to rain while we were waiting for the rain to end she told me how she loves rain but never got a chance to get wet in rain because she is scared of her sneezing problem....”
“Wait, what sneezing problem?” I asked.
“She sneezes a lot because of dust or when it gets cold she sneezes a lot that’s why she always carries a hanky with her wherever she goes, that’s why she was scared but then I held her hand and we got wet in the rain together its beautiful yar” Sid said.
“Dude you are totally in love with her you know so much about her even the little things yar, god this is new you are the boyfriend of the most famous girl in the campus who is love with the most un famous girl in the campus, and you know what the breaking news is: you are in love with the girl who I rejected back in school” I said.
“Ya Lali and her BFF Lakshmi both where in love with you and because of that love triangle both the girls fought with each other and parted ways forever, you have told me that story a thousand times and yes I am not in love with her” Sid said.
“So you don’t love her?” I asked.
“Yes” Sid said.
“So you have no problem if I ask her to be my partner for the New Year’s Eve” I asked.
“Why would you do that?” Sid asked.
“Because that day at the party they have this dance competition and the best dancing pair wins and as my girlfriend Parvathy has ditched me for some other hot guy I think I will take Lali because her dance is too good” I said.
“Do whatever you want I don’t care” Sid said.
“OK fine” I said.

“I will tell you the rest of the story” Aswani said.
“OK” I said.

The very next day all of us where practicing for the dance competition Sid and Meena was practicing their dance but Sid fell down.
“Aww......” He cried.
Lali went and helped him stand up.
“I am so sorry baby” Meena said.
“It’s OK Meena” Sid said.
That day for the first time we noticed Sid’s closeness with Lali but Meena didn’t I discussed all this with Sruthy and we decided to ask Lali about it when there was no one around. And she told us the truth very easily it was like she had nothing to hide.
“Don’t worry Lali it happens” I said.
“No I am horrible I fell in love with my best friend’s boyfriend” Lali said.
“You must have felt horrible when you got to know about them right?” Sruthy asked.
“Ya really horrible” Lali said.
“Why did you agree to be Aadhi’s dance partner tonight?” Sruthy asked.
“I just wanted to see Sid on the new year’s eve and I was not allowed to come to the party without a date so I said yes even though I knew how much problems it will cause” Lali said.
“You need a hug come here” I said and all of us had a group hug.

“I had overheard their conversation as I had came there to shout at Lali for agreeing to be my boyfriends date but instead I got a really important piece of information” Parvathy said.
“What happened at the new years eve?” I asked.
“Oh I will tell you that” Aadhi said.
“OK” Victor said.

That day I was walking back and forth waiting for Lali she came wearing a blue dress looking fabulous I was shocked.

She came towards me.
“Let’s go” I said.
“OK” She said.
We went inside. We met everyone Lali was looking really pretty for a nano second I felt bad that I rejected her.

Sid was not taking his eyes of her.
Soon our dance began

(Guys please avoid all the other seens except for the dance)
we totally rocked the stage. But I saw Sid stepping outside. I excused myself and went behind him. He was standing outside and was walking back and forth I went near him and asked.
“Dude what happened?” I asked.
“Nothing” he said and made a grumpy face.
“Are you jealous because I was dancing with Lali?” I asked.
“Dude I DONT LOVE HER Meena is hot beautiful and the most famous girl in the campus I am not gonna date that boring bookworm behanji like Lali she is stupid yar first she was behind me now that she found you she is behind you tomorrow she will get someone else she is characterless you can’t even compare Lali to Meena I wouldn’t even date Lali even if she was the last girl on earth” Sid said.
“You need a drink” I said and turned but Lali was standing there her eyes was filled with tears she was looking really sad.
“Lali......” Sid said.
“Aadhi I came to say that we won the competition” She said and walked away from there as fast as she could.
