Eren and Levi were curled up Eren holding on to Levi in this afternoon
When suddenly Eren felt a sharp pain in his lower stomach

His water broke as Levi helped Eren get ready for birth laying down towels under him as he kept Erens legs on his shoulders getting ready to grab Hus children when they came out

Eren panted and started pushing softly clutching the bed as Levi rubbed his stomach trying to sooth the pain he felt

Levi soon saw the head "I see the head keep pushing almost there" he spoke soothingly to him

Eren panted heavily giving a few harsh pushes and soon a baby boy was born Levi wrapped him in a towel gently setting him down

Eren started pushing again repeating the process this time birthing a little girl Levi did the same thing

Then handed them too Eren has he gazed at his children happily Levi laying next to him kissed his cheek

Happily hugging them all close smiling widely which is rare
