Frisk's POV

After Chara and I had left Alphys' lab, we made our way through a lot of puzzles. Most of them being steam vent puzzles which I would keep Chara really close for so we could stay together. There were however, a few that involved shooting something. Chara seemed to like those puzzles more than I did so I let them solve those ones. We made it from area to area until we met up again, with Mettaton. I had fun the last time I seen him, I hope we can do something cool like that again. When Chara and I got closer, I could see he had planned a cooking show. I wonder what he's making? *Might as well go over and find out.* I thought and brought Chara over to Mettaton. He introduced the show and told us to get ingredients to make a cake like eggs, sugar, milk. 

"PERFECT! GREAT JOB, BEAUTIFUL! WE'VE GOT ALL THE INGREDIENTS WE NEED TO MAKE A CAKE!" Mettaton shouted. 

Chara winced. "He has a microphone. Why is he still yelling?" Chara asked me. 

I looked at them and shrugged. 

Mettaton kept talking. "MILK... SUGAR... EGGS... OH MY! WAIT ONE MAGNIFICENT MOMENT! HOW COULD I FORGET!!! WE'RE MISSING THE MOST IMPORTANT INGREDIANT!" He shouted and pulled out a chainsaw. "A HUMAN SOUL!!!!" He yelled before he started the chainsaw and his screen flashed red as he moved towards us. 

I gripped onto Chara and they got in a protective stance. The chainsaw was an inch away from us when Mettaton got a phone call. It was Alphys and she convinced Mettaton not to kill us and use a human soul substitute to make it "vegan". 

"THAT'S A BRILLIANT IDEA ALPHYS!! ACTUALLY, I HAPPEN TO HAVE AN OPTION RIGHT HERE!!! MTT-BRAND ALWAYS-CONVENIENT HUMAN-SOUL-FLAVOURED-SUBSTITUTE! A CAN OF WHICH... IS JUST OVER THERE ON THAT COUNTER!!!" Mettaton shouted and I looked over to the counter he was talking about. 

There was a can sitting on it. I walked over to the counter with Chara and right before I was able to grab the can, the counter sunk down then shot into the sky. Mettaton rolled over to us. 

"BY THE WAY, OUR SHOW RUNS ON A STRICT SCHEDUEL. IF YOU CAN'T GET THE CAN IN THE NEXT ONE MINUTE... WE'LL JUST HAVE TO GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL PLAN!!! SO BETTER START CLIMBIG BEAUTIFUL!!!" Mettaton shouted then shot into the sky to around the middle of the tall tower-like counter. 

Alphys called and told me about a jetpack feature she added when upgrading the phone. I pressed the botton that said "JETPACK" and it turned into a jetpack. (As if I couldn't say jetpack enough._.) It dropped into my hands and before I could put it on, Chara stopped me. I looked at them. 

"You have done a lot of the work. I think I should take this one." They said. 

I nodded and gave them the jetpack. They put it on and shot up to the top of the counter. I watched Chara but the angle I was at only really let me see their butt. Mettaton threw ingredients and Chara and they dogged with grace. *Man, I didn't know Chara could dodge like that. And the view from here is great. Hehe.* I blushed as I kept staring at Chara's butt. *I probably shouldn't be doing this.* I thought but I couldn't seem to look away. (Swiggity stooty, Frisk's coming for dat booty. Better watch out Chara. 😉) Chara got up to the top and Mettaton met up with them. He explained how we didn't even need the substitute because this was cooking show and he had already premade the cake. He left and Chara came back down, growling. 

"I hate that guy sometimes." They huffed. 

"Aw, come on. It's all in good fun. The threat of death was not fun though." I countered then looked at the ground. 

Alphys called and congratulated us on Beating the timer then told us to continue on. I grabbed Chara's hand and did as told.

Meow's it goin' guys! I wanted to get this out sooner but my internet is retarded and I don't know how to fix it so I had to wait for my mom to come home to reset the flipping router to get it to work again. UG! Rogers! Just come and fix my stupid internet router already! Any way, hope the wait wasn't to bad and I hope you liked the chapter. Alright guys, see ya later. Baii!
