you removed your hand away from the door to cross your arms over your chest. your gaze never leaving ran's body figure. he hummed , his head titling to the other side. he took a step forward and you saw but didn't move an inch away from the door. he stopped in front of you , you could feel heat radiating from his body from how close he's standing.

❛ you're worried about the wrong thing here ( yn ). we just came here to talk... and see how you've been over the last couple of years. ❜ you felt ran slithering his lanky arm around your waist , his fingers drumming against your waist , sending a chill down your spine. you gulped down your saliva but didn't move away from him when you felt your breasts touching his chest.

you rubbed your side and looked at rindou once more. ❛ i always knew you were going to be my favorite haitani rin rin. ❜ rindou scoffing and mumbled something underneath his breath but you didn't catch on. you stared at him a little bit longer before sighing out.

❛ i guess you guys can come in. ❜ you moved away from the door so they can be let in. they walked in further inside of the house and you shut the door behind them. you closed your eyes and bit your bottom lip down , taking deep breaths to mentally prepare yourself for the questions that you know they'll probably ask. you felt a tug on your hand and opened your eyes to see your son gazing at you worriedly.

you ruffled his hair making him close his eyes and lean into your touch. ❛ haruma , i need you to head upstairs for me for a few moments. i'll let y'know when you can come back down once i come up there to get you okay ? ❜

haruma was about to protest until he shut his lips together. he frown but nevertheless followed your instructions. you grinned and leaned your body down to place a kiss against his forehead , both of his cheeks , and on his small nose. you pushed him softly towards the stairs that leads to his room and many others. the brother's saw haruma leaving with a frown. they were confused on to why he was leaving , most definitely ran since he wanted to get to know him.

❛ you guys can look around while i go into the kitchen to whip something up. and change your shoes into those slippers , don't need your dirt dirtying up my floors. ❜ they glanced down to see two pairs of slippers right by their feet. they saw you leaving the living room to head inside the kitchen.

they followed your instructions and took of their regular shoes and put on the slippers. the ones rindou had on oddly enough fits his feet to his relief whilst the ones ran had on didn't fit his much to his dismay.

they decided to take your advice and look around your cozy place as they await for you to get done preparing a few snacks that you think they'll like. and if they don't , they'll just have to suck it up in the meantime. they examined various things around your home , and they also processed to pick up a few of those things so they could get a closer look at it. you'll probably find them being misplaced a little bit.

when they got closer towards your backyard , they saw a big size pool that's big enough for a house party rindou , lets out an impressive whistle once he saw it. he would absolutely love to get in one day. hopefully , the both of you will be on good terms once they get the chance to chat to you.

whilst rindou kept his captive gaze on the big size pool , ran was walking around in the living room that's pretty large. he saw that the tv was playing a cartoon show telling him that haruma was previously watching it until he had to go upstairs for awhile. he saw plenty of things on your rectangular table that's in the middle of the room.

his lips curled up in an amusing smile as he saw different sketches that you've been drawing on your digital ipad. the sketches that ran saw were drawings of dresses , suits , and others. he even saw a couples of emails from famous brands wanting you to model their clothes / fragrance in a few days for a cover of a magazine. the device was unlocked for him to see. he doesn't know how you don't stress from all the work you've been doing. and if you do stress , you're really good at hiding it. despite that , he could see little eye bags forming underneath your eyes.

it seems like you have a lot on your plate. having to sketch out different ideas that comes to your mind , and then having to actually create the idea that you came up with and possibly present the outfit(s) to any runway show that you or either the host who invite you , present it to the audience. you really need to an assistant to help you with your stuff.

and up top of that , he and his brother decided to barged into your house unannounced. not even knowing if you were busy or not. well , not that ran really cared enough. he just really wanted to see you after so many years. and he wanted to meet his ❛ friend ❜ son and get the backstory of what happened between the both of y'all since sanzu was acting like he couldn't because he wanted to be all mysterious about it. like damn , man up about what you did years ago.

