As usual the sound of the garbage truck woke me up, i groaned and rubbed my sleepy eyes, i glanced at the clock and it's 6:42am i have 18 mins to get ready for school.I got out of bed and waddled my way to the bathroom.

After my daily routine i came out of the bathroom and picked out some clothes, lets see....oversized hoodie, a simple tshirt, slightly big jeans and a pair of sneakers.

I went downstairs and i made breakfast, the usual...all bran flakes, yum.

I placed the bowl in the sink and i ran to the bathroom to empty my stomach, i hate morning sickness and it turns out it doesnt only happen in the morning urgh.

"Hey Cam" my best friend Ariana said behind me, I'm currently at school right now, my hoodie is doing a great job of hiding my growing belly.

"Hey Ari" i smiled, she walked beside me as we headed to class.

"Did you tell him?" She asked, this is our morning routine, she runs up to me, we walk to class and she asks the same question for the past month, did i tell my baby daddy if i was pregnant and the answer is same as always.

"No" she sighed,

"When are you planning to tell him though?"

"What would you do if a male came to you and said they're pregnant with your child, he might think I'm mental" i sighed, she kept quiet as we reached the class and that's when i saw him...he was walking around with 4 men in business suits, he must be planning to invest in the school, sigh.

"Its him go talk to him" Ariana said nudging me, urgh lets get this over with, i nodded my head and i walked up to the men.

"Ahem...Sylvester?" They group nodded at him and they went back, leaving me with him. He looked at me coldly, something i used to love but not anymore.

"What is it, I'm busy" he said in monotone.

"I wanted to tell you something....i...I'm pregnant" i told him, he was silent for a moment and he erupted with laughter.

"Really? Pregnant? Wow Cameron and just when i thought you wouldn't get more pathetic than you are...you pull this stunt? Pregnant? Really? Wow!" He said coming back from his laughing fit.

I stood there, i knew he would react like this and i knew he'd say stupid shit like this but you know what.

"Fuck you" i said and i stormed off, i could still hear him laughing, i passed my classroom and walked straight home.

"The baby is growing just fine, I'll prescribe you some vitamins" my doctor said, its been a week since i told Sylvester about my pregnancy and as expected he hasn't contacted me since, but i don't care, I'll raise this child by my self around someone who will truly love him or her.

After getting my vitamins i head to the exit and that's when i bumped into him, that pig.

"Wow, you really playing the role huh" he said chuckling, bastard.

I gave him no piece of mind and i walked passed him, last thing i need is stressing over some over achieving egomaniac like him.

I walked to the parking lot where Ariana was waiting for me in her car, it's a mini cooper.

"How was it?" She asked as i sat down.

"It was good, then i bumped into him" i said glaring at the window.

"Oh...um...do you want some wendy's?"

"Sure"

I'm five months along now, I've stopped school because my principal said it was too dangerous for me to walk around the crowded hallways so i had no choice, I haven't seen Ariana in a while now, she has her own life too so i don't mind.

I waddled down the stairs and i made my way to the kitchen, I'm craving something spicy today, someone has been kicking me all morning for spicy food, lol.

"We out of spicy food baby, dont worry mommy will make a way" i said rubbing my belly. I grabbed my house keys and locked the door. Grocery store here i come.

"Is he pregnant? But how?" A woman whispered to her friend, they're not aware i could hear them so i listen silently, pretending to look at the different pickled jalapenos.

"Maybe he's trans, poor thing" Her friend whispered back, okay that's enough eavesdropping for today, i grabbed two jars and placed them in my cart, my cart is full of spicy foods, hot cheetos, Mexican chilli crisps, hot wings from the deli and two jars of pickled jalapenos....jum.

"Cravings?" I heard a voice say behind me in the queue, i turn around and I'm faced with a man, he's truly handsome, black hair, green eyes, bushy eyebrows and an earring on his left ear did i mention he's wearing a Gucci suit, what is he doing here.

"Uh...yeah, something like that" i said turning back, i heard him chuckle and he remained silent, thank God.

I walked out the store and started walking back to my apartment, a silver Maserati slowly drove beside me.

"Need a lift?" It was the same guy from the store, urgh.

"No thanks" i replied,

"I insist" he said.

"I'm pregnant it means i have a man" i said, he chuckled and stopped his car.

"Then where is he" and thats where he got me, i sighed and walked to the window.

"I don't know you, you might be a psychopath who kills pregnant women and when you saw me you thought i was a kill of a lifetime" i said to him,

"Wow...is that....Wow" he laughed

"Thanks for the lift" i said grabbing my plastic bag.

"No problem...I'm Darren" he said smiling.

"I'm Cameron"

I got out the car and i walked to the entrance of my apartment building, the security guard opened the door for me smiling.

"Thanks joe" i said to him.

