Jessie POV

There he was... Danny. He was finally safe. A flood of paramedics and fireman ran over  to the jeep. A group of policemen ran over to Will and arrested him. He wasn't badly injured except for a minor head injury and a couple of cuts from the glass. As he was paraded past me he didn't even look at me and i just stared coldly at him. I ran towards the car, towards Danny, but i was held back by a group of fireman. 

"You can't go any further i'm afraid." informed a fireman

"Please! I need to see Danny!" i begged, tears streaming down my face. The fireman still didn't let me pass, i saw Danny whisk past me in a stretcher and straight into an ambulance.

"Urgent RTC coming in." Said a paramedic through a walkie talkie

"I need to get you to hospital." informed a paramedic. That's when i began to feel the pain in my arm and the scratches, aches and bruises i had gained from this ordeal... i can't even imagine the pain Danny must be in.

I was led into the hospital and i was taken into a cubicle. I had my cuts cleaned and a few of them needed stitches. I had my arm set in plaster and it was held in a sling. The whole time i was worried about Danny and Mark.

"There we go, all done." Said the nurse Robyn.

"Thank you. My friends Danny O'Donoghue and Mark Sheehan were brought in and i really want to see them." "I'll check for you, just wait here." she opened the curtain to reveal a rather tired looking Glen.

"Glen!" I shouted in joy, i opened my arms out and we hugged.

"It's so good to see you, Jessie. I-i-i thought we'd lost you." stuttered Glen

"You can't get rid of me that quickly." i laughed and Glen joined in. I haven't laughed in ages. It felt like i'd forgotten to and now i'm remembering.

"You can see Mark but Danny is still in surgery." informed Robyn, "Mark is in the high dependancy ward. Just follow the signs."

My face was dropped when i heard that he was in the high dependanccy ward.

"Don't worry: He's stable, they've put him there so he gets the best care possible." comforted Robyn. I slowly nodded feeling slightly better.

"C'mon then Glen." i urged.

We followed the signs and eventually made it to the high dependancy ward and i saw Mark through the window. He was looking quite pale and very battered but his cuts were stitched up and covered. His arm was in a sling, like mine, and he was lying on the bed with his eyes shut. We walked in quietly and he immediately opened his eyes. It was quiet for a couple of minutes with the sound of our breathing and the constant beep of the heart rate monitor being the only noise.

"How are you feeling?" i decided to ask

"Like death... death warmed up." replied Mark with a slight hint of a smile on his lips.

"I'm so sorry i got you involved in this." i cried, "i'm the reason you're lying in this hospital bed."

"Will was the one that put me in this bed not you. Danny is my mate, and i wouldn't let you go by yourself." Said Mark, "have you seen Danny yet?"

"No, they won't let me see him."

"I'll be here with Glen, go wait for Danny."  insisted Mark

"I can't leave you here." i replied

"It's fine i have Glen and Rina is coming back with some food and entertainment." added Mark, "I'll be fine."

I nodded and left the ward and went up to the receptionist

"Where is Danny O'Donoghue?" i asked the receptionist

"Relation?" Pouted the rude woman

"Urmm, fr-girlfriend." i replied

"Intesive care ward 4." She said and tucked herself back in her magazine.

"Thanks." i mumbled and looked at the map of the hospital and started walking to  intensive care. I never realised how much went on in a hospital and it was huge! 

"Excuse me, where is intensive care?" i asked a nurse

"Take two rights go straight on then take the third left." answered the nurse

"Thanks." i smiled and followed the instructions. Eventually i made it to intensive care and was greeted by a stern looking doctor

"Can i help you? Doctor Hardy." Asked Doctor Hardy

"I'm looking for Danny O' Donoghue." i answered

"He's just come back from surgery so he's just sleeping off the anestetic." informed Doctor Hardy, "if you wait in the relatives room i'll come and get you in about 15 minutes."

He showed me to the relatives room and i sat down. My hands were shaking with nerves and time felt like it had slowed down. Every tick of the clock brought a new worry to me. 15 agonising minutes later a nurse came in and told me i could see him.

She led me to the room and opened the door. There he was: my Danny.

"Jessie-"

I ran over to his side and kissed him. He was taken aback at first but he soon kissed me back. I felt the fireworks again that we had when we first kissed. When i was kissing him i felt safe and protected. He lifted his hand up and placed it gently on my cheek. Slowly we pulled away and he was smiling sweetly at me, tears flowing down both of our faces. I leant over and kissed him on his head.

"I was so worried about you Danny. I'm so sorry, it's all my fault. I shouldn't have kicked you out, i should have given you a chance." i sobbed. He lifted his finger and placed it on my lips

"We're together now and i'm never going to leave you." cried Danny. I hugged him but heard him wince

"Oh sorry." i joked.

"It's fine." he laughed, i saddened me to watch as his face scrunched up with pain

"Do you want me to get a nurse?" i asked

"No, no it's fine. I just want to be here with you." smiled Danny, "What happened to your arm?"

"It's fine, i should be worrying over you! Not the other way round."

I grabbed a seat and sat next to Danny stroking his head

"I promise that i'm never going to leave you, i swear on it." whispered Danny. Danny  and i both fell asleep in eachothers arms, finally reunited.

Hello! I apologise for the really late update! Thanks to Kitanas for her support.
Has anyone been watching the new series of The Voice? It been quite good i think; Ricky Wilson has been looking rather good and Will's metaphors are up to scratch!
Quick OMG at the Flash and Arrow they have been amazing!

I was planning to update this earlier in the week as i'm on half term but then i watched an episode of Primeval and that one episode sort of turned into 18.....
IT'S SO GOOD THOUGH. According to Dan Howell i "hit freefall."

Also i know this is seriously late but the thought counts
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