ran just sighed out heavily and his eyes left the table and went to the other table that's beneath the tv that's mounted on the wall. his long lanky legs took him towards the table and saw pictures placed there. one picture was you and your son , and the other one was a sibling picture with your two little sisters and your old brother takashi.

it's been a long time since he saw mitsuya. the last time he and mitsuya ever encountered each other was when he bashed a hard brick against his skull when him and mitsuya old gang was battling against each other. ahhh the good ole memories is what ran thought as he took another look at your smiling brother. his fingers curled around the frame and picked it up to examine it closer. his eyes came in contact with your younger self and he giggled quietly.

you were so adorable back then. you looked so innocent in his eyes , so pure. he carefully sat the frame back down like it was made of glass. his eyes moved to another one which was you and your son. the picture was when he was just a toddler , about 2 years old. ran noticed he was chubby baby whilst growing up. must've been breastfed a lot during that period. in the picture , he was placed in your arms while he assumed someone else took the picture for you. your son was smiling hard as the sun , his baby teeth showing. his wild pink hair that was growing by the minute was slicked down on his head.

his long pink lashes he inherit from his father were clasped together hiding his ocean eyes away. ❛ awww , how adorable he was ! ❜ ran quietly squealed to himself. making sure not to attract attention from you or his brother. he glanced around to see that nobody heard him and making sure no one was looking at his tall frame. he hurriedly took out his phone and took a picture.

he placed the frame down and cleared his throat , making sure he doesn't look to noticeable from what he had done. he fixed his suit jacket and turned around with his signature lazy smile. he took a notice that rindou was now sitting down on your beige couch with his feet propped up on the table. ran tsked but didn't say nothing. he wanted him to get caught red handed by you. rindou already seemed to make himself comfortable by how he grabbed the tv remote to change the channel.

he also saw that you were in the kitchen... still making snacks. so he decided to go towards the kitchen to bother you until your done. he silently told his brother who nodded at what he did , absentmindedly pushing the buttons on the remote. his legs moved him to the kitchen.

when he entered , he saw your back facing towards him with your hands moving in front of you. he hummed , leaning his forearms against the table that's separating both you and him from each other.

you didn't even have to turn around to know who voice that was. you awkwardly nodded your head and washed the last dish that was previously dirty. an awkward silent coaxed around the both of you. and ran didn't like it , not one bit. he wanted this awkwardness to quickly disappear. he knows it's been years without communication and that's why he's here ! he's here to communicate better with you. starting by being nosy but he isn't going to say that to you knowing that you might end up hitting him upside his head or kick him out of your house.

he nervously cleared his throat. he sat on the stool that's placed right underneath your kitchen table and started to open his mouth to at least continue the uncomfortable conversation. but , his mouth soon shut once he heard you reply to his previous question.

❛ well... ❜ you started. ❛ you would've moved too if someone previously broke into your house and stole some necessary stuff that you liked. besides , it's more quieter than where i was before y'know. ❜

he saw you wiped the edge of the counter where water was dripping from you washing dishes not too long ago. you softly rubbed your hands on a cleaner towel to dry your hands. he finally saw you turn around with your whole frame visible for him to see. you were leaning against the counter with a softer expression this time. no annoyed look nowhere in sight.

damn , suddenly it got hot in here. did rindou find the thermostat and put it on the heater setting when he felt chilly or something ? if he did , turn it back off. ran doesn't know if the liquor that he previously drunk is now taking over his body but the way you're looking and standing is making him feel hotter than before.

his heart was starting to beat louder than before , he could even hear them in his ears. the suit he's wearing suddenly felt tight and felt like he's wearing the wrong size when he knows it's the right one. his hands felt clammy and he kept rubbing them on his pants to get rid of the unnecessary sweat that his hands is producing. he licked his dried up lips to moisten them. damn why they felt like the sahara desert ? he put on some chapstick before entering. did his lips already soak it up ?

