So guess who's a lying ass hoe?

Ch 4
Soon after Jungkook had stormed out of the room, his parents glanced at each other, then quickly excused themselves and hastily left the room after him.
Half an hour had passed since then. A few minutes ago, Mr. Jeon had warily entered the room, avoiding the various looks of the family and asked Mr. Park to join him in the study, for a 'talk'.
Jimin wondered how far the study was from the boy's room. For Jungkook's sake, it would be better if it was far, at least out of earshot. Incase any argument should break out between the two men, which, considering the boy's previous statement was true, was most likely.
Jimin's sister had joined him on the seat close to the window. She had grabbed the soft pink pillow, matching the tiny couch, and huffed as she sat down. She was now staring out the huge glass window with slightly wide eyes, probably trying to comprehend what just happened. Jimin just put an arm behind her, reaching her other shoulders and comfortingly rubbing it.
His mother had been sitting across the room from them, her arms and legs crossed and a very annoyed look on her face.
He glanced up when he saw that Mrs. Jeon enter the room and pull his mother into a corner. Rita was shaking and jittering as she tried to explain whatever the hell Jimin couldn't hear because of her hushed tone. His mother just regarded her with a cold, blank stare.
The two women had now been snapping at each other for a while now, Jimin quickly got bored of trying to read their lips, and used his free hand to continue scrolling through instagram.
He looked up when Ji-yong nudged her elbow in his side. "What?" He hissed.
"You should go talk to him." She said.
"Who?"
"Jungkook."
He furrowed his eyebrows. "Why the hell should I talk to him?"
"I don't know! Shouldn't you comfort him or something? Yknow, one gay man to another."
Jimin made a disgusted face. "Okay first of all, t -that's offensive." He said, lifting a finger in Ji-yong's face. It was her turn to furrow her brows.
But before she could say anything, he cut her off. "And second of all! I don't even know the guy! It's none of my business." He could feel his sister's glare on him as he picked up his phone again and opened instagram.
Though, his finger for some reason, hovered over a post, twitching and shaking, but never being able to bring itself to scroll past the same post of a cat stealing treats on loop. Jimin bit his lips, his grip tightening on his phone. He huffed in frustration as he pocketed his phone and got off the small couch. He glanced at Ji-yong, who had the biggest smirk on her face. Jimin wished to smack it off.
"I'm just. Going to the bathroom." He stated.
"Sure you are." Her smile widened. She cheekily grinned at him as he turned around and left, never breaking their eye contact, which was basically a glare from Jimin. Until he turned the corner, and disappeared behind the wall.

Jimin had stopped a few maids on his way to ask for directions, who kindly led him to a staircase and pointed in the direction he should find the young masters bedroom.
He followed their directions which led him to a tall yellow door. He huffed a breath and knocked on the door.
No sound.
He leaned in close to hear any sounds from within. There were none. "Jungkook-shi? Are you in there?" Still, no response.
Jimin pressed his lips in a thin line. He considered just turning around and leaving, but for some reason he didn't want to leave the guy alone. At least not now.
"I'm coming in." He voiced, and grabbed the silver handle, turning it. He put a hand over his eyes as he gently pushed the door open, praying to whoever that the young Jeon was decent. After a few seconds of silence, he removed his hand, only to find the room completely empty. He looked around. The room was pretty bare. It only had a queen sized bed in the middle, a small shelf with a few books on it, and a bedside table with a guitar case leaning against it. Everything, from the walls to the bedspread, were monotones shades of light blue.
It was surprisingly bare for a young male's room, especially an idol.
Across the room, from where Jimin was standing was a clear, floor to ceiling glass window, which opened onto a small balcony, on which stood a slouched figure, leaning dangerously over the glass and metal railing.
Jimin strode over and pushed open the glass door, which glided over soundlessly.
"It's not gonna work you know." He voiced.
Jungkook jumped in his place, whipping around towards the source of the noise.
Jimin smirked at the startled boy, who pulled out the pair of earpods from his ear, which explains him not hearing Jimin earlier.
"Who- what?"
Jimin chuckled at the boy. "The jump." Jimin said as he walked towards the railing, leaning forward to look down.
"You're probably gonna break a bone or 5, but you won't die." He stated, looking down at the patio, then looking up at Jungkook, who looked like a deer caught in headlights.
"Wha-, I wasn't- that's not what I-" the boy fumbled over his words, making Jimin grin.
"Relax kid, I'm just kidding."
Jungkook frowned. "I'm pretty sure I'm older than you."
"I'm pretty sure you're not."
Jungkook frowned deeper. "What do you want?"
Jimin turned towards him, biting his lip.
"Look, I just wanted to say, what you did out there today, it was brave."
Jungkook scoffed. "It was stupid."
"What, coming out to your would-have-been wife's whole family in an outburst, stupid? Nah." Jimin shrugged. But Jungkook's displeased look told him his sarcasm was not appreciated.
"Sorry, that wasn't funny, my ba-"
"Yeah it really wasn't." Jungkook snapped.
