Anjali and Shyam's Room.

Immediately they entered Anjali launched herself on Shyam and started hitting his chest.

"You bastard.... How could you?..... I tolerated your numerous affairs but trying to marry another is the limit. " Anjali cried and an angry Shyam who had had enough of her pushed her harshly on the bed and took predatory steps towards her scaring Anjali.

"What the hell do you think of yourself? ..... Don't you dare think you own me...... One word from me and you will be kicked out on the street empty handed. " Shyam yelled and moved to his closet to change but stopped and turned and said.

"If Akash is capable of kicking Arnav who is related to him out, then imagine what he will do to you..... And your Nani will hate you forever if she found out the truth of your identity and your crimes...... So don't you dare provoke me. "

Shyam warned a crying Anjali. She pulled out her phone when Shyam left to the bathroom and called her accomplice but he wasn't pick up.

"What the hell is wrong with this man?...... I have been trying to call him for the past two weeks but he is not picking...... This is all his fault.... It's because of his carelessness that's why I had to marry this criminal..... I have to do something to get rid of Shyam or else he will spoil all of our plans. " Anjali thought.

Arnav drove Aman and Mr Roy to their respective apartments, both men insisted Arnav and Khushi stay with them but he declined.

Khushi watched as Arnav drove on the street of Delhi not knowing where they were going.

She knew he was hurt by the discovery and any normal person will have never recovered but not this man beside her. Because she knew he was one unique person.

"Arnavji..... Where are we going? " Khushi asked breaking his reverie and Arnav pointed his hand to his phone.

"There is a hotel about two miles from here...... We will spend the night there and later on decided what to do next. " Arnav replied and smiled at his wife.

Khushi took the phone and typed a name on it and placed it back confusing Arnav and he looked at the GPS and realized Khushi had change their destination.

"Khushi..... Where is is place? ". Arnav asked.

" It's our new home and stop asking me questions and look ahead and drive. " Khushi replied with a smile and Arnav smiled back and drove to the new destination Khushi typed on the phone.

After half an hour later Arnav pulled up a beautiful house.

"Khushi.... Is this the house? " Arnav asked and Khushi smiled and nodded. "But whose house is this? "

"It's my parent's house...... This is where I grew up. " Khushi replied.

"Wow......It's simple but beautiful..... But then why didn't you live here. " Arnav asked because it is a thousand times better than buaji's house in Laxmi Nagar.

"Arnav..... You already know my parent were friends with Shashi..... When they died and babuji found me, I have a lot of money as insurance which Garima and Madhumati discovered about through Babuji and that's the only reason they accepted me..... Babuji kept that money for my education which didn't sit well with his wife and sister because babuji took care of me with his money.... So they tricked him who was my guardian at that time and he signed the money over to them..... They used it to invest in a Ponzi company and lost everything...... Babuji found out and was furious and so to avoid them from finishing what was left of my inheritance which will be given to me at a certain age, he made me swear never to tell them not even Payal about this house and numerous ones in Lucknow and Mumbai..... Out of anger of babuji scolding them.... They made me stop schooling and I joined babuji in his sweet business but what they didn't know was babuji had hired a teacher to homeschool me at the shop but I was to act as an illiterate as a condition to that..... After that I started taking exams with the local school to avoid suspicions...... I finally graduated from Lucknow College three months before we meet..... And all because babuji didn't want them taunting me.... I couldn't go to my graduation ceremony. Khushi said sad but then beamed with happiness after a few seconds remembering what her babuji did for her. "And to make up for it, babuji took me to one of the best street food joints in Lucknow and we had the most delicious street food I have ever taste..... That place held a good memory because it was my Papa and babuji's favorite joint and it was the best gift ever. " Khushi concluded and Arnav looked at her with so much respect because even his suffering could never equal Khushi's but then she finds the light in the darkness.

"I never knew you were a university graduate..... What degree did you pursue? " Arnav asked.

"I have a degree in fashion design and marketing...... And am a topper too. " Khushi replied and Arnav smiled and leaned and kissed Khushi's cheek and Khushi blushed.

"Am so proud of you Khushi and we have a lot to talk about and get know each other better. " Arnav said and they both got down and entered the house.

The interior was simple but homely and beautiful. Arnav felt happy immediately he entered the house and realized this house has more love in it than the huge mansion he lived in and he fell in love with everyplace from the hall to the garden and bedroom.

Arnav placed his bag down in the bedroom and Khushi entered.

"Arnav I know this is n...... " Arnav pulled Khushi closer and shushed by placing his finger on her lips knowing she was about to compare the house to his.

"Never compare or think I love that golden cage than here ..... I love it here.... I have never felt so much love by entering a house before and such houses are priceless so don't ever think I will be uncomfortable here. "

Khushi smiled and nodded and asked him to freshen up first as she ordered food and when he was done Khushi also went into the bathroom and freshened up.

After eating, both slept on the bed in each other's arms and for the first time since the death of his mother, he slept peaceful without the everyday nightmares of that night.

The night he hated an innocent man because of a brother's greed.

The Next Day.

Khushi got out of the bathroom all dressed up for the day to find Arnav still sleeping.

He looked so adorable and innocent when he is asleep and she moved closer and kissed his forehead and quietly opened the drawer closer to the bed and took out a paper and wrote something on it and placed it beside Arnav and quietly moved out of the house.

She was just out when her phone binged and she looked at the message and smiled and took a cab to meet her parent's lawyer.

After a few minutes Arnav woke up to find Khushi's side empty.

He was about to call out for Khushi when he saw a paper closer to him and took it and read it.

