Lilly's POV
Surprisingly, the show went great!
I didn't fall, or fork up a line.I know what I said, I'm just trying not to curse as much
I actually managed to keep it together!
As for Ben?
Ben was forking FABULOUS.
When he bowed, I screamed from the wings. I have never been so proud of him. After that, I dragged Ben to a small diner.
"So," I began, "how has life been without me?"
"Honestly?"
"Honestly Ben."
"Absolutely," he spoke in a happy tone, took a pause and then continued, "awful."
"Aww Benny, you missed me."
"I already told you I did, Lil."
"Did I surprise you?"
"You have no idea"

Ben's POV
"You have no idea." She really didn't.
This whole time, I thought she was cheating on me but she was trying to surprise me.
This whole fucking time.
I racked my brain for hours, scolding myself for not trusting Lilly.
Good thing I didn't do anything utterly ridiculous.
I felt my phone vibrate.
"Hey Ben, we should meet up again sometime ;)"
Followed by, "lmk when you're available cutie"

Lilly's POV
Ben zones out for a little, who knows what he was thinking. Suddenly, he face turned pale, like he saw a ghost.
"Ben, are you alright?"
And just like that, Ben cape back to reality.
"What?" He asked confused.
"I asked if you're alright, you looked like you just saw a ghost!" I joked, still slightly worried.
"I-I'm fine Lil'"
"You sure?"
"Hundred percent."
"I believe you for now." I glared at him, hoping he would crack and tell me what was bothering him.
"It's nothing, I promise."
"When someone says 'it's nothing', they really means it's a big forking deal"
"Forking?"
"I'm trying something new"
"Uh, okay" He better not change the subject.
"So how was your plane ride?"
"Uh-uh, you are not changing the subject"
"What do you mean?" Ben asked, innocently.
"What's wrong, Benjamin Tyler Cook!?"
"Nothing is wrong, Lilly god just drop it!" He was pissed. I've never seen him this mad. Being the decent girlfriend that I am, I dropped it.
"Okay, okay, I'll drop it."
Ben let out a sigh of relief. I wonder what's on his mind? He's gonna have to tell me sooner or later.
"So, what's new with you?"
"Well, the lab finished up, we now know who's staying in the transfer..... uh-"
"Wait, you knows transferring?"
"Yeah" I smiled, I cannot wait to tell him.
"Are you?" I nodded, happily. Instead of a happy reaction, I got a,"Why didn't you tell me?"
Ben looked hurt.
"It was a surprise,silly! I wanted to tell you in person rather then on the phone."
"Oh, okay." Something was definitely upsetting him. I'll have to talk to Josh.
"So, Lilly, how long are you up?"
"Just until your next travel day, then Betsy and I go home."
"Are you gonna be on as Katherine for the rest of the week?"
"No, I don't think so. I am gonna be in the audience for every show. I wanna see you be an even bigger star than you already are."
"Thanks Lil'"
"I was thinking, we could go and walk around? Explore a bit?"
"That would be great." He smiled. It seemed more a half hearted smile but, I'll look into it later.
"Go to the bathroom first."
"Okay Mom."
I watched him turn a corner as I ran up to the hostess and paid for our meal.
When Ben came out, he was surprised and annoyed that I paid.
"Lilly! You distracted me! How could you!?"
I gave the woman a $20 and whisper-yelled, "thanks for putting up with us!" As I ran out the door, Ben on my tail.

Ben's POV

And Lilly was on to me
She's the best person I have ever met and I cheated on her.
Its not like it was on purpose.

I went on a few dates with Giana before I met Lilly but it was nothing serious.
For me anyway.
She kept texting me but I told her I was in relationship, then she backed off. That is until she somehow found out Lilly was leaving. She managed to get a backstage tour where she cornered me. She kissed me.
I was missing Lilly and I just let it happen. For a long time too.
She kept coming back, until I left her town, and I haven't heard from her since.
That is, until now.
And now I'm screwed, 'cause Lilly's on to me.
She knows me too well, she knows somethings up.
It's only a matter of time before she figures it out.
I texted her back while Lilly was trying on a dress.
"Leave me alone, I'm in a relationship, we're happy"
She replied, "sure you are, but you definitely weren't two weeks ago"
Shit
I forgot about 'two weeks ago'
'Two weeks ago' I spent the night with her, but we didn't do anything, I just slept in the couch, after an hour of cuddling.
Its official, I am the worst boyfriend in the entire fucking world.
I don't deserve her
I ruined absolutely everything
There's no way Lilly will forgive me.
How am I gonna tell her?

All done! This chapters a little shorter than usual but I figured this was a good place to stop.
I can't believe Ben cheated on Lilly, then moved on like it was nothing!
