TEN

- HALA'S POINT OF VIEW -

I was sitting in my bedroom. I hadn't come out of there since last night. I just don't know if I can forgive him, because next thing you know, he'll do it again. I got up from my bed and started to get ready. I threw on some jean shorts, a shirt and left my hair down. I came out from the bathroom and that's when I heard a knock on the front door.

I looked at myself in the mirror one last time, before running downstairs and answering the door. When I opened it, Sean was standing in front of me with an apologetic look. Surprisingly I didn't slam the door in his face, I opened up the door fully.

"Do you want something?" I asked.

"Hala. Can I please talk to you." Sean pleaded.

"Sean. I don't want to talk to you." I said, closing the door but his foot stopped it. I opened it up again.

"Can you just leave me alone?"

"Can I just take you somewhere, after that you never have to talk to me again." He said, sadly on the last part. I sighed and walked out the door, shutting it behind me.

"Where do we need to go?" I asked, calmly. A small smile came to his face. He grabbed my hand and we walked down the steps. I was blushing big time. We reached the end of the driveway.

"Uh, we're walking to the place we're going." He said, grabbing my hand again. I nodded, I had no idea where the hell he was taking me.

We then came across a very familiar park. We walked through the trees and finally, realization came to my face. This is where he took when we first hung out together. We hadn't said anything to each other the whole way there but he was still holding my hand. He motioned me to go sit on the grass. I went over and sat on the grass, blossom trees surrounding me. He came up to me, and sat in front of me crossing his legs.

He pulled a small box out of his pocket. The box had a simple gold wrapping paper and a red ribbon on top of it. I furrowed my eyebrows. He handed me the box and I opened it up. My jaw dropped open. There was a beautiful silver heart necklace placed in the box.

"Y-you got this for me?" I said in shock. He smiled sweetly and nodded. Before I took it out, I gave Sean a big hug. He then wrapped his arms around my waist and put his head into my shoulder. I could tell he was smiling. We then let go and I took it out of the box.

"Why?" I asked, grinning.

"It's an apology present, and when I saw it...I thought of you."

I grinned madly and looked at him. He chuckled.

"I'm guessing you like it?" He asked.

"Are you kidding?! I love it!" I exclaimed.

"Do you want me to put it on for you?" He asked.

I looked at him, smiled and nodded. He got up and went behind me, taking a seat. I pulled my hair to the side. I then felt a cold chain being placed around my neck. I smiled and looked down, seeing that the silver heart was placed around me.

He attach the necklace and I felt him looking at me, his warm breath hitting the back of my neck. I then turned and looked at him, ending up getting lost in his beautiful blue eyes. I started to blush a little. It was like time stopped and it was just me and him.

Then that's when suddenly, I felt him leaning in.
