Chara and I dusted ourselves off and Chara made their way over to a wall and sat against it. I followed and sat beside them.

Chara's POV

I picked up a stick and began drawing in the dirt. Nothing worth mentioning, just some lines and flowers. I started to block out a lot of things. I don't know exactly how long I did this for but it was obviously quite a while because I felt somethings weight set into me. I snapped back to full consciousness and went to find out what it was and saw Frisk cuddling up to me. I didn't want to wake them so I just let them lay on me. Eventually, I got tired as well and I laid my head on Frisk's and drifted off to sleep.

Frisk's POV

I woke up nuzzled into Chara's chest as I had been when I fell asleep but now I could feel something on my head. I looked up, only moving slightly so I didn't disturb whatever it was on my head. What I saw, was Chara resting their head on mine, fast asleep. I felt my face heat up slightly and covered my cheeks. I wasn't tired anymore, but I didn't want to wake up Chara, so I gladly stayed there, cuddled up to Chara. *Man, Chara sure does move a lot in their sleep.* I thought. Every couple of seconds, Chara would shift a little in their sleep. Eventually, they had moved so much that their head fell into my lap. This made my face blaze up but I stayed as calm as I could. I placed my hand on Chara's cheek and stroked it with my thumb. After a while, Chara finally woke up. At first, they didn't notice, but after a few seconds, they realized that they were laying in my lap. They immediately got up, their face turning a bright red. "I-I'm so s-sorry!" They apologized. *Don't worry about it, it's perfectly fine.* I signed, heat slightly resonating in my cheeks. I sighed, realizing what I had to do. *Chara, I think I should leave now.* I signed "What do you mean by that?" Chara asked. *I should probably go ask goat mom if I can leave so I can move on.* I explained. "Oh, alright. Bye Frisk." Chara said with no sort of sadness in their voice or face at all. I would have thought that Chara would be somewhat sad to see me leave. Well, I guess I can't really change the way they feel. I walked back to goat mom's house with a worried expression. When I got to the front door, I took a deep breath and tried to calm myself down. *Okay, I have to fight Goat mom. I don't want to do this, but it will all be worth it in the end.* I thought. I entered the room and was greeted by the very nice goat lady that inhabited the house. "Hello my child, welcome back. Would you like something?" Goat mom asked. *Yeah, can you tell me how I can get home?* I asked. "What? This... IS your home now." Toriel said. "Um... Would you like to listen to this book I am reading? It is called 72 uses for snails." She tried to avoid the question but I wouldn't let her. *No, goat mom, I need to know how to get home.* "Wait here." Said Toriel. "...I have to do something. Stay here." She ordered. Toriel got up off of her chair and left the room and I followed her. We made it to the  end of the hall and she brought me into a fight. *Let's just get this over with.* I thought.

Meow's it goin'! So a few things. 1. I'm sorry for being late updating, I just didn't have internet till today so I couldn't post. The thing is I go to my grandparents every other weekend and they don't have internet but enough about that. I'm probably just not gonna post at all on those weekends and just post on the Wednesday and that leads me to the other thing. I've been writing something recently and I might start posting that soon. I just wanna finish it and maybe get my friend's opinion on it then I'll get parts of that out for you guys so maybe look forward to that. Anyways, sorry that author's note was so long, I just don't like A/N chapter things and I had a few things I had to get out to you guys. Alright see ya in the next chapter. BAII!