Am going out to buy some things for the house.
Breakfast is in the kitchen and don't forget to take your medicines.
Don't go out until I come back and I will strangle you if I come back and you haven't eaten nor taken you medicines.

Arnav chuckled and got out of bed and freshened up and moved to the kitchen and eat his breakfast and afterwards took his medicines.

Then called Aman and Mr Roy and gave him the house address to meet him.

Shashi was helped into the car by the servants in the house as the Raizadas watched on.

Akash moved closer to Payal.

"Please Payal..... Let you family live here with us. " Akash said and Madhumati and Garima beamed in happiness hearing this.

"Am sorry Akash..... We already spoke about it..... I can't let them live here with us..... Babuji will not feel comfortable..... He is already mad at us and didn't even sleep well last night which is not good for his health and recovery.... And you have to prepare yourself for the announcement this afternoon..... I will be watching you on TV so make me proud. " Payal said and Akash smiled and took her hand in his and kissed her knuckle.

Madhumati and Garima weren't happy about Payal wanting them to go back to Laxmi Nagar but kept quiet. 

Mami sighed in relief knowing they Gupta women were not staying because she didn't like them especially Madhumati.

The car moved out of RM after Payal took Nani's blessing.

They all moved inside to get ready for the press conference.

Payal and the Guptas car entered Laxmi Nagar into their small pouch only to find Khushi standing there with a poker face.

Shashi beamed in happiness seeing his little princess and so did Khushi who moved closer to him and hugged him.

"I missed you so much babuji. " Khushi exclaimed in happiness.

"Hey Khushi what are you d..... "

"Just shut Mrs Sharma. " Khushi yelled cutting off Madhumati who gasped in shock. "I didn't come here for you so you better not start with your taunts because this time around I won't keep quiet..... I only came here to take my stuffs and return home to my husband. " Khushi said with pride making Shashi smile at her.

He doesn't know Arnav that much but what he did for Khushi the previous night made him proud of him and knew his little princess was safe with Arnav away from Shyam.

The noise started attracting inquisitive neighbors and Payal said.

"Let's not disgrace ourselves here..... Let's get inside the house first. "

Madhumati opened the door and Khushi shoved her aside and entered her room.

"Shashi.... You see the way your so called little princess shoved me...... All this arrogance for a penniless husband. " Madhumati said in disgust.

"Don't mind her bhabhi..... She is just jealous our Payal's husband is going to be on top while her husband will be in the gutters. " Garima said to Madhumati who nodded.

"I will rather be proud to have  Arnav live in the gutter and penniless than have a thief as a husband.... Which your so called criminal of a son in law is...... Don't count your eggs before they hatch because very soon you will not be bragging about him bit rather bow your heads in shame. " Khushi said to Madhumati and Garima who looked at her in anger.

She then turn to a silent Payal.

"I always thought of you as my sister but you proved to me that it only takes money to change a pure soul like you to a gold digger....... I know you don't love Akash the way you are making everyone believe. " Payal looked at her in shock. "Don't be shocked ex jiji..... Because I know you better than anyone here because our bond is pure sisterhood....... The love you felt for Abhishek bhai can't just disappear just like that...... I don't know what made Abhishek bhai disappear like that but I know for sure you will live an eternal life of regret and you will have no one to blame but yourself. " Khushi concluded and Payal eyes teared up.

Garima panicked seeing the regret in Payal's eyes and moved closer to her.

"Payal my dear.... Don't listen to her...... Abhishek never loved you that's why he disappeared without any trace and his aunt insulted and humiliated us...... Khushi is just jealous because your husband is going to have a higher position than hers. " Garima said trying to manipulate Payal.

"Stop trying to guilt me Khushi..... I love Akash and I don't care what you think..... You are not my sister but just an orphan and a charity case babuji brought home..... I warmed up to you just because I was lonely and not because I loved you. " Payal spat out which hurt Khushi but she masked it and pulled out a check and file from her bag.

"This is babuji's admission into the rehabilitation center.....
And the check is enough to take care of all the expenses. " Khushi said and handed the file and check to Payal but it was snatched away by Madhumati she opened it to find a full expense paid receipt for the best rehabilitation center in Delhi and a huge sum of money on the check.

"Hey Nandakishore...... Whose money did you steal? " Madhumati asked in shock and Khushi smirked.

" I didn't steal it.... It's belongs to me....." Madhumati and Garima were shocked hearing this. You see according to the real will of my parents..... I can have access to another insurance policy worth millions which babuji and I hid from you..... It states that I can access it two months before my twenty three birthday which was two days ago...... I thought I will share it with all of you but you are all not worth it. " Khushi revealed and Madhumati, Garima and Payal's jaw dropped in shock.

Khushi smirked and moved closer to Shashi and kneeled in front of him.

"Babuji..... The rehabilitation center people will be here tomorrow to pick you up whether they agree or not..... I promise to visit you often with Arnavji. " Khushi said and  Shashi pressed Khushi's hand and a happy Khushi kissed his forehead and was about to leave when Madhumati called her making her turn.

"How rich are you? " Madhumati asked with attitude thinking Khushi wasn't that rich to surpass Akash and it will give her a reason to taunt her.

"Am twice more richer than the entire Raizada family. " Khushi revealed and smirked seeing their shocked faces. "Apparently my parent were wealthy people who prefered living a humble life.... So you see.... I have enough money to make that swine pay..... And I promise you.... I will destroy Akash and Anjali for what they did you my husband...... And that's a promise. " Khushi said and walked away leaving behind three shocked and terrified faces and one smiling face.
