Antar Designs.

All the employees were waiting for their lady boss who has become like family to them since the past few weeks. They knew this was their first participation in a major fashion show and wanted to impress their extraordinary boss and thank her for what she had done for them in such a short span of time.

Most of them thought she will be arrogant and a snobbish person but were shocked when the very first day she not only smile at them but also greeted all the employees individually getting to know them.

She also changed the policies of company from workers no longer paying for breakfast and lunch served by the canteen.

What surprised them the most was that she hired additionally staffs for the canteen which prepared delicious and healthy foods with Mr Shukla as the head of the canteen.

She also had one of the abandoned department rooms made into a daycare to take care of the kids of the employees who had a hard time finding nannies for their children since it was vacation for the children.

Caretakers were hired to take care of the kids as their parents worked. Even parents who can afford to pay for nannies started bringing their kids to work in order to socialize with the other children of their colleagues.

She increased the pay of the employees especially parents and elderly people.

In short Khushi was an amazing boss and they loved her so much that when Khushi asked them to keep her identity a secret, they did.

Khushi walked into the building only to find all the employees in the hallway.

"What's going on? " A confused Khushi asked.

"Khushi ma'am...... We know how hard you have been working to make the designs ready before tomorrow. " Shantanu the head of design said.

"That's why we have to finish everything today...... I know I have asked so much of you all already but the success of tomorrow's show will elevate us even higher...... So please all of you get back to work. " Khushi begged scared that they won't be able to finish on time.

"We can't go back to work because all the designs are done and ready. " Shantanu said and they all moved away and Khushi looked up to see all the designs worn by the models ready and completed.

Her eyes teared up and she went round inspecting all the dresses and suits and they were more than perfect.

"But how did you all do this..... Yesterday most of these dresses were half done but they are all complete now. " Khushi asked in wonder.

"We stay behind to finish it. " One of the female designer revealed shocking Khushi.

"Yes Khushi ma'am...... You did so much for us and if we can't sacrifice our little time for you then we will be the most ungrateful people on earth. " Another said.

"And don't worry Khushi ma'am...... Others outfits are on stand by and everyone is ready for tomorrow's show..... And we know how stressed you have been so please go home and rest...... We will take it from here....... And please no buts..... We need you refreshed for tomorrow. " Shantanu said and an overwhelmed Khushi smiled and nodded and left back home after bidding everyone good bye.

Arshi's House.

Natasha and Payal sat in the hall together Arnav, Aman and Mr Roy.

"Did anyone follow you here? " Arnav asked.

"No........ We made sure Akash had left and made up an excuse about going shopping together." Payal replied.

"So now tell us the truth and I mean everything. " Mr Roy demanded and Natasha looked at Payal who nodded and started with his relationship with Akash and what Akash said about his hate for Arnav.

Akash stalking Payal and becoming so obsessed with her that he not only murder her baby but lured Abhishek to Sheesh Mahal and had him beaten to almost death but he was saved by the private investigator hired by her.

It was then that she discovered about Payal and called her to the hospital and told her everything the investigator discovered.

"Payal was in shock about the discovery that she fainted and had to be admitted at the hospital..... When she gain consciousness I took her to my house where she stayed for a few day because it was closer to the hospital....... A week after I meet Payal she finally gathered the courage to tell Abhishek's aunt about his condition and I went with her but we were shocked when we heard her speaking to Akash who had been in cahoots with her to kidnap Abhishek and humiliate Payal for a huge sum of money....... We left before she knew we were there........ After that we decided to plan our revenge against Akash..... So we I had Abhishek airlifted from Lucknow to Delhi and admitted at the Delhi Hospital and Payal was able to convince her family to come to Delhi and that's where we started our revenge against Akash." Natasha revealed shocking all.

"So that means you knew about Shyam being my in law. " Arnav who recovered his voice after the shock asked in anger.

"No and yes. " Payal replied.

"Explain yourself. " Aman demanded.

"I didn't know he was your brother in law until a week after Khushi's engagement with Shyam..... I only discovered about him being you brother in law when one day. "

Flashback.

