“GET UP WILL YOU, every single day this same drama over and over again why can’t you just wake up on time, why do you wanna be such a burden on me WILL YOU PLEASE WAKE UP IDIOT........”  My mom shouted at me as usual.
“Mom......why can’t you wish me good morning with a smile like those mom’s it ads and films” I said as I woke up and rubbed my eyes.
“And why can’t you come back home like all the other normal girls in real life?” Mom asked.
“Mom I run a fan club now, I was giving CB’s new speech for the club last night, so it took time” I said.
I had started a CB fan club a month back and most of the time I give speeches which CB have presented in different platform with my own twists of course. Sid has supported me a lot in this.
“All you care about is your CB and Bollywood but you don’t care about your own mother right?” Mom asked.
“Mom, why are you being overdramatic, look how beautiful and confident I look on stage” I said and showed her the pictures of last night.

“Oh my god , are you mad how can you show your shoulders like that I told you to wear an overcoat when you are on stage” Mom said.
“Oh....ya overcoat I forgot” I said and rubbed my forehead slightly.
“How can you go on stage wearing this off shoulder gown what would have people thought about you?” mom freaked out.
“Mom stop freaking out it’s just my shoulders” I said.
“Where is my headphone?” Dad asked.
“How will I know?” Mom asked.
“It was right here yesterday” Dad said.
“You and your dad both of you keep on forgetting things” Mom said irritated and went away.
Thank god she left. I said in my mind. I went and opened my window which was of sky blue colour. I love this colour by the way. My bike, my helmet, my phone cover are of the same colour. I was enjoying the morning views when suddenly I saw Maya with an exited face she motioned me to come there. Even I motioned that I am coming and I went out.

“Di, di, di, di.......I am so happy I am so, so happy” Maya said as she jumped with excitement.
“What happened yar? Why are you jumping like a monkey?” I asked confused.
“If I tell you, you will also jump like this” Maya said.
“Just come to the point” I said.
“CB is releasing his new novel Half-girlfriend” Maya said.
“What!” I said as my face brightened up. Here look she said and handed me over her phone. I read the news and started jumping with joy.
“I am so happy, I am so happy” I said.
“Di look there is a trailer” Maya said.
We sat down and saw the trailer.
“Wow it’s amazing...........But what is half-girlfriend?” I asked.
“The title sounds like that of a suspense thriller novel” Maya said.
“But why will CB write a suspense thriller novel?” I asked.
“Maybe he wants to write something different” Maya said.
“I don’t think so think about 2 States it also sounded strange but it was a simple love story right, and like that I think half girlfriend is also a simple love story” I said.
“Maybe you are right di” Maya said.
“Anyway I should leave or else I will be late for class” I said and I went back home.

“Why don’t you take care of your hair your hair is becoming so curly day by day and after this stupid hair colour you have done your hair has become so rough, why don’t you let me do hot oil on your hair this evening” Mom complained again.
“Mom CB is realising his new book and I have go to the fan club I won’t be home this evening” I said. I was inside the washroom.
“All you care about is your CB and what about your hair?” Mom asked.
“Mom it’s just hair and who the hell cares how it looks like?” I asked.
“Everybody cares” mom said.
“Oh god” I said as I stepped our wiping my hair with a towel.
“Don’t rub it too hard your hair will get damaged” Mom said without looking at me. Does she have a pair of eyes behind her head too? I thought.
“Just relax mom” I said as I adjusted my brown top.

I took my helmet and bag and walked outside.

“Ya we will show the trailer and then leave a message on CB’s blog congratulating him” I said through the phone. I saw Sid from a distance.
“OK meet you tonight, bye” I said as I hung up.
“Oho looks like someone is hiding something” Sid said.
“Let’s go” I said and sat on the bike Sid sat behind me I started driving.
“Now tell me, where are you going tonight?” Sid asked.
“I am going for a fan club meeting CB is releasing his new novel” I said.
“Oh, good that means you will be really busy for a few days right” Sid said.
“Ya maybe” I said.
“Oh no, does that mean you won’t come tomorrow morning?” Sid asked.
“No no I will come” I said.
“It’s a good thing that you got permission to ride your bike to collage” Sid said.
“Ya you don’t know how much drama I had to do to get permission from my mom” I said.
Since the day I got permission Sid will come with me to collage, I used to pick him up from in front of his house, I saw Sid smiling through my rare view mirror. I smiled seeing her smile.
“Lali, why don’t you have a boyfriend?” Sid asked.
‘Because the guy I love, love someone else’ I wanted to say but I didn’t instead I said.
“Because no one want love me” I said.
“And why dose no one wanna love you?” Sid asked.
“I don’t know” I said.
“That’s strange” Sid said.
“I know” I said.
“Well love will come when it is time and it’s not that easy to find love these days, thank god I could impress Meena on time” Sid said.
“You should thank Ranbir Kapoor also” I said.
“Why, Ranbir Kapoor?”  Sid asked in a confused tone.
“Because you used his dialog from Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani to impress Meena ‘Marriage is like boiled food for 50 years till you die’ like really?” I asked and laughed.
“Oh shit, don’t tell Meena that I copied the dialog” Sid said.
“OK I won’t” I said.
“Thank you so much Lali” Sid said.

“Thank you........” I said as I completed my speech and I climbed down the stage.

Meena was taking pictures with her camera she looked really hot while she held the camera and took photos.

I saw Sid from a distance his smile gave me lot of confidence.

“Show me the pictures from Sid’s birthday party” Aadhi said as he took the camera from Meena.
A week back it was Sid’s birthday I don’t know why I thought there is something wrong between Sid and Meena since that day. Talking about Sid where is he I thought as I looked around and I saw Sid talking to Sreedevi and Aswani. The environment looked tensed.
“Meena come here” Aswani called out.
“Yes coming” Meena said and went there.
Everyone looked tensed and suddenly Aswani started shouting.
“Sid you are not her husband you don’t have any right to ask her about all that” Aswani said.
“I just asked.......” Sid was saying but Meena just held his hand indicating him to keep quite. Seeing all this Aadhi went there and said:
“How dare you talk to him like that?” Aadhi asked and they talked calmly with each other and suddenly Aadhi shouted.
“He is her boyfriend for god’s sake” Aadhi shouted.
“What the hell is going on?” I asked Divya as I shook her by her shoulder.
“I don’t know” Divya said.
“NOT ANYMORE” Aswani shouted and she pulled Meena away from there,  Meena was holding Sid’s hand but she left hold of his hand as she was pulled away from Sid.
I ran towards them.
“Let’s go Sid” Aadhi said as he pulled Sid away from there. Meena looked back at Sid through her tears. I can see the love and pain in Sid’s eyes.
“Guys wait...........” I said as I looked my left and right side I saw Sid and Meena both of then didn’t listen to me.

I looked at Parvathy who had a devilish smile which vanished as soon as she saw me looking at her on her face I sat down holding my head.

Hey guys happy Independence day to all my dear readers.

Sorry I took a long while to update. So now I really dont know what to say I live in Kerala and there is non stop rains since last 24 hours and most of the places are flooding so I am feeling kind of scared right now just pray that  the rains will end soon.
