- HALA'S POINT OF VIEW -

We had finally arrived and I'll just say, I had no idea where. Sean climbed out of the car and jogged over to my side but before he opened my door, he pulled out something from his pocket. A blindfold? He opened up the door.

"Are you kidnapping me?" I asked.

He stared at me in shock then busted out in laughter. "No, no. I can't let you see where we are, it's a surprise. Remember?"

I chuckled a little. "Fine, go ahead."

He laughed and placed the blindfold over my eyes. He took my hand in his and carefully helped me out the car. I heard the door shut and he started to walk. I stuck my hand out in front of me because I was afraid I might fall or something.

Sean chuckled. "Babe, don't worry, I got you." I felt him move closer to me and snaked his arm around my waist. I felt my cheeks heat up. Oh god, I hope he didn't see that. We continued walking until we came to a sudden halt.

"You might want to take off your heels." He said. I furrowed my eyebrows, but did it anyways.

"Alright, there off." I said, holding my heels in my hand. We began walking again, but this time the ground felt different. It wasn't the hard rough pavement, it was soft and mushy. It felt like, sand? All of a sudden I felt Sean let go of me.

"Sean?" I reached my arms around, where he was standing before. No one answered. Then I heard him shout from a distance.

"TAKE THE BLINDFOLD OFF!" I heard him yell.

I untied the blindfold and blinked a few times. I looked around and realized I was at the beach. Well not necessarily right at the beach, I could see it from here. All I had to do was just walk down this sand trail full of flower petals. Wait, flower petals? It did look like a path, so I decided to follow it.

I walked down the path until I had finally reached the beach. I looked up and saw Sean standing in front of a table, set up with chairs, candles and flowers. I gasped and covered my mouth. He walked up to me and took my hands, pulling me towards the table. He pulled out a chair for me to take a seat.

"Sean, this is beautiful."

"Just like you." He simply said as he took a seat across from me. I felt a blush creep up onto my cheeks, I tried my best to be casual about it but that didn't work, because he began to smirk.

I rolled my eyes. "You enjoy making me blush, don't you?"

He winked.  "You have no idea." He then reached under the table and pulled out a small picnic basket. He took out little snacks, such as things like cheese, grapes, little sandwiches and chocolate strawberries. He then pulled out some juice.

"It's not much, but-" I cut him off.

"It's perfect." He looked at me and smiled.

"I'm glad you like it."

"Like it? I love it. No one has ever done something like this for me before."

He stared at me in surprise. "Really? I thought you'd get things like this because well, you're just so sweet, kind, funny and don't forget, beautiful."

I smiled and looked down. "I wouldn't say that...."

His jaw dropped open. He reached across the table and took my hand. "Hala of course I'd say that, because that's the truth. You're such a special girl, I wouldn't change a single thing about you. You're perfect to me." He lifted my hand and brought it to his lips. I blushed and looked down.

"Thanks, that was probably the sweetest thing someone has ever said to me."

Sean chuckled. "You're welcome." We talked a little more then began to eat and enjoy the rest of our date.

"I had an amazing time." I said as we both began packing up. He looked up and smiled.

"So did I." Once we finished packing up, we began to walk back to the car, but I stopped and walked to the edge of the water. I looked up in amazement at the the beautiful sunset. I felt arms wrap around my waist from behind and I smiled as leaned back on Sean's chest as he put his chin on my shoulder.

"Beautiful isn't it?" He whispered in my ear, sending shivers down my back. I nodded slightly as I closed my eyes. He chuckled softly.

"We should get going, I don't think your parents would approve if I kept you out too late." I laughed and turned to face him. I stared up into his ocean blue eyes, as I got lost in them once again. He began to lean in as he kept his eyes locked on mine.

I finally felt his soft lips on mine and he kissed me passionately. He wrapped his arms around my waist and pulled me closer as we both smiled into the kiss. We then pulled away slowly, our foreheads still touching.

"Hala..?" He whispered.

"Yeah?" He placed his hand gently on my cheek.

"You're a beautiful girl, whenever you laugh it makes me happy. Every time I see you smile it makes me smile and your eyes are so gorgeous, I find it difficult to pay attention to anything else. But more importantly you know how to brighten my day no matter what. And the fact that you like me back warms my heart. I just want to wrap my arms around you and cuddle and never let you go. I've never felt this way before and I love the feeling, you make me the happiest man on this planet, what I'm trying to say is, Hala will you be my girlfriend?" He finished.

I almost had tears in my eyes. I was about to say something but my phone started to beep. I reached in my bag, pulling it out and looked at what the message read.

Say yes? You just made the biggest mistake of your life. Say no? Good girl. Be careful what you say honey....xoxo -A

I sucked in my breath and shoved my phone back in my bag.