ran took in your full features. even the ones he didn't noticed before. you grew into a gorgeous woman. the baby weight you had a long time ago did a number on you. it fell in the right places. the dress you're wearing hugged the curves that your body possessed effortlessly. he saw two dark butterfly tattoos right behind your left ear when you turned your head a little than look right back at him.

and when his eyes traveled down towards your chest area , he saw a flower tattoo on your right breast. seems like you took interest into getting some tattoos as you grew up. he knows you probably have more it's probably just not visible or he's either mistaken and you only have two.

ran drank his portion of wine. he gulped down in one go and decided to refill it but half a glass than took a small sip. he got up from his seat and sluggishly walked his way to the living room where you and his brother were. he entered and saw you telling rindou to put his feet down cause he's not at home. rindou hurriedly did so and apologized with you humming.

ran put on his same ole smile and made himself known. he sat down right beside his brother whilst placing the drinks slowly , making sure they don't fall or anything spills. since he already drank his beforehand , he left his alone and just decided to snack on the snacks you made for them.

you were seated a couple inches away from them but closer to rindou and far from ran. your couch is shaped in a L one so their sitting on the longer side whilst you're on the shorter side , you had your legs and feet curled up beside you right underneath your butt.

you weren't in a snacky mood right now. your appetite
long gone since they've shown up. even when takeomi had texted you earlier about them. at the mention of them coming over to be in your business about your personal life left a nasty feeling and your appetite vanished right then and there.

so with a huff and rindou looking away to watch television again. he sat his snack down and look back at you who's already looking at him. attention full on him making him thinking twice if he should. but ran knows he got to man up and talk to you. he's the reason why their here and he's here to get some information about you and his friend and he's going to get it.

now it's ran turn. ran walked a little closer to haruma frame and slightly bend down to be at haruma height level. haruma was caught off guard by his sudden movement but brushed it off. ran placed his hands on his bended knees and gave haruma a smile. you walked to rindou side and stood by him with crossed arms and a soft smile.

❛ exactly like sanzu... ❜ ran lifeless implied , his voice hoarse from feeling dejected. rindou continued on giggling while walking to the door with you following. but not before grabbing ran who just let you with a pouting covering his lips.

he leaned down and placed a lovable kiss on your forehead making you giggle from the chilly sensation his cold plump lips left behind him. rindou also gave you a quick kiss on to your cheek. his lips were warmer than his brothers though. you watched as the both walked away further from you as your gate opened for them so they can leave. the gate shut closed and they got in their car.

ran rolled down his window and bid another goodbye while blowing a kiss. you chuckled and wave back. before they pulled off , ran yelled out saying how you badly need an assistant because your schedule looks all over the place. you rolled your eyes and watched as their car vanished away from your sight making you go back inside and locked the door behind you. it wasn't so bad that they did pop up. the conversation that y'all had wasn't bad. you thought they were here to get information about your son and report back to sanzu , that's why you were so on edge and walking on egg shells around them.

but to your relief , they only came to be nosy about your relationship with sanzu. you didn't care that they came for you. at long as they leave your son along and out of this , you'll be fine. you saw your phone vibrating and quickly walked to it and saw who was calling. you didn't think twice to snatch your phone startling your son who saw and quickly answered the call.

❛ now you wanna call ? what took you so long to call back now huh takeomi ? ❜ your lips were sneered in irritation. there was no need for takeomi to call you no more when the brothers already came over and did their business. takeomi sighed on the other line , his hushy voice answered your question.

❛ i'm sorry ( nn ) , my boss needed me to do something asap so i had to do it. i'm so sorry. ❜ you scoffed and sat down on your couch with a plop , deeply aggravated that he ignored your calls but at the time understood. but you wanted to be petty. ❛ oh so your boss is more important than me now huh... ❜

❛ i'm kidding im kidding ! calm down lady , hold the block button. ❜ he laughed out loud and you didn't find it funny at all. you just have to met this boss of his. you don't know his name since you didn't bother to ask him. and if you did , you probably forgot and have to look at a picture to see if you know him or not. all you know is that he's the leader of bonten but never saw his face on the news.
