❛ ugh , this kinda hard. ❜ your eyes switched back and forth from your two favorite candies. softly shifting from one foot to another , your mind was quickly telling you to chose your second favorite candy since it's the middle of the night and you were kind of sleepy since you're planning on cleaning up the whole house tomorrow , considering that you got the whole week to yourself along with your son.

feeling a small tug at the end of your oversized coat sleeve , you turned your head to the side and leaned your head down to see your son fingers clutched tightly onto your sleeve coat when he tugged on it. you noticed how your son lips was forming into an pout as his face shown nothing but sleepiness.

❛ mama can you please hurry up ? i'm getting sleepy. ❜ your son brought his right hand up to rub his right eyelid tiredly which caused you to laugh a little. you said nothing but nodded at what your son basically ordered you to do and grabbed your second favorite candy.

you asked did he want anything out of the store like something for school or an snack in general but he decline your offer saying that he have enough snacks at the house that he could take to school in the morning which made you nod at what he said since it was true.

walking your way towards the cashier counter with your son tiredly trailing behind you. you sat down your candy and something to drink that you grabbed along the way towards the counter. the cashier who was minding his business , looked up to see you not looking at him but looking downwards. he trailed his eyes to where you was looking at and he saw that you were grabbing some money which caused him to scanned your stuff.

while you was getting some money out , haruma eyes had went towards the man that dressed in his uniform and saw that the man was looking downwards and he automatically thought that he was checking you out an inappropriate way. haruma immediately stepped in front of you while glaring at the man with crossed arms and cheeks puffed out.

you raised an brow at your son sudden movement but thought nothing of it so you went back to grabbing your money. the man had finally finished scanning two items since the machine wasn't scanning the first few times. as he was about to announce your total , he suddenly felt an chill crawled down his spine once he saw ocean eyes glaring straight into his dark blue ones.

the man gulped harshly , ❛ u — uh , your total is $5.50 ma'am. ❜ the man squeaked out once he made eye contact with haruma again from trying to deeply avoid eye contact. this man couldn't believe that this little kid was making him sweat ! he suddenly felt embarrassed and was glad that no one was here to witness this.

you nodded at what he said , completely oblivious to what your son was doing to the poor cashier. grabbing out an $10 from your wallet , you handed the money towards him while giving him an small smile which made him blush and softly grab the money from your warm hand.

haruma saw this and puffed out his cheeks as he moved closer towards you. you gave your son a pat on his head whilst the both of you watched the cashier pack your things inside of the clear plastic bag with red words printed on the bag and grabbed your change from the $10 you gave him.

grabbing the bag from the man along with the change , you bid him a goodnight and gave him a smile then walked out as haruma walked right in front of you. before haruma could fully walk out , he turned his head to the side so he could make direct eye contact with man. once they both made contact , he stuck out his tongue while making an ❛ bleh ! ❜ sound at him which caught him off guard.

the cashier watched as you opened the car door for your son then slammed it close and watched as you check left and right before opening your car door then slammed it shut. even though your car windows are tinted , he could still feel those eyes still glaring hardly at him.

the man let's out an unsteady sigh once he saw your car driving away. the man felt a sweat break out from his neck and slowly trailed it's way down towards his collarbone.

❛ never again man. so scary. ❜ he laid limped inside of the seat stool. as silence surrounded him , his eyes suddenly went wide from realization.

❛ I FORGOT TO ASK FOR AN AUTOGRAPH , FUCK ! ❜

with you , you were happily moving your head side to side while vibing to the music that the night radio station decided to play for all the night owls. since you knew the song , you were humming the tune with both of your pointer fingers drumming against your steering wheel that was covered with ( f/c ) fur case.

right beside you was haruma who was lights out. he was snoring peacefully with his head leaning against the window as his seatbelt was supporting his weight. as soon as y'all left the store , you asked him did he want something to eat because you said you're not cooking tonight. haruma decided to say yes and asked for his favorite fast food with you getting it for him.

once he got his food , he immediately dug in while watching a show off of your phone that he asked for when you was getting his food. when he got full , he started to feel sleepy again so he decided to go ahead and go to sleep inside of the car with some sause around his mouth.

