Two weeks had passed since the announcement of Choi Yeonjun and Choi Soobin becoming a couple was made.

It had honestly shocked many people, most were supportive but most were also very very salty they weren't the one dating Soobin, but for the couple they couldn't care one bit if people disliked their relationship.

"Okay, I know you fuckers are lovey dovey, but can you not feed each other? It's disgusting." Taehyun full on judged the two who awkwardly fed each other strawberries.

"Are you upset because Beomgyu doesn't do this with you?" Soobin smirked, causing Taehyun to bubble up in anger. "Jeaaaallouuusss much!"

"Ever since you got into the relationship of your dreams you've gotten more annoying," Taehyun scoffed, turning away to continue talking to Huening Kai who supported Yeonjun and Soobin.

Beomgyu held back a laugh, he knew he shouldn't laugh at what Taehyun had said since in Soobin's eyes it would seem like he would be agreeing with what the pink head had said.

The male sighed softly, glancing over at his best friends who seemed happier than ever, it made his stomach swirl up in bubbling joy knowing that after such a long time they had finally gotten together and Yeonjun, finally found his true love.

He didn't feel bitter or angry at all, instead he was relieved and happy that he had finally got the two together.

I don't feel hurt about it, but... Beomgyu's lips turned downwards. I've been lying so much, I'll eventually have to tell them everything.

At least Yeonjun is happy.

Looking back over at Taehyun who was visibly disgusted by Soobin pampering Yeonjun, he couldn't help but snort softly at his reaction.

Ever since he had told Taehyun they should keep up their act, he started to feel more and more weird around the male. His stomach would clench in a horrifying manner, almost like he was about to puke up all his guts into the table. His head began hurting everytime he overthought about something, like every little action Taehyun did.

Taehyun looked over at Beomgyu for a split second, their eyes lingering on each other as if they were exchanging so many words to one another in the span of two seconds until the male looked back at Huening Kai who asked him to look at his art project and rate it.

Beomgyu didn't fail to notice how Taehyun's eyes visibly softened when he looked at him.

"Hey, Beom," Yeonjun called out for him, causing the male to look over at his best friend who was surprisingly alone now. "You've been quiet, everything alright?"

"Oh yeah!" Beomgyu beamed brightly, for once he actually felt fine despite feeling a little guilty about everything. "Don't worry I was just listening on everything, I see Soobin finally left you alone."

Yeonjun snorted softly, "He's gotten more clingy since the confession, but he's still annoying, one day I'm gonna punch him."

Beomgyu nodded, he definitely agrees that Soobin had gotten more clingy but he was glad that since the two were dating now it didn't really change much besides their status, they seemed more comfortable with each other and he's never been more proud.

Childhood friends to lovers, such a cute thing!

"Me and Huening Kai will be right back," Taehyun spoke up, gaining the other two attention. "We're going to make a quick stop to the art room."

Beomgyu stayed silent, just a small smile crept on his lips, but Taehyun stood there staring at him. It started to make him feel anxious that the male was about to say something, was he upset at him?

"I think he's waiting for your permission."

"H-Huh?" Beomgyu flinched slightly, looking over at Yeonjun who stared at him weirdly before looking over at Taehyun who stood there still waiting. "My permission? Of course you guys can go, y-you don't have to ask me."

Taehyun nodded his head and took his leave with Huening Kai.

Beomgyu wouldn't lie, he found that a bit weird, usually Taehyun would just take his own leave without asking him, but now he had to ask?

"Your boyfriend is turning into a puppy."

"Puppy?" Beomgyu snorted, looking over at Yeonjun as if he were stupid. "Why is he a puppy?"

"Usually when someone likes someone so much, they seek out their attention and permission to make them happy." Yeonjun smirked, but Beomgyu just continued to look at him weird.

"What? Like me? Taehyun doesn't like me." Beomgyu scoffed, before his eyes widened realizing what he had just said.

