Cece's PoV

The day after we turn back into human is usually like hell. Our bodies are sore. The hair removal is a bitch and we are dead tired.

All these things were true for me and my sibblings when We woke Monday morning.

My alarm went off an I stretched a tired arm to shut it up. I burrow back into my forest green comforter. Just as I was about to return to my dream of marrying Evan Peters, Lilith bursts into my room.

"Cece can I borrow your eye lin- why are you still in bed?" she asks.

I mumble an inaudible response and place th pillow over my face. I hear her sigh an cross my room. She stops and suddenly in freezing. I sit up straight flinging the pillow in her direction. It hits her in the face.

"What the Fuck?" I growl.

"You need to get up! You promised Wolfie you'd work her shift at the Garden Shop after school. So get your lazy ass out of bed and get ready." with that said she grabs my eyeliner pen from my bathroom and leaves.

"I NEED THAT WHEN YOUR DONE, BITCH!" I call to the white haired teen.

Sighing I get up and enter my bathroom where I Run a small bath. I strip of my sleep clothes and step in. I grab the Nair hair removal cream and applied it on my arms and legs. I rinsed it off and let the water drain. I dry myself off and enter my room. I dig in my drawers to find my light grey shirt with the broken, crying porcelain doll on it and my black and grey hooded letter jacket, along with a pair of bleach washed black jeans. I quickly get dressed. As I'm brushing my hair Lilith comes back in with my eyeliner wearing a maroon sweater that hung off her shoulders showing her black bra straps along with a pair of black skinny jeans. On her feet were a pair of maroon converse.

"Here." she said handing ne the tube. I take it abd smile at her and she sits on my bed. Covers and pillow still on the floor.

She picked up the small green teddy bear that sat on my dresser. On it's chest was a pair of black headphones.

"So where'd you get this bear again?" she asked looking it over.

"It belonged to my friend from middle school. Autumn Long. Begining of our freshman year she and got sent away from her home because her mother was a heroin addict. That was the last I ever saw her. Until her aunt and uncle brought her dead body back. She had died at the halfway house." I say thinking back to the small girl. She was mute but loved music. "In her will she wrote that her bear she always slept with should go to me."

"Aw. Poor thing." she says placing the bear back down.

I nod then apply my eyeliner darkly. I grab my all black converse hightops and slip them on. I grab my red work shirt and stuff it into my bag.

We head downstairs where we eat breakfast and wait for Henry to get her to take us to school.

~Time Skip~

It was final period and I felt like I was going to pass out from exhaustion. I zombie my way into Mettie's Botony room and plop myself down at the back table and do my best to stay awake as she starts the lesson. My eyes flutter close and my head falls on the table.

"Miss Lyall!" Mettie's shrill voice wakes me up and I jump. I look up and see everyone in class staring at me. Even Man Bun is smirking at me. I glare at him. Bitch you don't even know me so why the fuck you smirking at me. I will fight you.

"As I was saying. I'll be pairing you up with another classmate. Together you will grow a tomato plant and then dissect it and label each of the parts."

Great. Group projects my favorite thing. I'm not even that great with vegetables. I'm better with flowers.

As she went through who she paired us with I doodled a small flower on the inside of my left wrist in light blue.

"And finally Cecelea Lyall and Yuma Mukami."

So that's his name.... WAIT WHAT? Me and him as a pair? Nonononono.

"When the bell rings you and your parent will come up and receive your seed. In the mean time move to them and get to know them."

There's sounds of shuffling in the room as teens move to their partners. The chair behind me is pulled out and Man Bun sits down.

I ignore him and pull out my agenda to write down the homework from the board.

"Oi. Sow." He says.

I slowly turn to him a glare branded into my face.

"What the Fuck did you just call me?" I growl feeling the inner wolf awaken making me want to rake my nails down his face.

"Sow. Now about this project. I'll do the growing of the tomato. You can do the rest. Sound good?" he asks caramel eyes burning into my light green.

"No it doesn't sound good. She said together. Therefore we are going it together. And my name isn't Sow. I'm not a fucking pig."

He makes a Tch sound and looks away looking bored. I tightly squeeze the pen in my hand and try to calm down.

"Fine, Sow. We'll do this together. When do you wanna start?" he asks sounding as bored as he looked.

"Well Man Bun. I work after school today and tomorrow so how does Wednesday sound?" I grin and he growls at the Nick name. Hey if he wanted to be a dick and not call people by their real names I could do he same fucking thing.

As he opens his mouth to respond the bell rings. I pack my stuff and we walk to Mettie and ask her if we can pick up our seed Wednesday seeing as that's when were starting. She lets us and I go to exit the room when he stops me.

"Wait. Give me your number." He demands.

I raise an eye brow at him and sigh. I set my books down and pull out my phone and unlock it. I hand it to him and he hands me his. I type my number quickly and save it. Frowning when I see He put Sow as the contact name.

We give each other their phoned and I stuff it in my pocket.

"See ya Tomorrow, Man Bun." I grab my book a and leave before he can respond.

I quickly pop open my locker as Lilith comes over.

"So drama club gets out at seven want me to walk to the garden shop?" she asks.

"If you want. I don't get out til 7:30 so you'll have to wait a bit." I say closing My bag and slinging it on.

"That's okay. I can read through my script and begin learning my lines. Have fun at work!"

"Oh yeah anytime I get to spend with Violet is the best time ever." I say sarcasm dripping from my words like a leaky faucet.

She giggles and gives me a hug before leaving for the drama room.

~Time Skip~

Halfway through my shift I get a text from Lilith.

Snow White❄ : slight change of plans. I'm going to Kou's to practice lines. You'll have to walk home alone sorry. ;-; but Kou!

I sigh and run a hand through my hair and shoot her a text saying It was ok.

"Lyall! Phone away!" a lady in her 30's with violent purple hair snaps.

I sigh again and slip it in my pocket.

~Time Skip~

My shift was finally over. I buttoned up my jacket and stepped out into the brisk October night air.

I begin my way home but am quickly pulled into an ally way. I sniff th air and my nose picks up the smell of booze.

"You'll do just nice." a voice slurry and something wet touches my neck. I growl and the wolf inside awakens once more. This time I let her come out. My nails grow into sharp claws and My eyes turn yellow. I break out of his grip and quickly slash at him hiring his neck, torso and arms. He falls to the ground a useless lump.

The nails retract back to their normal length and my eyes turn back to green. I pull his wallet from his pants and tuck the money into my pocket. I put the wallet back and continue my walk home. Hands stuffed into my pockets.
