Navya squared her shoulders she was almost there at the CANTEEN, she took a step back then yelled and kicked the wall in front of her, in desperation.

"This is it, after that I am not coming to college for a week, no actually for a month nahii! I quit college oh my god, I am really going to do this... " she cried literally screaming at the wall.

She chose to just not reply anything, get inside and be done.

She walked in.

Advik sat at the spot where he usually did with his group of friends.

They weren't present though at that moment, Yash was at the class discussing project work with his IT teacher and Shreyansh was in the auditorium, being the senior he was side managing for the upcoming Cultural fest.

Advik would have joined Shreyansh too but he couldn't miss this moment and bonus point, Yash wasn't even there to act Saint and stop him

Navya's eyes moved around then landed on that leech. Big- gutter- leech with a good-looking face cover.

She slowly walked to him like in a
slow- mo like walking a step and pausing hoping it would take atleast an hour. And that Maharaja would get tired and leave.

Advik spotted her walking like an ant, he knew she wouldn't make it easy, smirking he got up and decided to cover the distance.

In quick steps, he was right in front of her.

He folded his arms after signalling his guys sitting left to take the picture.

Navya cursed under her breath then plastered a friendly look, one last attempt,"I am sorry, now can we finish this with a shake of hands like mature citizens rather than doing meaningless things "

She offered her hand was genuinely ready to start new and give him a chance if he behaved different.

He observed her then lifted his hand slowly and

glanced at his Rolex watch. "Let's call the company now, to tell them to reject the interview, what's your brother name again?"

She glared at him,"Chup bey-

He raised his brow

"Chup chap, I am saying sorry " Navya corrected herself gazing down, she let out a helpless breath. Her body shook when she bent to get on knees when she was on knees, she didn't look at him but at the ground, at his white shoes, she wanted to spit at them or burn them.

"Sorry," she mumbled, felt so humiliated.

"Neither can I hear you nor see, look up and say clearly," he ordered from above

Navya dragged her eyes up him painfully, he was literally looking down at her with a smirk beyond self please,"you see that's where you belong below at my shoes"

Something snapped in Navya that blinded her with rage, the crazy side unleashed where she doesn't care about anything

Charu and Isha talking to themselves made their way to the canteen.

"Fashion show is coming Isha, have you decided your look- wait- did you ask Yash to be your Partner?"

"I haven't I will do it today" Isha said, then maybe she could ask his suggestion for the character too, it had to be his choice too but what if he had already chosen someone else, it wasn't like Isha was his only girl friend ,"I am worried Charu am I late? Has he got a partner already?"

"I don't think so, he won't pick anyone else as his partner " Charu teased

Isha frowned,"how can you be so sure anyways what about your partner and Navya's?"

"Navya is going solo and I have Rishi, you know the one who sits at the back of us in class"

"What's with you and obsession with the R letter? " Now, Isha teased.

Charu laughed,"it's nothing, he's like a brother"

"Partner with a brother eww Charu"

As they entered they stopped in mid of the convo seeing the commotion, people were all watching someone in the middle, a girl was knelt before a guy that looked like Advik...?

Charu frowned,"what the hell is happening?"

Isha's eyes widened "that's Navya see!" she pointed.

Navya wore an orange t-shirt with white cat paws patterned.
Charu understood what this was about, she rushed towards Navya without wasting a second, Isha still shocked and confused at the scene in front.

"Wait why she is- oh yanking his hair?" Isha too moved quickly when,

Navya got up and pulled Advik's hair wiping off that infuriating smirk that was hurting like needles to Navya,

"What are you doing mad woman!" Abvik tried to remove her hands but she held him tightly tearing them forcefully. Advik was mildly scared at the turn of the events

"What do you think of yourself!" Navya asked angrily,"I will turn you bald with my hands, then I will see how you will go around threatening people!"

Advik's guy took the pictures. Advik motioned for him to stop, "oye ky kra h help me" then he pushed her but she still didn't leave his precious hair and it was hurting his scalp, no kidding. Advik shoved her.

By the rough shove, Navya toppled on the adjacent table it hurt her back but she still didn't leave his hair so Advik followed suit with him on top of her groaning,"Leave my hair you are a crazy psycho person you need help!

Advik's guys were also scared to intervene.

"Help that so you need it now, Say sorry for humiliating or else I swear you will leave this canteen without a strand"Navya warned looking into his eyes their face inches apart.

"Why would I say sorry" Advik snapped trying to free her hands.

"Oh you can't break this hold, it's stronger than Ambuja cement " Navya said.

"Bro how do we stop them" Isha cried worried at the scene, they were fighting like dogs and cats.

"Do we really need to?" Charu said sheepishly,"I mean she's handling him pretty well" just popcorn and cold drink were missing

"No, Charu" Isha shot her a weird look then dialled Yash's number, it appeared quite difficult to get into the middle.