Jimin tried to keep himself from rolling his eyes and sighed. "Anyways, I just wanted to say that it must have not been easy for you, and that I understand what it feels like?"
Jungkook scoffed, "tch how would you understand? No one could understand me unless-"
Jimin raised his eyebrows, his lips shifting to the side and he leaned his head forward.
Jungkook's eyes widened as his lips parted in realisation.
"Wait- what?"
"Yeah I am gay."
Jungkook's eyes widened in surprise, but soon, his eyebrows were brought together as he looked away. "How can you just say it like that? Aren't you afraid someone will hear you?"
It was now Jimin's turn to crease his forehead. He pulled in a deep breath, turning towards the night time scenery. Hobi would love this scene.
"I AM GAY AND I AIN'T AFRAID OF ANYBODY KNOWING IT!" He bellowed.
Jungkook flinched, and whipped around to find Jimin with the biggest smile.
"Look jungkook, being gay isn't something you need to hide or be afraid of. Worrying about people hearing it?? LET THEM HEAR!" He said.
For the hundredth time that night, Jungkook looked away. Jimin was quickly getting tired of looking at this boy's back.
"It ain't that easy okay? Do you know how disappointed my parents would be feeling right now. I Just made a huge show in front of your whole freaking family. I can't even look at myself in the mirror after this. Don't get me started on how the industry will react about it" Jungkook said looking down at his thumbs, tears running down his cheeks.
"I know all these thoughts are scary, I felt the same way. But as far as it goes for your family, they will understand. Maybe not now, or even in a year or two, but eventually. If they really love you, they will accept you no matter what. And if they don't, then they don't deserve you."
Jungkook looked up at him with big doey eyes. He had a small glimmer in them, a glimmer Jimin wished someone had given him when he was going through this, a glimmer of hope.
"Now say it with me Jungkook, I am gay and I am proud of it." said Jimin. Even though Jungkook might have accepted the fact, he still needed to believe it.
"Trust me Jungkook it's gonna make it so much easier."
Jimin looked at Jungkook's hesitant face. The boy closed his eyes and drew a shakey breath.
"I am gay.." Jungkook's words trailed off, he peeked his eyes open, and Jimin mustered the smallest, softest smile, encouraging him with his expression. You can do it. He mouthed.
"I AM GAY AND I AM PROUD OF IT." said Jungkook with so much confidence. His face immediately broke out into the biggest smile. Jimin raised his brows, he looks like an excited bunny.
He repeated the line a few more times in excitement until Jimin started to giggle at his silly behaviour, he too smiled. Even if no one had done this for him, it felt nice to do it for someone. Give them the comfort and confidence he needed when he was younger.
"Feelings better?" Jimin asked.
Jungkook cried again but this time because of happiness and answered "A million times better." His big bunny smile with his doe eyes, he looked like a child meeting his favourite cartoon character.
Jimin turned around "My job here is done I shall go downstairs otherwise my dad will scold me and say I am spreading the gay virus lmao."
Both of them laughed at the joke together.
"Ahh I should get going," Jimin said, as his phone vibrated for the hundredth time. He hadn't replied to his husband in some time, and now the older had started to think the Jeons had kidnapped his beloved Chimchim.
Jimin was about to leave but stopped when Jungkook called him "hyung...I think?" Jimin hummed in response.
He looked at Jimin like a 5 year old and requested, "👉👈 can I have a hug?"
Even though Jimin hated contact with people he wasn't close with , he knew Jungkook really needed it. When he realised he was gay and going through a tough time her sister would give his the biggest hugs, and even if Jimin acted like he didn't want them, they always made everything better.
Jimin came close to him and engulfed him into a warm hug. He patted his back and said "You are a great person and deserve all the love in the world, do not let anyone tell you otherwise." Jimin pulled him in closer when he heard the boy burst into tears, he just slowly rubbed his back. "You are a fairy" whispered Jungkook.
"What?" Jimin asked.
"Nothing."
They stayed like that for a few seconds and Jimin quietly pulled out his phone, angling it so that he could take a picture of the beautiful night. Reference pictures for hobi. He pulled away, awkwardly patting the boy's back.
Jimin took out a business card out of his pocket and kept it on the table. "If you ever need me and want to talk you can always call me okay?"
Jungkook nodded as Jimin left saying bye. He walked back down to the room, now empty except for his mom, who was sitting in the corner of the sofa, her arms folded and an annoyed expression on her face. Ji-yong wasn't there, so he guessed she must have gone to the bathroom. He plopped down beside his mother, putting an arm behind her. She didn't say anything and just leaned into his shoulder, so he quietly rubbed his arm.
⊂(・﹏・⊂)
I think we all need a Jimin in our lives, this one was for all my closeted gaybies.
Also if you didn't guess the answer to my initial questions, it's me, I'm the lying ass hoe. But in my defence, writer's block was a bitch.
Also my exams are starting from the 5th of aug, so updates are gonna be less regular (like they ever were in the first place, lmao aaliya you make me laugh.) But I'll try my best.
Anyways, take care, love yourself, love myself, peace.
💜