"Are you okay? Who was that?" Sean asked with a concern face.

I nodded. "It was just Danielle asking how the date was, I'll text her later."

"Oh." He said. I laughed and then pulled him towards me again and kissed him.

"Yes." I simply said. Sean had a huge smile plastered on his face.

"YES!" He shouted, as he picked me up and twirled me around. I giggled.

"C'mon let's go." I grabbed his hand and we started to walk back, but all of a sudden it was like an explosion happened behind me. I screamed out in horror as Sean grabbed me and ducked. I looked up and behind me and saw that the table we were sat at, was now broken into pieces and was up in flames.

"Oh my god."

"Holy shit." Sean said. My phone beeped again. I shakily took it out of my bag and read the text.

I stared at the text in shock. So this person was taking this seriously. I quickly put my phone back into my bag.

"Okay let's go." Sean said as he wrapped his arm around my waist and started walking quickly towards the car. We reached the car and quickly threw everything in the trunk and climbed into our seats. I was breathing heavily. Sean started up the car, and reached over, grabbing my hand and stroking it with his thumb.

"It's gonna be okay." He said as he kissed my hand. He started to drive away from the beach but when I looked out the window, there was something, or should I say someone standing there watching the car drive away and it was freaking me out. I couldn't see who it was since it had gotten dark out but my phone then made a noise again. I slowly unlocked my phone, hesitantly reading the text.

Don't try running. You know I'll find you. -A

I closed my eyes and leaned back onto the seat. I was really pissed off.

"Sean can we stop at your place first?" I asked. Sean looked at me with confusion.

"Sure." I quickly texted my mom I'll be stopping by Sean's house for a bit. I felt him squeeze my hand.

"Is there a reason why you want to come over?"

"Yeah. I need to talk to someone and I need you there with me."

"Should I ask?"

I chuckled. "Nope."

"Mom?! Dad?!" Sean shouted, as he walked into his house. No one answered. He walked into the kitchen, then came back out. "There just having dinner, they'll be back late." I nodded. We walked into the living room and sat on the couch.

"Do you have Katrina's number still?" I asked. Sean stared at me in shock at the sudden question.

"Uh, I don't think so, but you can check the call list. But why?" Sean pulled out his phone and handed it to me.

"I need to have a little talk to her." I went through Sean's call list and found Katrina's number. I pressed call and held it up to my ear, waiting for her to pick up. I tapped my foot impatiently, then finally she picked up.

"Sean? Why are you calling? Oh my god! You want to get back together?!" She asked in her annoyingly snobby voice.

"You're kidding right?!"

"Hala? Why do you have Sean's phone?"

"Look I know it's you! I KNOW YOU'RE THREATENING ME WITH ALL THOSE TEXT. I KNOW YOU'RE A!" I screamed.

"What are you talking about?"

"DON'T ACT ALL STUPID WITH ME! IS THIS WHAT YOUR PLAN IS WHEN YOU TOLD ME TO 'WATCH MY BACK' WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU!"

"Is Sean there with you?"

I sighed in frustration. "Yes!"

"Get him out from the room."

"No!"

"DO IT!"

I sighed angrily. "Sean, can you please go into a different room for a second?" He raised an eyebrow but then nodded, walking into the kitchen.

"Alright he's gone!" I told her.

"Look you little bitch. Yeah I may be A, but that's what you get for not listening! But darling, I'm not the only one."

"What do you mean 'not the only one'?"

She laughed. "I mean, I'm not the only one threatening you. I have others who are helping me."

I rolled my eyes. "Look, what do you want."

"That's simple. I want Sean."

"Why? You're the one that freakin cheated on him."

"So? That doesn't matter anymore. Sean is mine and he'll never be yours, you're a slut!"

"Oh I'm the slut?! I'm not the one who cheated dumbass!"

"I suggest you break up with him now and leave him, and don't ever come back!"

"And if I don't." I said, my jaw clenched tightly.

"I'll continue to threaten you."

"Fine, go ahead. Because it's not bothering me."

She laughed. "Sorry, I wouldn't say that. I am capable of KILLING you!" And with that she hung up. I groaned and sat back down on the couch, putting my head in my hands.

"Why didn't you tell me?" I looked up and saw Sean leaning against the door frame with his arms crossed. I sighed and stood up.

"Because I didn't want you to get hurt. I didn't realize she was a psycho maniac till now." Sean laughed a little. He walked over to me and wrapped his arms around me tightly.

"Don't worry about me. I'm worrying about you, I don't want you to get hurt." He pulled away and looked directly into my eyes. "I will protect you with my life." Was all he said before pulling me back in his arms.