you sighed once you saw that sight of him but cleaned it up and let him go back to sleep once you were done. stopping your car at a red light , you noticed how it was less cars out and less people walking around since they usually be out at night.

as you were waiting for the red light to turn green , your mind began to wonder what happened earlier when you found your son with those two familiar brothers.

you're fully aware who those brothers were. you just hope that they didn't remember you since you guys had met back in y'all's teenage years. you guys only met before because of sanzu when he decided that he was going to join that other gang name that you've long forgotten about. he said that he was staying for some reason but you didn't question it.

the first time you guys met was when you and sanzu were out doing something. the four of you had both encountered each other with one side surprise while one is confused and the other one looks so done with them even though he didn't say anything to them yet.

long story short , you and the brothers became close when that encounter happened. but the three of you slowly lost connection due to something happening with that gang. both you and sanzu fully avoiding them , mainly sanzu though.

after you fell pregnant with sanzu child and the break up between y'all two , you were about to tell them what had happened but you were afraid and you didn't have their number in the first place so that was stupid.

but now that you saw the both of them earlier , you were lowkey surprised in your head that they didn't remember you which made one side of you relieved whilst the other side was worried. why worried ? because you're afraid that they did notice you and went and told sanzu about your wellbeing.

as if he cared enough.

you let out an small sigh as you drove again once the light turn green. you were so ready to go to bed but not before you call your brother about what happened once you get home. making a right turn , you continued your way down and finally saw your house in your vision.

before you could enter your driveway , you stopped outside of your gateway to put in a code in order for the gate to open for you. once you put in the code , the gate slowly opened making you drive your way in as the gate slowly closed back once you entered .

pulling up to your driveway , you parked your car where you always parked it then grabbed the switched handle to push the black handle towards the letter ❛ p ❜. as you felt your vehicle come to a stop , you brought your right finger to push the button in order for it to turn off the car.

a yawn left your lips whilst you were making sure that you got all of your personal stuff along with haruma clothes that's at the backseat. sitting in the car for a few minutes as you were just staring ahead into nothing in particular , you decided it was time to go ahead and head inside to take haru to bed.

you opened the car door causing your lights to turn on once the door open. you softly took off yours and haruma seatbelts , carefully making sure not to wake him up. once you successfully did that , you grabbed your purse along with keys then got out of the car and shut it carefully to make sure it doesn't slam hard. walking to the passenger seat , you opened the passenger seat side to see haruma body shifting and his eyes crinkled as he was about to wake up from his slumber.

❛ wake up haru , we're at home now love. ❜ your soft voice woke up your son as his eyes started to move around the car as if he was looking for you. once he felt the coldness of the air from outside , he turned his head to the side to see your figure right beside him as if your patiently waiting for him to wake up. when you saw your son finally woke up , you gave him a smile then moved to the back door to grab his clothes.

as your hands gathered those , haruma let out an tried yawn as he got out of your car with your phone in his hand. you shut the back door and saw haruma right beside you with his left hand holding tightly onto your sleeve. making sure your car was locked by your keys , you walked towards your front door along with haruma following close behind you.

❛ man i'm so tried right now. i need a shower. ❜ you yawned once again then finally made it to your door. since your right hand contained your son clothes along with your keychain that also contained your house keys , you fiddled with the keys a little to grab the right sliver key. once you did that , you inserted the key inside the little key hole then turn it to the side to unlock it.

you heard your door make a ❛ click ❜ sound indicating that your door is now unlock. taking your key away from the knob , you pushed the door open with your left foot then told haruma to go ahead go inside with you following right behind him. making it inside the house , your house smell along with silence and darkness , greeted both you and your son.

walking fully inside of your slight cool house , you shut the door right behind you then lift your left hand up to flick the lights on. your fingers felt the light switch then your fingers moved to flicker it on. bright lights made it in your vision causing you to close your eyes a bit from the sudden beam of lights hitting your eyes.

you told haruma to go head upstairs and take him a shower so he can head to bed. your son nodded his head then asked for you to lean down which you did. he planted a short kiss on your cheek then ran upstairs after biding you a short goodnight. a small smile curled up on your lips at his affection as you felt your heart burst at his cuteness.

