Two Days Later.

Sudhadra Devi has defied the twenty four hours limit she was given by doctors to live and but she still wasn't waking up which the doctors knew is very dangerous in her condition.

Since she taken to her private room, Arnav had never left her side and only did to either clean and change or eat.

He and Khushi were now literally living in the hospital since she was admitted. They were so happy when she passed the time limit the doctors gave her.

Today the doctor wanted to see them and Khushi and Arnav were in the head of the doctors office sitting down waiting for him since he had something important to tell them.

He entered and sat on his chair and face the couple.

"Listen Mr Raizada....... Your grandmother has defied the time we thought she will die. " Arnav and Khushi smiled hearing this but it dropped as the doctor continued. "But it's not a good thing especially for someone with a serious brain tumour like hers........  If she doesn't wake up..... She could fall into a coma and eventually became brain dead. " This shocked the couple who thought Dadi beating the time limit was a good thing but it was actually the worst.

"That's why am telling you I have to move her a broad for better treatment. " A frustrated Arnav nearly yelled and Khushi rubbed his back to calm him down.

"Mr Raizada...... We are absolutely qualified to take care of her and we have the best doctors in the world here in this hospital..... She will receive the same treatment we are giving her if she goes there but moving her would kill her....... Yes her condition is delicate but I know she is holding on because of you and she will definitely pull through........" The doctor assured him and he sighed.

"Can we go and see her now? " Arnav asked and the doctor nodded and they moved out to Dadi's room.

Arnav sat on the chair closer to the bed and Khushi sat closer to him.

He held her hand and kissed it.

"Dadi please wake up....... I beg you...... Don't leave me in this guilt..... Please wake up and let me make it up to you...... Please wake up and make it up to me for all the lost time. " Arnav cried begging her and so did Khushi who didn't like seeing him all vulnerable.

Arnav cried but stopped and looked at his Dadi's hand and saw her fingers move and looked at Khushi who was also surprised seeing this.

"Khushi..... Did you see that?"

She nodded at him and she gasped and Arnav followed her gaze and saw his Dadi slowly opening her eyes.

Khushi rushed out to call the doctors while a happy Arnav stayed behind holding on to her hand as if his life depended on  it.

They entered and were equally happy seeing her waking up.

They asked Arnav to move out as they  checked on her.

With in a few minutes the doctor came out with a smile on his face.

"She is awake now....... But there is something we found in her medical file just a few minutes ago which can help your Dadi live longer even though she will have to live with the tumor. " He said peaking their curiosity.

"Doctor......What is it? " Khushi asked.

"There is this new drug for tumors like the one your grandmother has, it does cure the tumor but manages it and it has shown quite promising results and we like your to give us your consent to start giving her the drugs. " The doctor said and Arnav and Khushi smiled.

"Where do I sign? " An enthusiastic Arnav asked and the doctor replied the papers will be ready soon.

He left them afterwards and both headed into the room to find Dadi wide awake.

She was shocked and surprised to see them here.

She was about to speak when Arnav moved closer and kneeled and held her hand and started crying shocking her.

"Am so sorry Dadi..... Please forgive me...... I thought you didn't speak against Anant kicking us out because you were money minded...... You tried to tell me the truth of Anant for years but I always shun you and hated you........ I hated Papa for something he didn't do and hated you for a misunderstanding...... I know about you being my sponsor........ Am so sorry for hating you...... Please forgive me Dadi. " Arnav cried like a little boy and Dadi lifted his chin and asked him to stand up.

He pulled Arnav closer and he placed his head on her chest but he pulled back fearing her chest wound but Dadi assured him she was fine. Dadi gently caressed his hair in silence.

Both grandson and grandmother stayed in that position for about ten minutes and Khushi thought to excuse herself when Dadi called her back making Arnav lift his head.

Khushi moved forward and Dadi held her hand.

"Thank you for coming into his life....... He deserves all the happiness and if I die today....... I will happily leave with a smile and joy in my heart knowing he is with a woman who will love him unconditionally. " Dadi uttered with tears of joy and Khushi moved in and hugged her.

