Sakuras POV

I woke up to the sun in my face and the worse headache you can possibly imagine, I felt...cozy though, Really cozy. I couldn't feel my right arm, the one that I was bitten in, But that was a normal side effect.

So I lived huh? I didnt really expect to live, but I guess someone had knowledge in poisons and Probably Ino got out the kunais. I just wanted to stay in bed forever, I turned to the side to find ebony eyes staring right at me. Then it hit me. He had his arm around my waist while I was passed out. Eternally screaming I thought. But instead he retreated his hand and his fair pale skin became a scarlet color.

“Sorry” He muttered “I was worried you might get cold.”

Oh...

“Its fine, Im a little hungry, Im not sure if you'd mind getting me something to eat?” I asked. I wasnt cold anymore so he could just scram. Great. He got me in a crappy mood from this unforseen turn of events.

“Hn” He nodded and walked off into the kitchen. I looked around the room and actually admired it. ‘If it wasnt for you house, We'd all be sleeping outside and I probably wouldn't be here.’ Wow Im Talking to a house. As if my physical state wasn't bad enough... Now I have myself worrying about my mental state as well.

Sasukes came back with bacon and eggs for me.

“Thanks.”

“Its no problem, really” Sasuke smiled
Smiled? No I must have been hallucinating. I guess my mental state really is malfunctioning. Anyways I was still curious about who specialized in poison here. I know its not Naruto or Sasuke. Hinata... Probably not. Kiba, Choji and lee? HA! Dont make me laugh. It hurts. Shino... Maybe, He never tells us anything.

“Hey, Who specializes in poison here?” I asked Sasuke.

“Oh....Tenten was the one that got the venom out your arm if thats what you were wondering.”

“Tenten? Wow I would of never thought. Shes really good at stuff when she wants to be. Remember the time when Gai sensei pushed her to pull a prank on Everyone in Konoha 12 just so she could push her Trapping ability, and turned out she always knew how?” I giggled. Good times. She put a firecracker in my cereal and I didn't even notice. Sneaky bastard, she was.

“Hn. She put a-” He was cut off my himself. He looked as if he were thinking about something. Then he looked straight at me with an expression of surprise.

I was confused for a minute until I retraced what I said. Ok so shes good at setting up traps...Wait.

“You don't think tenten did this to me, do you?..” I asked

“What? No I wasnt thinking that.” he responded.

Sasukes POV

Wait. She did pull pranks on all of us. Another word for prank=trap. She specializes in traps too! And What did Sakura get hurt by? A TRAP! I know Tenten would never do something​ like this to sakura. But If Neji and I are going to scout the area it would be safe to have a trap specialist with us to investigate.

“You don't think Tenten did this to me, Do you?..” She asked.

Tenten? Of course not. Even if she was, I cant think of one motive why she would do it.

“What? No I wasn't thinking that.” I responded

“Well whats going on in that head of yours?” She asked.

“Listen, If Tenten specializes in Traps. She can help us investigate where you got hurt. Besides, Me and Neji were gonna do that today, But maybe with Tentens help, and Nejis Byakugan, We might have a chance in finding out who hurt you.” I explained

Sakuras eyes were wide open with surprise.

“You should go talk to her before you leave. Ill be fine here. See you later Sasuke.”

I waved goodbye and made my way down to room 2 to go knock on the door. I raised my hand in a fist and was about to knock the door when a hand stopped me.

“Shes getting dressed right now, what do you request of me or Tenten?" Neji asked. I rolled my eyes.

"Tell me, how many times does that Byakugan come in handy when spying on your teammate?" I replied sarcastically. He blushed

"S-s-she uhhhh Told me. I wasnt spying I swear!" He giggled while rubbing the back of his neck

I rolled my eyes.

"You Hyūgas are dysfunctional." I taunted

Neji gave me a look that basically screamed "Oh no you did NOT just say that"

"Me? A Hyūga? DYSFUNCTIONAL?! You're such a hypocrite. Didn't your parents raise you with common sense? OH WAIT. I REMEMBER" He snapped.

Now it was my turn to give that look that said "Oh no you did NOT just say that" I was about to punch him in the face, and I guess he had the same Idea because his fist was in the air like mine.

All until Naruto stopped both of our fists. He gave both of us an ashamed look and slowly shook his head, smacking his lips.

"Tenten, Do you prefer Pancakes or Bacon and eggs?" He asked while still holding our fists in each of his hands

"Uh Pancakes please Naruto, and take care of the idiots outside my door please" She heard us?! Oh crap, Now I feel bad. RIP Neji. He died because he was caught peeking by a comrade, who tattletaled on him.

Neji was muttering something under his breath as Naruto dragged both of us to the living room. That Dobe acted weak but he was actually pretty strong I have to admit.

"Actually Neji, I wanted to speak with you as well. Forgive me for being a loudmouth this time." I apologized.

"What is it you want to speak of?"

I told him about my theory on how Tenten could help us.

"That's actually real smart. Good job Uchiha." He complimented me

I thanked him and we awkwardly waited for tenten to come out. When she did we told her about our idea as she stuffed her face with pancakes made by Hinata.

"Okay I'll come along, Just don't make it weird or anything." Neji blushed. I apologized to him once again then we both apologized to her. Thank gods she's so easygoing. 

We head out back to the exact spot we were ambushed. The grass was stained with Sakuras old blood that left a brown-ish stain. I felt guilt creep up my spine.

"Now, where did the kunai exactly come from?" Tenten asked.

I pointed north-west. Tenten climbed up the tree and investigated.

She laughed.

"Whoever made this trap, probably never made a trap in their life. No wonder sakura manged to survive."

That joke made me upset. She would of survived even if this trap master was as good as Tenten. I would of made sure of it.

"Say Neji, Activate your byakugan, see if there was anything else that didn't activate." She giggled then continued
"I wouldn't be surprised if there were more that didn't go off."

Neji muttered something under his breath. His face had a worried look.

"What did you say?" I asked

"Tenten, GET DOWN!" He yelled.

Without questioning, Tenten jumped off the tree and landed next to Neji. As she did that 5 paper bombs passed by, it would of hit her right in the head if she didn't duck...I wouldn't want to see that. The paper bombs exploded and knocked down a couple trees. We successfully dodged the falling trees.

"Aw now, No need to be so rude. I try okay?!" A man papered from the tree Tenten was once standing on. He had a star tattoo under one eye, and a tear drop tattoo under the other, he also was very, very pale. He had red, messy, yet somehow organized in some way, hair. He wore a shirt with a picture of spades and aces on it. With Weird pants (A\N If anyone can guess who this is, I'll dedicate the next chapter to you! Hint: Its the man in the media picture)

"You're the one who hurt Sakura aren't you?" I snarled.

He shrugged his shoulders.

"Oh the pink haired girl? Guilty" He chuckled.

I lunged straight at him, Activating my sharingan.

This guy was gonna pay.

Big time.

I know I ruined the 'Upload one chapter a day' streak. But I was working on a new book and My other book Expectations. There definitely won't be a chapter tomorrow since I have something going on. There might be a chapter on friday, If not, Then definitely Saturday.