you walked your way towards your living room where it contained an ❛ L ❜ shape couch that's colored with beige as white and beige plush pillows decorated the long couch and a black blanket thrown over the couch.

a black square fur rug along with a long glass rectangular table , sat in the middle of the room with the table containing various of picture frames , candles along with brands of magazines and different types of sketches scattered all over the table.

once you made it to your couch , you plopped yourself down then immediately went towards your feet to take off your five inch heels. sighing out of relief once your feet finally left the heels , you dropped them down onto the floor then sat haruma clothes down on the couch right beside you.

you also took off your oversized coat that left you in your causal clothes that you wore out this evening today. you reached to your table for the remote then turned on the tv once you got it. absentmindedly switching from channel to channel , you barely heard your phone ring until you felt the vibration from your back pocket.

you sat down the remote then hurriedly went to your back pocket to reach for your phone. you looked at your phone to see hanma dialing you up which caused you to furrow both of your eyebrows in confusion once you saw his contact name pop up on your phone screen.

hanma usually isn't the one to call you up out of the blue unless he just wanna irritate you for the rest of the phone call until you just have enough and hang up on him which results him blowing up your phone with text messages.

usual when he calls , it's about both yours and his model photoshoot that your brother be setting up for the both of you along with his manager , which is his old childhood friend who's name is nami.

you let out a short groan , mentally preparing yourself for hanma usually rant about random things. moving your thumb towards the green button , your thumb swapped it to the right then you brought your hand up to your ear and was immediately greeted with hanma voice yelling into the phone which made you pull your phone away from your ear to look at it with an irritated expression.

bring it right back to your ear , you greeted hanma with a tired voice who immediately caught on but did nothing but giggle like a little child.

❛ oops , sorry for yelling into your ear ( n/n ). i just got done beating someone ass in spades and just got excited. ❜

you could only sigh again at hanma actions and close your eyes already feeling an incoming headache already forming inside your head. you told hanma that it was ok and told him what did he needed. you heard the line go silence for a moment making you raise your eyebrows in confusion.

looking at your phone when you pulled it away , you can still see that hanma was still on the line but was just quiet. you brought the phone back up and muttered out a small hello but with your voice was laced with concerned once you said that.

❛ shit sorry ( n/n ) , had you on mute on accident when i did something. anyways , i wanted to know about the photoshoot that your brother and nami had scheduled up. we're still doing that next week right ? ❜

❛ shit uh , i think so. i haven't talked to takashi since this morning to be honest. ❜ you got up from couch to walked towards the kitchen whilst turning on the lights.

❛ you don't need to be thinking , you need to be knowing. i did ask nami though , she said that were supposed to be still doing it but she needs the answer from mitsuya. ❜

you only hummed at what hanma told you. as he kept talking , you grabbed a clear wine glass then grabbed a newly wine bottle that you brought not too long ago. you wanted to try this out with one of your friends or brother but you never got the chance so why not try it by yourself ?

you popped open the bottle and then poured the red wine inside of the clear wine glass. once the bottle filled up half of the glass , you sat down the bottle and placed the top right back on the drink.

bring the drink towards your plump lips , the red wine swiftly entered between your lips as the glass rim separated them. as the red wine made its way inside your mouth , you felt the drink go straight down your throat smoothly with your taste buds tasting the wine , leaving a bittersweet taste behind.

removing the glass away from your mouth , you smack your lips together and nodded your head at the choice of wine you chosen. you decided to take a couple more sips , completely oblivious that you were still on a call with hanma whom was calling your name every second to get your undivided attention.

❛ ( y/n ) ~ are you completely ignoring me or you just forgot i was here. ❜

blinking your eyes twice , you replied back to him , ❛ oh no i didn't , i was just tasting this wine i've been wanting to taste. did you say something while i was preoccupied shu ? ❜

❛ jesus christ ( y/n ) , are you good ? do you have a lot on mind or something ? if you do , you can tell me , y'know i'm always listening. ❜

your pursed your lips up together thinking if you should tell him instead of just calling your brother. he wasn't lying about the always listening part , hanma always listens to your problems whether its a big or small problem. you're just bless to have him by your side all these years.

