Frisk lead the way into the next area and up a flight of stairs. We found ourselves in front of a fancy looking hotel and it belonged to none other than Mettaton. I sighed and hoped we didn't have to face him again. The comedian, or Sans was standing outside of the building so Frisk and I walked up to him. 

"hey. i heard you two are going to the core. how about grabbing some dinner with me first?" Sans prompts. 

I shrug and Frisk nods happily. 

"Yeah, why not." I said. 

"great, thanks for treating me. over here. i know a short cut." Sans said moving to the side of the building. 

He used his "short cut" to take us inside the building and I once again started to feel queasy and my legs start to wobble. Frisk looked over to me, knowing that I don't do well with Sans' form of transport. They grabbed my shoulders to keep me steady and gave them a reassuring squeeze. This comforted me and I regained myself quickly. We were now at a table, Frisk and I both facing Sans. Frisk Held my hand under the table, giving it a gentle squeeze to let me know they were holding it. My face heated up a little bit but I don't think my blush was noticeable enough to be seen. Sans started to talk about how our journey was almost over and I zoned out. I didn't really care what the comedian had to say. It was all just words to me. Meaningless words. Around what I guessed to be the end of the conversation, Sans seemed to get really serious so I started to pay attention. 

"you know what would have happened if she hadn't say anything?... buddys." He said, turning to the side, his pupils disappearing. 

". . . y o u ' d b e d e a d w h e r e y o u s t a n d ." Sans stated in a slow, low tone that scared both Frisk and I. 

Frisk's grip on my hand tightened when he said that. I looked at Frisk with worried eyes then Sans' demeanor changed back to a lighthearted one. 

"hey, lighten up, buckos. i'm just joking with you two." He said, giving a wink but neither of us found it funny. 

"besides... haven't i done a great job of protecting you guys? i mean, look at you guys. you haven't even died a single time." Sans said and moved to the back of the room. 

"take care of yourselves kids, cause someone really cares about you." Sans announced and Frisk looked at me. 

I could see a faint blush had spread on their cheeks. They were thinking that meant me although I know it was actually mom. I wonder if they actually knew that's who he was talking about. Oh well. Sans left the room completely using one of his "short cuts" and Frisk and I walked out of the restaurant into the hotel portion of this place. The first thing we saw as we walked in was a fountain that was a little less than functional to say the least. Water came out of the fountain and sprayed onto the floor resulting in a big puddle of water to stain the floor. Other than that, there was a lady with a hand for a head that worked at a reception desk. She offered us a room at a "special rate" as she said because the elevator wasn't working. I looked at Frisk and they looked tired. Their head was hanging lower than usual which I found to only happen when they were really tired and they laid their head on me. I accepted the room, giving the lady 200G front and center. She escorted us to our room and as we both climbed in, disco music sounded for a split second. Frisk immediately perked up, forgetting all about their fatigue and climbing under the covers. I could see the little ball that was Frisk shuffle across the bed making the music play. This went on for about 10 minutes until Frisk came back up to the top of the blanket. They giggled a bit then settled back down yawning. 

"You done having fun now?" I asked and Frisk nodded, snuggling into me.

 I blushed a bit as they drifted into a peaceful sleep. I soon felt my body get heavy and followed in their example, falling asleep.

It's the weekend and I'm up at 7:45 AM... WHY DX! Anyway, just thought I would advertise a little. So there's this app called amino and if you haven't heard of it, it's this fun little app where you can join defferent communities and talk to people about the different fandoms you're into. You can also post things like art, stories, you can do polls, etc. I find it's a great place to meet new people and express your interests more and can get very adictive. There's even a Charisk amino which is really cool but it's been dying so I've come to recruit some of you lovely people.