"What? He's your boyfriend, he has to like you...?" Yeonjun mumbled softly, his teasing tone turning into a confused one.

"I-I.."

"Unless he loves you, right? Like and love are different, he must love you a lot." Yeonjun asked, causing Beomgyu to internally sigh.

"Yeah... you could say that."

"You know Gyu," Yeonjun sighed, placing his elbow on the table as he leaned his face onto his hand. "I'm glad you didn't lie about not liking Soobin."

All of a sudden...? Beomgyu's blood ran cold.

"It makes everything feel... a lot better, knowing that this whole time I was the one creating problems," Yeonjun spoke, a fond smile growing on his lips. "I'm just really happy you didn't lie to me, you and Taehyun really do look good together, I'm sorry for always trying to push the idea of you liking Soobin onto you."

Beomgyu felt anxious, Yeonjun shouldn't be apologizing, he shouldn't be the one saying sorry.

It was never his fault, it was Beomgyu's for not realizing sooner that Yeonjun had a crush on Soobin and that the two of them looked way better together. Even though all of his feelings towards the blonde were gone he couldn't help but feel so sick thinking about how Yeonjun still blamed himself and how he still hid everything that happened.

But that didn't matter, he... was being a good friend, he was helping the both of them and made them both happy.

"Don't apologize," Beomgyu forced a smile. "It's okay."

Yeonjun smiled softly, before he continued talking about whatever the hell he was talking about beforehand.

"They really piss me off."

"They don't even look good next to each other, don't you think Seong-jin?"

Seong-jin looked over at Yoshino with the most irritated expression ever, the male scoffing loudly as he slammed his lunch tray onto the table and looked away from the table that had Choi Yeonjun and Choi Soobin together.

It doesn't make any fucking sense. He gritted his teeth angrily. If it was Beomgyu and Soobin i'd understand, but Yeonjun...? He fucking stole him from me.

"Poor Seong-jin what are you—"

Miyuki was soon cut off when Seong-jin slammed his hands onto the table and got up from it, immediately walking out of the lunchroom with only anger clouding his mind.

Just watch Choi Yeonjun, you too Choi Beomgyu. I'll make you both regret it.

"Beomgyu, can I ask you something?"

Beomgyu's eyes visibly lightened up as his heart began to speed up when Taehyun had approached him with a fond look, even though he had spent majority of the day with him he couldn't help but continue getting excited when the male would want to talk to him.

"Sure!" Beomgyu beamed brightly. "What's up?"

Taehyun paused for a second, looking over at his bag he opened it real quick and pulled out a ticket with the prettiest shade of sparkly blue that Beomgyu has ever seen in his entire life, it looked like a crystal if it were turned into paper.

"What's this?"

"It's a ticket to an event i'm participating in," Taehyun explained as Beomgyu took it, the ravenette's eyes visibly lighting up when he heard that. "I need your help on something."

"You're inviting me?" Beomgyu said breathlessly, happiness overwhelming him, he had always admired art. He admired how people would take hours and hours to create a beautiful piece from their own mind and turn it into something wonderful, but if it was Taehyun's art? He could spend forever after staring at it.

"Of course," Taehyun looked away, his ears burning red. "Why wouldn't I invite you?"

Beomgyu couldn't hold back his excitement, an over joyed smile making its way onto his lips as he stared down at the ticket as if it were the most precious thing in the world.

"What did you need help on?" Beomgyu asked after finishing his little admiration session with the ticket, finally coming back to reality when he remembered Taehyun's other question.

"For the showcase I need to make a painting," Taehyun licked his lips, trying to find the right words to say. "I...I've barely had any motivation or energy, especially inspiration to make anything. So I was wondering if you'd like to spend time with me the entire day around the city to find something that inspires me?"

After hearing what Taehyun wanted to ask, the male never knew that his happiness could go beyond further than what he felt.

"If it helps you win that showcase..." Beomgyu grabbed his things, ready to up and leave. "I'll definitely help you!"