"No problem kiddo, be safe" he said. I entered the elevator and someone decided to kick my bladder, i gotta pee now.

The elevator doors opened and i bolted out, the keys refusing to cooperate with me.

"Oh God, please i need to goo" i groaned bouncing up and down, the door opened and i ran for it.

"Ahhhhhhhhhh" i sighed in relief and i flushed the toilet, i washed my hands and i went back to close the door.

"That was a close one huh" i said rubbing my tummy, i picked up my bags and i went to the kitchen, i opened the jars of jalapenos and i took a big bite of one, the crunch satisfying my ears.

"Mmm, yum" i said heading to the living room with the jar, i sat down and my phone rang, it was Ari.

"Hey Ari"

"Heey CamCam, how's my nephew/niece coming along" she asked in joy.

"Omg, i almost peed my pants minutes ago, aaaaaand i went grocery shopping i met this creepy guy there, but he's actually nice"

"Ouuuu you found a rebound guy?" She teased making me laugh, it's times like this that I'm grateful i have her as my friend.

I'm 7 months now and i feel huge, my feet are killing me and my back omg i feel like i could snap like a twig, I'm at the doctor's again, I'm planning a birth plan and i chose a cesarean section.

"Your baby is really healthy, i was worried at first but now I'm happy with the results, the next time you see me I'll be delivering your baby" i smiled and wiped off the gel residue.

I walked out the hospital and i saw Darren's car in the parking lot, what is he doing at the gynaecologist? Or maybe his girlfriend is pregnant i thought to myself but something tugged my heart just thinking about it, i sighed and continued walking.

I could see my apartment building ahead so i wasn't worried about traveling that far anymore, a car pulled infront of me, it was silver...a Maserati...it was Darren.

"Why you walking?"

"I'm saving the environment" i said making him chuckle.

"I'll give you a lift, hop in" he said,

"What about your wife?" I asked, he looked at me confusedly and he laughed.

"You saw my car back then? I was dropping off my cousin for work, she works there, now hop in"

I smiled and i got in, the baby decided to kick and i groaned as i rubbed my belly.

"We almost there baby, calm down"

"You talk to your baby?" Darren asked.

"Duhh, step on it i need to pee" i lied, i just wanted to go home.

He parked infront of the building and we got out.

"Where you going?" I asked him.

"I want to see if you arrive safely" he said scratching the back of his head.

"O...kay" i said watching him, we walked to the door and joe opened the door, he smiled at me.

"Hey kiddo, hello sir" he said to us,

"Hey Joe, this is Derran my friend" i said.

"I thought he was the father, i almost killed him" he joked making me laugh.

We walked to the elevator and Derran spoke up.

"What happened between you and the father" he asked, i sighed.

"Let's talk when we arrive okay" i smiled at him, someone was playing football with my organs today.

"I met Sylvester when i was 17, he charmed his way into my heart, he lives a very extravagant life, and one day he told me he loved me and i said it back and we dated since, for the past 2 years, life was great, i lived with him in his mansion and we were happy until one day he woke up and he told me to get lost, apparently the reason behind it was because his parents wanted to meet his new wife and he didn't tell them about us, soo i moved out, he paid someone to act like the new wife while he slept here most of the time, one day i gave him something I'd never take back...my virginity, stupid of me i know but i did it you know, i thought me giving my full self to him will make him stay but he didn't, week later he dumped me and married the fake wife, and here we are, me pregnant with his first child" i finished the story.

Derran placed his hand on my knee.

"I'm sorry you went through that, i hope that experience doesnt make you build up your defense walls and block yourself from experiencing true love" he said, i sighed after he said that.

"You like me dont you" i said nipping it in the bud.

"Actually....i do...i know you may not feel the same but please give me a chance" he said, well...i like him but i don't like him like him.....yet

"Okay, but if you hurt me, I'll kill you" i said, he nodded his head and smiled.

"Thank you for giving me the chance to show you true love"

"Babe can you hand me Sammy's blanket" I yelled. Mintues later Derran came to the room running with a fluffy blanket.

"Here you go" he smiled.

Well let me fill you in...i gave birth to a bouncing baby boy, Sam Alaina, he took Derran's last name because i didnt want him to grow up knowing that his father rejected him while in the womb. Derran and I have been dating for a while now, i moved in with him into his beautiful house, his parents are very lovely people oh and Sylvester tried to see me which i refused.

"Aww he's awake" Derran cooed at Sam, Sam giggled as he grabbed the air with his chubby little hands.

"Derran....i....i love you" i said, he froze for a moment and he smiled at me.

"I love you too Cameron and I love you Sam, yes i do, yes I dooo" he cooed back at Sam, i smiled at the scene infront of me.

I thought i wouldn't reach it but here i am, at my happy ending.
