Inos POV

The past couple of days have really been a thorn in everyone's ass. First, Sakura gets all ambushed. Then Team Trap (Neji,Tenten, and Sasuke, Dont ask me where I get these names. They just pop up) was ambushed as well. Last, Tenten's acting in a really shitty mood just cause she feels useless? She's acting like Sakura in her Genin years, expect shes not as useless as she think she is.

I feel bad, We all know how she feels, It's like puberty I guess, She was just a late bloomer. I felt useless when I wasnt able to help Shikamaru and Temari. Sakura felt useless when she couldn't help Naruto bring back Sasuke. Hinata felt useless when she got her ass kicked by Neji. Psh I was putting it lightly. Neji almost killed her.

I woke up before anyone else did to make everyone breakfast, But This time Tenten was up before me and she was sitting on the couch, just staring at the wall. Cross that. She was death glaring the wall.

"What did the poor wall do to you?" I asked. Tenten jumped 10 feet in the air and turned around.

"Y-you scared me, dammit." She cursed.

"What's wrong?" I questioned

"Nothing"

"Are you sure?"

"I'm sure"

"You're not lying are you?"

"No Ino, Trust me, I'm fine, for real. I'm over that stuff. You can trust me, can't you Ino?" We kept arguing for the past maybe 3 minutes or so until I got bored. Tenten may be easy going, but shes so stubborn.

I made a whole buffet of food so when everyone wakes up they won't complain about having no food. We were running out of supplies, I made a reminder to go looking for ingredients. I made Tenten her special (Blueberry pancakes) and sat down next to her while I was eating some toast.

"Listen, we all know what you're going through, the truth is you're not useless. Okay? You're actually pretty strong and Team Gai is lucky to have you."

"That's what you think, you weren't there. I was protected by Neji and I was idly standing by while Sasuke fought Hisoka. I could've helped but I didnt. I was to weak."

I didnt know how to respond to that. That was...well...deep, I guess? I tried changing the subject.

"You know what's weird. Why don't the guys ever feel weak? They're like robots or something."

Tenten sighed. She looked at me and shook her head.

"I think I'm gonna go for a walk okay?" She croaked. I nodded my head and watched as she rushed out the door and slammed it behind her. She probably woke up the whole damn household.

The worse part was that her Blueberry pancakes were untouched.

Tentens POV

Stupid.

That's what I am.

Stupid.

Every kunoichi in that household thinks It's all okay to feel this way. Honestly, It's not.

Imagine standing by idly while your  favorite thing in the whole word gets demolished right in front of you and you know you can't do crap about it.

That's what's feeling useless is like. It's horrible. I should of stepped in when I had the chance and maybe we could of caught him. Even If he was a clone.

I walked east for a while, admiring the beauty of nature until I heard the bushes move. I grabbed a Kunai from my back. What was the point of doing that anyways when I knew I was gonna die?

'I'm going to die' were the words that were circling around my head. If only Neji were here he could probably see what's in the bush...

As I was thinking that, A young girl appeared from the bushes, she looked Injuried, mainly cause of the way she walked. She had a little limp to her step.

"Oh my gosh, Are you alright?" I asked. Sure it was suspicious that there was a girl whos leg looked bad was walking through the forest early in the morning without anyone in sight....well now that I say that, It is kinda suspicious. I gripped my kunai tighter just in case.

"Yeah, I'm fine." She responded with. "I need to ask you a question though."

"Anything." I Interuped. Wait. I didnt mean to say that. She needed to answer my questions first.

"Are you scared of snakes?" She asked.

Snakes? Why? Hm that's odd-

I felt a cold, scaley thing wrap around my neck and squeeze it until I couldn't breathe.

Damn

She started laughing like a manic. She then straightened her posture. Her leg never was wounded. I was under some type of genjutsu.

I felt my face getting redder and redder as I couldn't breathe. I was gonna pass out soon. The girl interuped my thoughts of soon death.

"Don't worry. I'm not gonna kill you. I'm nothing like Hisoka. That crazy guy is always after blood and death. Besides, the boss wants you alive anyways. I dunno why, but he just does. So, pass out like a good Mitsashi would you?"

I obeyed her command and soon everything went black.

Sakuras POV

I woke up to the sun in my face once again. Stop waking me up sun! It's getting annoying. I turned over to the side and didn't see Sasuke anywhere. Maybe he already woke up. I got up and brushed my hair, teeth, etc. And went to go eat.

When I walked into the living room, everyone was there Expect Tenten. That incident that happened last night was pretty hard on her.

I hope she's doing well. Maybe she hasn't woken up yet, But Neji was in the kitchen and He most likely would of woken her up.

Maybe she was training in the yard or something. I looked out the window. No sign of her.

"Looking for something?" Sasuke asked. He made me jump a little and turned to him and smiled.

"Have you seen Tenten?" I asked.

"Ino said she took a walk not too long ago." He reassured.

"How long to be exact?"

"I don't know, Ask her."

Thanks for the useless information.

I walked out of the door to find she was hanging out with shikamaru, watching the clouds'n'all.

"Hey Ino!" I shouted.

Both looked at me with surprise. Ino blushed and so did shikamaru.

"Sorry to interup....How long has Tenten been out?"

"Uh shes been gone since 5 am I think." She answered.

5 AM?! IT'S CURRENTLY  10 AM. WHO TAKES A WALK FOR 5 HOURS.

"Ino....Did you ever think that taking a 5 hour walk in the forest while some of us are being watched was a smart idea?"

"Wait...Tenten is missing?" Shikamaru chimed in.

"Uh yeah, Now she is." I growled.

"We'll find her." A voice all to familiar stepped into our conversation.

Sasuke

"You have my word. We'll set out for her in an hour, You, me, and Hyuga. Don't worry, we'll find her." He assured me. His voice sounded positive. I nodded my head in agreement and rushed into the house to get my supplies ready for this short mission.

I hope Tenten is alright.

Sorry for the late chapter, also extra sorry it's short >-<. Something has been going on in my family and it's hit me pretty hard. So please be patient with me. Ill write when I can. It might take longer then usual, but when I'm my old self again I'll write more. I promise.