Taehyun's expression softened, a warm smile growing on his lips which made his dimple pop out which made Beomgyu mentally scream.

The pinkette extended his hand out, Beomgyu immediately knowing what to do as they intertwined their hands together, the two of them taking their leave from the classroom.

"Hey..." Taehyun called out, causing the elder to look over at him curiously.

"Thank you, hyung." The male looked away shyly. "I appreciate you a lot."

ʚ♡ɞ

The first place that Taehyun took Beomgyu to find something that'll inspire him was a place named "Byeol Park", a special park where many people would come to do some stargazing, but unfortunately it was still afternoon time so there weren't any stars in the sky.

"How about this, Taehyun?" Beomgyu pointed out over towards a pond which has the sun shining down on it perfectly, little sparkles and stars like glitter dancing amongst the surface. "It looks pretty over there, it could make a cute painting!"

Beomgyu looked over at Taehyun who stared at the spot he pointed at, to his disappointment, he saw how unsatisfied the male looked.

"It's pretty." Taehyun said dryly, straining his tone to sound like he liked it but really... he didn't.

Beomgyu frowned slightly, looking back at the pond he really doesn't realize why the male didn't like it, but maybe Taehyun had a different perception on what was pretty or not.

The two of them began walking away from the pond and over to a group of people who were sitting down in the free open space, it was cute! Friends, family, couples sitting down together to spend time in the nice spring breeze.

"Taehyun?" Beomgyu called out, pointing over at the crowd, wondering if the male would like it.

"Too boring."

Beomgyu's smile instantly went away when the male walked away, he didn't even look at the crowd properly! He looked back over, trying to view the scenery in Taehyun's eyes, but he honestly couldn't tell what was wrong.

Such a picky guy.

He hurriedly followed behind Taehyun, the two of them walking along the park as they go, occasionally stopping when Beomgyu pointed out something that he found pretty ... only for Taehyun to not agree with him.

It was frustrating him just a little bit.

"Maybe the park isn't the best place to get inspiration..." Beomgyu spoke up, the two of them sitting down on a bench near the fountain after walking for nearly forty five minutes. "Perhaps we should find another place?"

Taehyun hummed softly, thinking about it for a minute before nodding his head. Finally, he agreed with Beomgyu on something.

"Where do you think we should go?" Taehyun looked over at Beomgyu who tilted his head slightly, tapping his chin as he thought about it.

"Well what are you aiming for?" He asked the male who raised his eyebrow slightly. "You seem dissatisfied with everything I showed you, do you have a specific place or spot you'd like to go to?"

It was a surprise that Taehyun hadn't gotten upset with him yet, ever since they arrived at the park he's been asking nonstop questions about everything, especially when they would stop every five minutes just to look at a spot Beomgyu would find interesting, even if it didn't interest Taehyun. Throughout that whole time, he never once saw the expression of annoyance or irritation on the males face, just a blank look which usually meant he was calm and waiting.

"Are you okay with waiting for sunset?" Taehyun spoke up after thinking for a while.

Beomgyu found that interesting, of course he was okay with waiting for the sunset! He had always loved it when the sun would set, creating a beautiful golden hue in his room when it would shine perfectly through the window. He also loved sunrises, watching that same golden hue greet the morning dawn, casting off its beautiful color across the Earth.

He just loved the sun.

"Yes! I'm perfectly fine waiting for sunset, does that mean you want to paint the sun?" Beomgyu wondered, the two of them standing up as they made their way towards the entrance of the park.

"Not necessarily," Taehyun sighed, turning on his phone to answer some messages Huening Kai had sent him earlier. "I find things more prettier when it's sunset or night time, but we need to go somewhere with no light pollution."

"The beach!" Beomgyu beamed brightly, it had been forever since he has been to the beach and since his mother was full on ghosting him he'd assume it was fine. "Let's go to the beach."

That's not a bad idea. Taehyun nodded his head, grabbing onto Beomgyu's wrist to keep him close and away from the streets.

