-Todoroki's POV-

"So how did the judgement go?"

I was talking with Katsuki over the phone "Touya said it went well, we will probably win and my dad will probably go to jail for abusing us, so yay"

He chuckles "You sure like your dad" we both laugh at this and then stay silent for a minute "Sho when will you come visit me?"

I frown and lay down on my bed "I don't know, Touya won't let me" I hear him sigh "But I try to come as soon as possible"

"Mhm" he didn't say anything for a minute "Okay Sho I need to go on my check up"

"Wait"

"What is it?"

I take a moment and then answer "Please try to eat and I love you"

Be stays silent again "I love you too" he hung up.

"Were you calling your boyfriend?"

I sit up and look to the door "What do you want Touya?"

He walks in and sits down next to me "Can't I see my little brother?"

I roll my eyes "Why won't you let me go out of the house?"

He lays down and puts his arm on his chest "Because of fathers reputation, our family is quite popular and that means that paparazzi is following us everywhere" he sits up and puts his hand on my thigh, but still near my knee "And I don't want to see pictures and false news everywhere of m brother" he smirks and looks me in the eyes.

"Why are you looking at me like this?" I feel uncomfortable, his hand is on my thigh and he is really fucking near my face. He was always weird, but no need to cross the line .

"I can see know why this Katsuki guy likes you, you are pretty hot" what the fuck

"What are you talking about?" he puts his other hand on my chin and lifts it a little. He comes near my ear and whispers "I mean you're hot" he looks me up and down "They sure will like you"

"TOUYA, SHOUTO DINNER IS READY" thank you Fuyumi.

Touya lets go of my chin and groans. He stands up and we both walk down in an awkward silence.

I was so thankful for her screaming. I don't want to know what he meant by all that. What he wanted to do. I want distance.

"So, I made Soba, Shoutos favorite" I smile awkwardly and sit down.

We ate in silence until Touya broke it "I might will change my name, not only for the judgement but like forever, you know" we stop eating and look at him

"What do you mean?" Fuyumi asks

"Well you know when I told you that I'll change my name only for the judgement? I did as Dabi right" we nod "So and I kinda like the name, so I think I'll go completely as Dabi. Not only that, but some other people, whom I've done business with, know me by Dabi"

"I mean if you want to do it, then do it. The name sounds good" I say and then he looked at me and smirks. This really makes me feel uncomfortable. "So do you want us to call you now Dabi?" I ask again, he nods and we continue eating.

After dinner I went back to my room and did nothing. I was used to the hospital and the peopel there, it wants boring. And now I'm here.

I hear a knock on my door and two seconds later Touy- I mean Dabi walks in. "Is something wrong?" I ask, he shakes his head and sits down on my bed, again next to me.

"I just want to spend time with you" I hum in answer and look down at my hands "Don't you want to know, where I were all this years?"

I still look at my hands "No, all I need to know is that you were gone".

I feel his hand again on my chin. He turns my head so that I look him directly in the eyes. I begin to sweat a little. "Should we continue our talk from earlier?" I stay silent, not knowing what to say. "Being shy are we?" he smirks

"I just don't know what to say"

He hums "You're right. But u still need to know some things for the business" I feel him getting closer to me and his hands again on my thigh.

"What do you meammm" he puts his fingers on my lips. Touching, feeling, I don't know. It is weird, it's wrong.

I push him away  and look shocked at him. "Well that is good. They will defenetly like you" he doesn't break eye contact

"Tou- ehm Dabi, what the fuck"

He comes again near me again "I got some special business going on. You'd be perfect for it" he sits down to his original position and looks me in the eyes

I look at everything but not him "What" I kind of stuttered "I don't care, can you just stop touching me"

He sighs and stands up "We will see" he walks out of my room and closes the door.

I'm not sure if he talked about what I asked or about his weird ass business, but it's not normal. What kind of shady business did he get involved in?

I immediately called Katsuki "Hey Sho, what's up"

"I want to go back, this is nightmare. I- uh. fuck-" I don't know how to explain, how to feel, the word just came out.

"Shouto, Shouto calm down and explain what happened"

I take a deep breath and close my eyes. After a minute I started talking again "Well, I was in my room, doing nothing you know and then my brother walked in and put his hand on my thigh and his other hand on my chin, at first I though that it's nothing, but then he moved closer. Fuyumi saved me, she called us down to dinner, ya know? Well after that I went back to my room and did nothing, you know. He walked in again and did the same, but this time he started to" it's so weird to say "Touch me?" Katsuki stayed silent "I swear nothing happened. I tried to-"

He cut me off "Calm down, I am not mad at you but at your brother. Listen just stay away from him and if possible just stay with your other brother or sister the whole time, then he can't do anything to you. At night you can either ask you brother if you can sleep in his room or just lock your room" I hear him sigh

I breathe heavily "Okay I will try" I close my eyes and try to breathe normally again, or well try to.

"Sho if he does more then tell your other siblings, call me, call Nemuri or even the police, okay. I know you can do this"

"Okay, thank you"

"Okay. Goodnight Shouto, stay safe, I love you"

I close my eyes, still trying to calm down "Night, I love you too" I hung up and put my phone down.

I go in my bathroom and search for a razor blade. Soon enough I find one and separate it from the razor, so that I only have the blade. I pull up my sleeve and first search for a reason not to hurt myself, but only bad thoughts come to my mind.

I don't need to do it. It's will only harm me more. Why can't I just stop? Why. Why. Why. Why. Help.

You are such a whore, slut, idiot, you left Katsuki alone when he needed you the most, you are so ugly, everyone only stayed by your side because the pity you.

That's not what I think, right. No, I don't. It's not. It's not.

Then everything just kind of happened. Blade on the skin. Blood everywhere.

Blood. Everywhere. It's to deep. It's not what I wanted.

"FUYUMI HELP" I look down at my wrist and hold my other hand on the open wound, it doesn't really help, the blood still comes out "FUYUMI, NATSUO"

I fall down on the floor and the last thing I saw, were three people running in my bathroom. Then it was just black.

Fuck.

To what I was talking about earlier. I changed what has happened here. It's still not a happy chapter, it stayed triggering. But I prefer it like that, if you can say it like that.