❛ i do have something on my mind. i just feel stress out about a lot of things recently. to make it worst , i just ran into those brothers while me and haru was out shopping. im surprised they didn't even recognize me. ❜

❛ y'know those haitani — ❜ before you could even finish your sentence , your doorbell had sounded which made you paused your sentence. you heard hanma asking for you to continue but you just blocked him out and stared at your front door with a wary expression.

from what you have known , you didn't expect any company coming around this hour. it was around 10:30 pm right now. beside , people couldn't come to your front door unless they put in a code that's attached to your door gate that's surrounding your house for safety reasons.

unless they jumped over your gate. fuckin amateurs. they probably knew you have cameras surrounding your house since you didn't hear your alarm sound go off whenever an intruder trespasses.

so who could be ringing your door bell at this hour ?

your eyes started to slowly widen in realization. you only hoped that those brothers didn't find you any time sooner. you could feel your heart race at the thought of them , sweat was starting to trail down your neck from nervousness , you could feel your mouth going dry.

❛ ok ok , let's not jump into conclusions. ❜ you closed your eyes then breath in and out to stop yourself from overthinking the wrong thing. you hands started to feel sweaty so you brush them against your pants to wipe them off.

❛ hey shuji , imma have to call you back. something out of the blue came up. i'll text you about the photoshoot tomorrow , love you bye. ❜ you hurried up and hung up on hanma , not even giving him a chance to reply to what you uttered out to him.

looking away from the door since your eyes never left it , your attention was now drawn towards your son who's sluggishly walked his way to you as he rubbed his eyes from sleepiness. ❛ haruma ? what the hell you're doing out of bed ?! ❜

haruma paused his steps as he made it in front of you. he could tell by your tone of voice that you were feeling uneasy about something since you've never been the one to curse around him. it only slips out whenever your angry or nervous like right now.

❛ m'sorry. i heard the doorbell ring so i thought it was taka since he sometimes pops up without announcing sometimes. ❜ you agreed to what he said. mitsuya sometimes does that in order to surprise you. so maybe that's him at door ! you could only hope that it was true.

❛ oh honey , i don't know if it's taka yet , i have to check so go wait in the living room while i check okay baby ? ❜ he nodded at what you ordered then ran his way to the living room making you sigh in relief. clearing your throat , you inhaled in for a moment then exhale out to calm your nerves. why bring a weapon when your brother taught you how to fight ?

making your way to the front door , you glanced to the side to see haruma slumped on the couch while using the blanket that was dapped over the couch. a small smile curled on your lips as you saw him sleeping peacefully.

you finally made it to your door. your hand hovering over the door knob to prepare yourself. you latched your hand on the knob then twisted it over to unlock the door. when you did that you swung open the door and was completely met with nothing but coolness of the night air and darkness.

you managed out a shaky breath as you felt your heart slow down since it had started to pace up when you finally opened the door.

❛ ok so i was tripping. ❜ you hand lifeless fell down on your left side as your eyes moved around your yard to make sure nobody was around. as you were looking down at the ground , your eyes stopped to where u we're standing and saw a small rectangular box with a red bow seating on the ground.

❛ ok what the fuck is this ? this like some type of horror movie. ❜ you gulped down your saliva and reached down to pick up the small box. once it was in your hands , you hurriedly untied it not caring if you were out in the opening.

once you fully untied it , you eyes widen again as a small gasp left your lips. out of shock , the ribbon that was tied into a bow , fell from your hand and slowly started to fall towards the ground. as it was falling , the breeze of the wind flew by causing the ribbon to fly away somewhere.

❛ since when did i lose this. ❜ in the box laid your id. the id where you always need for whenever your either finna by some alcohol , driving , or finna aboard on a plane. picking up your once lost id , you looked around it making sure that nothing out of the original was on the id.

you was about to close the box and bring it inside until you saw an note in the box. you picked it up and read it with furrow eyebrows that started to slowly disappear into an annoyed expression.

you forgot about this since you were
up in a hurry. i tried to get your attention
but you couldn't since you were to far away :(

you signed out and stuffed your id inside of your shirt where the id is place on top of your breast. looking around once more , you shut the box closed and shut the door behind you and locked it. not even knowing two people where watching your figure.
