Ranveer 's POV

'I am sorry for this. ' I said to Raghav.

' It's ok. There are fights in every relationship. ' He said.

It's hard to understand this girl. Whatever I did she never complained but today she's angry because I didn't give her any time.

I mean I have done worst then this but she never reacted like this. Why today?

' I don't know what's between you two but please don't ignore her for your work. She can bear everything except your ignorance.' Raghav told. I could see genuine concern in his eyes.

' I don't understand. Why does it matters to her so much? ' I asked.

' Because she loves you more than anything. '

Love? It's something I don't even believe in now.

' But why does my ignorance hurt her more than my anger? ' Oops. I shouldn't have said this aloud.

' When someone ignores us then it feels like we don't even exist for them and our presence doesn't make any difference to them. If that someone is the one whom we love then it hurts the most. Anger and hatred are also a kind of relationship. But ignorance means nothing is left between two people. ' Raghav explained me.

' You know Priyanka is lucky to have you as a friend. Thanks for being there for her in the past.' I said.

He was going to say something but his phone rang and he excused himself.

My phone rang again. I picked it up. This is really irritating now.

' Abeer can't you manage few hours without me. What would you do when I will die? I already gave you all the details  which you needed a while ago. So now manage by yourself. '

' Hey relax bro. What happened? Did bhabhi get angry because I disturbed your quality time. ' Abeer said.

' Spent less time with Nimbu otherwise I would go mad. '

' Don't worry we would admit you in a mental aslyum. '

' Shut up and tell me why did you called. '

' I forgot an important file at home. Bring it on the way. '

' This is not a way to ask for a favour. '

' There are no favours in friendship only rights. You taught me this. '

' Yeah I know. I will get it but you better shut your mouth. Idiot. '

' Hey I heard that and it's mean. '

' I said shut up. '

I cut the call. Am I the only one sensible here? Thank God Priyanka isn't like this.

' Is anything wrong? ' Raghav came in the room and asked me.

' No. '

' I know we're practically strangers but can I ask you something personal? ' he asked being tensed.

' Go ahead. ' I said.

' Did Priyanka shared her past with you? '

' Yes last night. '

' What? What did you say to her? '

' We haven't talked about this topic yet. '

' What do you think of her? '

' Why does it matters so much? '

' Because you're her husband and love. What you thinks makes a huge differences. She was an addict in the past. Do you think ..... low of her? ' I could see that he was clearly worried for her.

' What? Not at all. I think she was just lost. She lost her way. '

' What do you mean? '

' I think she's very strong. Leaving those addictions is not an easy task. '

' Sorry to doubt you. '

' Doubt me? '

' Frankly speaking I dislike the idea of your marriage with her. I couldn't bring myself to trust you. I was afraid of the day when you would know her past that you would think that she's weak like others. '

' Others? Did bhaiya keep this fact as a secret to avoid the media and gossips. '

' He did. Only a few people knows about this. I meant the general viewpoint of the society about addicts. '

' I know it's wrong. I don't support it. But I am proud of her. Rectifying a mistake is very hard. Only few people have the courage to do this. About weakness, everyone has a weakness or falls weak at some time in their life. Strong are the ones who can overcome their weakness. '

' You know Priyanka was right about you. She told me you were not like others. I didn't believe her back then but now I do. You are really the best for her. I am sure you will always keep her happy. '

Really? I am so confused. Should I give her a chance or not? Does she she deserves a second chance?

My mind says a No. She has done too big a sin to deserve a chance.

But my heart says a Yes. Everyone deserves a second chance.

What should I do now?

Priyanka 's POV

I and Nimisha were sitting in a cafe in a mall.

' Thanks for your company, Nimisha. ' I said as a formality.

' Mention not. ' she said with a smile.

' I know that we really don't know each other Priyanka. But if you want then you can share everything with me. You can trust me. ' she said with concern.

' Thanks Nimisha. ' I said politely.

' Didn't Ronie give you any time because of the new case? Jiju told me that he was really busy these days. '

' Jiju? '

' He works with Ronie. His name is Abeer. '

' Oh I see. '

' You know him? '

' I have met him once in the hospital when my brother and Ranveer were attacked. '

' Yeah I know about that. Thank God nothing happened to them. '

This means my suspicion was true. It was not an accident.

His friend also knows about it. Why don't he ever tell me anything? Especially when it's about my family.

' Priyanka if you are angry then I won't talk about Ronie. ' Nimisha said.

' I am not angry at him. I know his work is important. '

' Then what happened a while ago? '

' I am just sad. I feel loneliness without him whereas I feel safe in his presence. I just want a little of his time. Am I too selfish to ask for this? '

' Not at all. It's your right. '

Nimisha you don't know what have I done.

I want to do atleast something for him. I have only given him pain. I just want to lessen that pain. I can't bring back his sister but I want him to live his life to the fullest. Right now he's just breathing. I want his happiness. Nothing else.

I would also leave him if he wants. Even though it's the most difficult thing for me. I want to see his smile. I have tried to took my life and I know what a big mistake it was. Life is the most precious thing in this world. I don't want him to waste his life.

Someone else taught how to live when I forget what's life. I took a life by mistake. I can't rectify my mistake but atleast I can't let another life be wasted because of me. I am sure Aaru also wants the same for her brother from the high above.

I don't deserve any forgiveness but he derserves happiness.

' Let's do some shopping. ' Nimisha said.

' Yeah after all it's your wedding. ' I said and she blushed.