The doctor then came in and discussed with them the treatment for Dadi and Dadi was happy she will live to make up for lost times and sent a silent prayer to God for everything.

Arnav and Khushi's House.

Natasha stepped out of her room into the kitchen to get some water when she stumbled but was held by a strong hand which prevented her from falling.She looked up to find out it was Aman and she felt chill run down her spine and she nervously smiled at him.

She moved to the fridge and took out a jar of water and a cup from the cupboard and poured herself some drink.

She was almost done with drinking the water when she saw Aman's reflection in the glass and stopped drinking.

"Do you need something? " She curiously asked and Aman moved forward and sat on the chair closer to the island where Natasha was.

"No...... Am okay. " He replied.

"Then why were you looking at me like that? " She asked and continue to finish her drink and Aman sighed.

"All this is not your fault and you don't have to leave. "He said shocking Natasha who couldn't figure out how he knew she was going away. "Don't be shocked...... I am sorry I ease dropped on your conversation last night." He revealed.

"And what exactly did you hear? " She asked.

Flashback.

Aman had just dropped off some food for Arnav and Khushi at the hospital and had just got home to shower when he heard Natasha's voice and moved closer.

"Please I want book the next private flight available to Hawaii. " Natasha said.

Natasha's expression changed hearing whatever was said at the other end and she didn't seem to happy.

"But can't I get one by tomorrow? ........ I can't wait for three days."

She again rolled her eyes in annoyance and sighed.

"Fine...... I will wait...... I will send you my details and payments tomorrow and please no excuses. "

She then hang up and stared at her phone and said.

"All this is my fault..... You all welcomed me to your family and because of me Khushi nearly got killed...... I can't live here anymore....... Am sorry but I have to leave and without telling any of you. "

She then walked away with teared up eyes.

Flashback ends.

"That's what I heard and I repeat again you are not to be blamed for what happened. " Aman said.

"I am to be blamed whether you believe it or not...... I suggested the revenge against Akash...... He kidnapped Khushi to get back at us....... In the  process he also killed his mother making MR Raizada a widower...... Khushi could have died of Arnav's grandmother hadn't been there on time to save her........ We you believe it or not I provoked it....... It started because of me....... I should have kept quiet and left. " Natasha cried and Aman moved closer and hugged her as she cried.

What both didn't know is that the entire reminding family was heading to the kitchen and had heard their conversation.

"You are not to be blamed for anything my dear. " A masculine but gentle voice said breaking their reverie and they looked up to find the entire family there.

Manohar moved closer to her and held her hand.

"Aman is absolutely right....... You are not to be blamed for anything...... In fact your actions revealed a lot of secrets which would have been hidden up until now and would have caused more damage ........... You and Payal seeking revenge brought Khushi here and made Arnav met her........ Khushi presence triggered Arnav to investigate and found out the truth.......... Payal's marriage to Akash revealed his true psychopath nature........ I would have still kept the truth of Arnav's grandmother hidden if it hadn't happened......... Manorama died because of her mistakes not you....... It's because of Manorama that Khushi got kidnapped not you........ Khushi wasn't meant to died that's why God placed Sudhadra Devi there at the right time...... Your revenge save all of us and exposed hidden truths...... Stop blaming yourself....... You are not at fault and you are not moving from here...... You just like Aman and Mr Roy are family and family stick together..... Understood. " Manohar said sternly and a crying Natasha nodded and he hugged her.

Four Months Later.

It's Abhishek and Payal's one year anniversary and Khushi and Natasha were applying the final touch up to their make up.

Payal sighed grabbing Natasha and Khushi's attention.

"Jiji....... Are you okay? " Khushi asked.

"I will be okay if that brother of yours tell me that so called surprise he wants to give me. " Payal huffed in annoyance.
Khushi and Natasha giggled, even though they knew what the surprise was they couldn't tell her because they had sworn not to and pretended they didn't on Abhishek's order. "Well am done....... Let's go. " She concluded and they moved down stairs.