"You really didn't like any of my recommendations? Not even the one with the geese sitting in a circle?"

"No. That was lame."

"Rude!"

ʚ♡ɞ

"Beomgyu hyung!" Taehyun heaved out heavily, grabbing onto the railing to keep himself balanced. "Slow down!"

Beomgyu looked back and smiled sweetly at the pinkette who stared at him with full blown eyes, his mouth parted as his chest heaved up and down.

"Taehyun it's just a bit of stairs!" Beomgyu teased the male, running up the stairs faster despite his legs burning. "It's fun!"

Poor Taehyun, if he weren't such a sucker for Beomgyu he would've rejected the offer to climb the stairs that lead to the beach that wasn't too far, they honestly could've taken the shorter way of just traveling under the tunnel but instead Beomgyu found everything amusing and begged him to go up the stairs with him.

Did he regret saying yes? Yes.

But was he proud that the ravenette was smiling so beautifully? Fuck yes.

After a painful, dreadful, life suffering five minutes, the both of them finally made it to the top. Beomgyu gasped in delight seeing how beautiful the view looked from the top of the stairs, it was perfect to watch the sunset.

"What do you think?" Beomgyu turned to look at Taehyun, the view just making him breathless. "Don't you like it?"

The male waited for a response or any type of reaction, but all he saw was the blank expression of Taehyun's face when he walked closer and took a look at the view, his reaction way different than Beomgyu's.

It started to make the ravenette frustrated and concerned, Taehyun wanted to come here and now that they arrived he's showing no interest at all? He must've been real serious if he said that he barely gets inspiration and has to go looking around, he never realized that it'd be this difficult.

"Uhm..." Taehyun croaked out, awkwardness in his tone as he looked over at Beomgyu who already knew what the answer was. "How about we stop by the seaside cafe around here? Maybe we should wait for nighttime instead."

"What are we going to do for four hours?" Beomgyu frowned, if he were to guess correctly, the cafe they were going to was a popular spot but it wasn't busy at all during the weekdays, so it worried him what they'll do.

"We could walk around, but are you okay with that? I think we should take a break."

Just as he was about to deny that request, betrayed by his own body, the male felt his stomach rumble loudly. It had been a while since he eaten anything and he was certain that Taehyun was hungry too, so giving into the request the male just nodded his head as the two of them began making their way back down the stairs.

It really did disappoint him though.

Just what will make Taehyun satisfied?

ʚ♡ɞ

Beomgyu and Taehyun spent a total of two hours at the seaside cafe, at first they thought it would take way shorter than that but apparently people do come to the cafe despite it being a weekday, it was probably the most packed Beomgyu has ever seen a place.

Usually ordering would take a quick second but instead they had to wait a whole entire hour because of the short staff and a huge party that was in before them, then when it was finally their turn to order stuff their meals came out a whole hour later, causing them to lose two damn hours of their lives for some not so delicious food.

After that, the two of them had to walk around before they snapped at each other, the feeling of anger clouding their minds after suffering in the cafe, but after a good five minutes the two were fine again. Holding hands with each other as they walked around and visited some local shops that Beomgyu had never visited before

There was also a free showcase with jazz musicians playing music, and Beomgyu loving everything just wanted to spend all day watching them until he was dragged away by Taehyun after one of the saxophonists tried flirting with him, how weird!

Finally, after four hours which seemed like four entire years, the sun had finally set and allowed the beautiful night to paint the sky. Being in an area where there wasn't a lot of light pollution really had its benefits, it showcased so many stars that Beomgyu never got to see.

"Come here, hyung." Taehyun called Beomgyu over who was too busy kicking sand around like a little kid.

Beomgyu quickly ran over to the male, Taehyun placing down his sweater as he sat down on the cool sand, gesturing the male to do the same to which he did. It really made him curious on what they were doing just sitting in the middle of the beach at night.