"Leave my hair Navya" Advik said dreadfully calm, she was breathing hard below him glaring up at him. Her face was red, lips parted. Advik was glaring so hard like he will make holes.

"Else what?" Navya asked back, she was failing to see that a guy was on top of her, in the middle of the canteen with everyone around but she was beyond angry to care about it. "You apologise now, you are practically assaulting me, you worm, centipede, anaconda"

Yash took out his ringing mobile from his jeans pocket, he double checked the name Isha was calling him. They talked through texts mostly, had never called.... was everything alright?. He was concerned now.

He coughed twice before answering calmly
"Hello, Isha are you okay? Everything alright?"

So much for being calm

"No, come to the canteen" she replied in a panicked tone.

"Why what happened?"

"You just come, Yash come fast please, "

Hearing her say his name and please with this urgency made him feel like a superman

"Alright you don't worry I am coming"

What he saw on moving fastly to the canteen, he was shocked for a second then he acted quickly trying to free Advik.

Navya won't leave still. Isha sighed behind him,"Navya leave him, what is this behaviour"

"No- First he needs to apologize" Navya remained adamant. Yash put a hand on Advik's shoulder,"come on Advik apologise, let's stop this commotion we don't want the authorities to come" He warned him, Advik was already infamous among the teachers and this whole drama won't look good for him. They might call his father.

Advik clenched his jaw, he had to act with sense not senseless like this girl he then muttered,"sorry now leave my hair"

"Sorry, you humiliated me" Navya told yanking his hair, he winced but shot daggers at Navya. This isn't over. He thought.

"Sorry for humiliating you" He said, eyes where her hands were on his hair.

Navya left but her anger still wasn't cooled off she pushed him off on the chest over her.

Advik wanted to throttle her, he had never met anyone like her, she should be declared as the most annoying person in this world.

Yash tug him off saying,"what happened dude? Are you both in first grade fighting like toddlers?" he even glanced at Navya in disbelief. Navya got up, dusting her hands off with Advik's strands, Isha got to her instantly Charu followed covering her amusement that guy so deserved it she thought.

Advik left, not before shooting Navya a threatening look, Navya returned it with the same intensity.

Out in the hallway, Advik called Navya's brother's company and made sure he is rejected brutally also he won't ever get the job anywhere in this life, he swore.

At the table girls sat as on Isha's prodding what and why this happened. Navya told everything, her body deflated, holding her head in her hands she regretted,"my brother will never get a job, I tried to apologise to him Charu but you see my body reacted on its own seeing his smirking face, I don't know what to do now"

"That was totally wrong, he just wanted to humiliate you Navya, I don't blame you reacting that way " Charu supported. Whereas Isha felt contradicted, she patted Navya's back then glanced at Yash who was rather going after Advik, was with them, he wanted to know why this happened. Knowing Advik, he would be too out of his mind to tell anything.

Yash eyes found Isha looking at him helplessly. She got up and tugged Yash aside pulling his sleeve like a kid while Charu tried to stop Navya who was banging her head on the table, "mat rok Charu, mujhe nai jeena"

"Bakwas mat kar, itne se kuch nai hoga," Charu rolled her eyes

Isha said looking at Yash pleading,"Can you talk to Advik that he doesn't come between Navya's brother's job, Ankit bhaiya is really working hard he doesn't deserve that,"

How can Yash say No to that face even though he knew Advik won't listen a word. Rather ,he would fight with Yash too. Yash was torn between the two, he hesitated. He can't give her false promises.

Seeing his hesitant reaction, Isha felt bad dragging him into this too,"I am so stilly it would be wrong to put you in between this when it's Navya and Advik's problem, this might ruin your friendship too"

Yash's face softened, he chuckled,"it would definitely, he would rather punch me than listen to me, anyways you don't worry your pretty little head with this mess, I will see what I can do" he tapped her temple where her eyebrows were frowning cutely.

Isha pouted elbowing him she couldn't shake off the thought though, if nothing is done on time this matter could turn big and also Navya' s brother job was important, she got an idea,"you know what Yash, I will talk to Advik let's meet in the evening just us three, please"

Yash wanted to immediately refuse her but he knew, once Advik knew her properly, he won't be as mean towards them. Isha did have a soft side that rubs on others.

But in the evening he had to manage the restaurant, he couldn't leave it unattended, it would get messy without him,

Isha interrupted, feeling that maybe she was again asking too much,"or I can just talk to Advik"

Yash shook his head at once,"I will send you the location of my restaurant, we can discuss there"

Isha was surprised ,
"Your restaurant? Oh wow cool see you then"

"And thank you so much" she grabbed hold of his hand and shook it gratefully holding it between her hands and left back to her friends smiling in relief.

Yash wondered how long he could take this just friends thing.