Arnav smiled seeing Khushi looking absolutely flawlessly gorgeous in her outfit.

Khushi smiled and blushed seeing Arnav looking hot and dashing in his outfit.

She moved closer and leaned forward and kissed his cheek making Arnav smirk.

"That was supposed to be me. " Arnav said in a husky flirtatious tone and kissed her cheek making Khushi blush.

Aman was speechless seeing Natasha also looking gorgeous in her outfit and in his favorite color too.

Natasha blushed seeing his gaze on her and moved closer and stood by him secretly admiring him.

He turned and held her hand and kissed her knuckle.

"You look so gorgeous as always. " He said.

"Thank you. " Natasha blushed.

Payal looked around to find Abhishek missing.

"Where is Abhishek? " Payal asked and Shashi who had gain his speech with the help of a speech therapist replied.

Payal's outfit.

"He will meet us at the restaurant. "

Payal smiled seeing his father gradually recovering.

He has gained movement from his neck to his torso and she and Khushi couldn't be more happier.

"Am done. " Dadi said as she descended down the stairs.

Arnav smiled seeing his Dadi and moved closer and took her hand and twirled her around.

"Wow Dadi...... You are looking so gorgeous tonight....... Are you sure you are going to the dinner party or you are going to meet your secret boyfriend. " Arnav teased wiggling his eyebrows at her and everyone burst out in laughter as Dadi gasped and playfully hit his shoulder.

"You naughty boy....... Am too old for that. " She replied playfully and Khushi moved closer and held her hand.

"You are not old Dadi....... No one will even believe your are a grandmother........ You look so young and vibrant. " Khushi said and Dadi smiled and hugged her.

"Thank you my dear......... Now let's go......We are getting late. " Dadi said as she broke the hug and they all moved out and into the cars and off to the restaurant.

When they got there they were welcomed to their station and Payal immediately knew it was Abhishek's who designed their station.

They all sat down and the light immediately went off.

And down  came a swing and what shocked Payal was Abhishek was standing on the swing.

Tears started cascading down seeing him standing on his feet.

She immediately knew this was the surprise Abhishek wanted to give her and she rushed up to him and hugged.

"Do you like my surprise? " Abhishek asked still hugging her and she nodded in between sobs and broke the hug.

He kissed her on the lips earning a shout from all corners of the restaurant making them break the hug and Payal blushed as he lead her to their seat.

Payal looked around and found out none of them had any form surprise expression of  their faces.

"You all knew..... And you didn't tell me. " Payal glared at them and the men chuckled and nodded while the women giggled and nodded. "How long has if been and why didn't I suspect it. " Payal questioned and Abhishek chuckled.

"I have been walking for the past three weeks. " Abhishek revealed shocking Payal and amazing her as well. "I wanted to surprise you and the family knew but I made them swear not to tell you because I wanted to surprise your today....... Do you like my surprise. " He asked and Payal nodded almost on the verge of crying .

The waiter then save them their food and they eat and celebrated the anniversary like one big family oblivious of the pair of eyes watching them.

Mr Roy who had to submit some documents to the police for a case he was walking on couldn't come with them but did after he was done and he bumped into an older woman and she looked up and Mr Roy was shocked to see Devyani because the family had cut ties with her.

She run away before Mr Roy could say anything. He shook his head and was about to enter when he heard someone call his name and he turned to find Nk.

Nk had left the country back to Australia for a project after Akash's arrest but he is now back to ask for forgiveness.

Mr Roy greeted him and together they entered and joined the family. Khushi frown seeing him and everyone followed her gaze and saw Nk.

"Am sorry Khushiji...... I didn't mean to hurt you and Nannav that day....... Shyam was so charismatic and made everything point to you as the culprit that's why I reacted that way....... Am very sorry. " He apologized sincerely and Arnav and Khushi forgave him.

Mr Roy never told them of seeing Nani because he knew she was a sensitive subject for the family.

Nani was indeed the major reason for the change in Mami's behavior and she did deserve to be out casted from the family to bring peace and make moving on a prosperous one.
