Brains Out ⎥Kolvina
Davina Claire didn't know exactly what she was doing. All she knew was that Marcel had gone on non-stop about some sort of party that was hosted by the Mikealson's and he didn't trust her being all alone in the city, so she was forced to be dragged along. She was just sitting in the back, nibbling on some foods that were on the closest table. However, she saw someone glide over by her and looked at them for a moment before they opened their mouth. "We haven't formally met. Kol Mikealson." He then kissed her hand and against her better judgment, she felt her face flush up. She wasn't one to be easily swept off her feet, but there with something about him that just seemed different.
Davina was about to open her mouth but was cut off when another girl stepped right in front of her. "I'm Christina." The witch wasn't sure how to feel. She knew that he probably wasn't interested in her, but it was still a nice thought, which is why she ran away.
What Davina didn't see was that even after she left, he never once took his eyes off of her. "Yes, well, you don't really stand out." The girl's face fell, but Kol didn't really care. He only had one thing on his mind: To find the brunette and get to know her. Taking off in a sprint, he talked to almost everyone if they had seen her, especially Marcel, but he came up shorthanded. He hated himself for losing her.
Both the witch and the Original seemed to find themselves in the same place once again the next day.
Kol Mikealson was sitting at the bar with Klaus and for the first time in a long time, he finally felt like the universe was on his side. Davina and Marcel at just found themselves a table not that far from where the siblings were sitting. He shook his brother's shoulder for a moment, a grin gracing his lips. "I remember that girl from last night. I tried to keep her and myself occupied so I wasn't forced to dance with Caroline all night," he chuckled.
Kol seemed to be growing tired of not being with her the more the night went on. Without thinking, he strode over to where she was sitting. "What do you want?" Davina inquired.
"A woman like you should choose more suitable company," he shot a look at Marcel. "I'm Kol and I like pretty little things with sharp tongues." He didn't know what he was doing, but he wanted to touch her, so he reached out and caressed her cheek.
"I'm Davina," the witch smiled softly. Even though he was clear he pretty much flirted with anyone he came into contact with, Davina knew the best thing to do was be polite. She did just that and they spent the rest of the night talking.
A couple days had passed and yet, Davina couldn't get Kol out of her head. She had just gotten out of the shower and was feeling very lonely. Marcel had got out for the night to deal with French Quarter business and she was all by herself. Without thinking, she picked up her phone and dialed Kol's number. "Um, I really need to hear your voice," she said, biting down on her bottom lip. She wasn't sure how he was going to react.
"I'll do you one better. Send me your address." Davina couldn't help but smile. When the two got off the phone, she did as he said.
To Davina's surprise, Kol actually showed up. "You have no idea how happy I am to see you," she mused.
Bending down, the Original pressed his lips to the witch's. "Believe me, love, I am too. Now, I'm going to love your brains out."