There weren't much people around either, it was sorta calming to Beomgyu, just the faint sound of Taehyun's breathing and the sounds of the waves crashing onto the shore created this feeling of comfort to the male.

"I want to show you something," Taehyun said before looking up at the sky, his eyes darting around before landing on a specific spot.

"Look right there," Taehyun pointed up, pointing at a spot in the sky which Beomgyu's eyes followed landing on the spot the male pointed at, only confusion clouding his brain.

Taehyun must've noticed his confused expression, a light chuckle left his lips.

"If you look closely, you can see seven bright stars, right?" He said before pointing at a star, counting up to seven as he pointed to each one, Beomgyu's eyes following his finger as he realized he indeed did see seven bright stars. "That's the big dipper."

"The big dipper?" Beomgyu repeated, looking over at Taehyun with widened eyes. "Like the constellation?"

"Mhm," Taehyun brought his hand down, looking over to the side as his smile grew slightly. "And over to the side you can see the ursa major and little dipper somewhere near it, always near it."

Beomgyu was beyond fascinated, he knew about constellations but he never cared much about researching into him, but when Taehyun started talking about them it was like his brain did a whole 180 and started to focus on the wonders of the sky.

"I didn't know you liked astronomy," Beomgyu said, looking over at Taehyun as his heart skipped a beat when he realized how perfect the moonlights glow casted down on the males face, illuminating his features perfectly. "Do you study it?"

"Nope, my dad is a nerd and forces me to go outside to stare at the stars, I guess I just picked it up." Taehyun shrugged, causing Beomgyu to snort by how blunt he was.

"Do you..." Taehyun looked over at him with a fond gaze, even if Beomgyu couldn't properly see he could tell that admiration was swirling in the males eyes. "Want to learn more?"

"Of course I do," Beomgyu immediately said, smiling widely when Taehyun nodded his head.

The two of them began looking up at the night sky, both of their eyes dancing along the stars that shined brightly in it, with Taehyun calmly talking and explain every constellation that he could recognize, pointing it out for Beomgyu who listened closely, occasionally staring at Taehyun who's voice made him feel so dreamy.

Had Taehyun always been this... pretty?

Looking away for a split second, the male coughed loudly realizing what he had just thought, of course Taehyun was pretty! But for some reason... when he's under the moonlight it's like all of the features stand out.

It made his heart melt.

They spent a good thirty minutes stargazing, for the first time in a while Beomgyu had just purely listened to the calming sound of Taehyun's voice explaining everything.

It wasn't until he remembered that they really should be finding inspiration for Taehyun's showcase.

"Wait! Taehyun!" Beomgyu got up, running over to the water but not too close, Taehyun following him quickly after he suddenly got up. "We need to find your inspiration!"

"Oh," Taehyun scratched the back of his head. "I nearly forgot."

Beomgyu smiled warmly and turned around, staring at the water before slowly looking up at the moon that was directly in the middle of the ocean, casting off a white hue over the water, making it sparkly.

"Taehyun!" Beomgyu pointed, looking over at the male as his smile widened. "Isn't it beautiful?"

Taehyun's eyes lingered on Beomgyu, his heart suddenly thumping loudly against his chest when he realized how beautiful Beomgyu looked.

In the moonlight, his features were brought out more and his sweet smile and gaze on him made him feel so overwhelmed, but what distracted him the most was how perfect he looked standing in front of the ocean that looked like it was practically sparkling, as if someone had dumped down a bucket of glitter onto it. The way Beomgyu's soft hair began moving lightly due to the light wind, somehow making him look even more gorgeous than ever.

"Taehyun?" Beomgyu called out, snapping the male out of his trance.

"H-Huh?" He stuttered as he covered his mouth, clearing his throat as he nodded. In that moment, it was like a flame had ignited, that adrenaline rush going through him when he finally realized what it meant. "Yeah it's..."

He had found his inspiration.

"So..." He said softly, his eyes lingering on Beomgyu.

"Beautiful."