Natasha stopped her car in front of Laxmi Nagar after visiting Abhishek at the hospital with Payal when Payal saw Shyam entering Laxmi Nagar and rolled her eyes and confused Natasha followed her gaze and was surprised seeing Shyam there.

"What is Shyam doing here? " Natasha whispered surprising Payal.

"Do you know him? " She asked.

"Yes...... He is the brother in law of Akash. " Natasha revealed shocking Payal.

"He is the man my baby sister is engaged to..... That bastard deceived us...... I swear I will expose and kill him. " Payal uttered in anger.

"No you won't..... At least not now. " Natasha said.

"What the hell..... He has been deceiving my family and you want me to keep quiet..... I have to expose him to my family and the Raizadas. " Payal yelled at Natasha.

"Listen to me...... Anjali is the a manipulative woman but weak woman....... To the Raizadas...... Shyam is a God for accepting to marry Anjali....... They will never believe you especially being a middle class woman  and Akash's mother will blame you instead and that will ruin everything we are planning...... For now all you can do is to stall the wedding that's all until you get in. " Natasha said and Payal who hated the idea agreed hesitantly knowing she was right.

Flashback ends.

"Three days later Khushi discovered the truth but I forced her to keep quiet but she went behind our back to tell Anjali but luckily she couldn't because Anjali went berserk about her chain breaking........ I didn't betray Khushi like you all think I did....... Yes I used her at some point but I had to pretend we didn't know about Shyam to protect her and my plans......... Who do you think sent you that message." Payal revealed shocking the others.

"It was you! " Aman uttered in shock and Payal nodded.

"Why didn't you tell your family? " Mr Roy asked.

"And let them blame Khushi....... Khushi may not be related to me but I love her more than anything...... Since she came to us...... My mother and aunt never leave any stone unturned to taunt her as a bad omen who killed her parent and blamed her for every single bad thing that happens...... I and babuji managed to protect her all we can but with time Khushi also ended up always believing she was responsible for every bad thing that happens in the family...... Khushi may be strong but also weak...... I don't want to give my mother and aunt more reason to traumatize her....... And she herself will have believed she was to blame even without their taunts..... I couldn't risk my baby sister getting hurt....... You have no idea how sick I felt betraying and using her at some point in my revenge. " Payal cried and Aman and Mr Roy looked at Arnav remembering what he said about Khushi having a tendency of blaming herself was indeed true. "This is reason why I hate Akash even more and want to destroy him...... I hate that bastard so much. " Payal uttered in anger.

"But then even if you get your revenge against him, you are still married to him and he could sue you for deceiving him. " Mr Roy voiced out in concern.

"You are absolutely right but he will be able to if I am really married to him. " Payal said confusing the men.

"What do you mean? " Arnav asked.

"I am married to Abhishek already. " Payal revealed.

"What!? " The men exclaimed in shock.

"Yes...... I am married to Abhishek...... I had a bad feeling after we postponed our wedding because we knew it will be no fun without Khushi who came done with a severe flu...... So I begged Abhishek the following day and we secretly got married in the temple at Lucknow and got our marriage registered two days later....... Khushi held an important part in our wedding because without her nothing is fun or unforgettable." Payal revealed and everyone knew she was telling the truth about Khushi's ability to light up any occasion.

"Arnav I know you love Akash but don't stop us from getting our justice..... I know you would try to stop us and I know for a fact because of the worry on your face...... We will make him pay whether you like it or not. " Natasha threatened.

"I use to love that hypocrite and the others but no more and the worry on my face is not for him but it's for you both especially Payal...... If anything happens to Payal.... It will affect my Khushi and I don't want that. " Arnav said.

"We can use legal means for both of you to get your revenge without compromising yourselves. " Mr Roy said in concern.

"Thanks from your concern Mr Roy but we want to humiliate that bastard to an extent that when the law gets him no lawyer or anyone will stand by him..... He has destroyed lives and killed for his greed and it's what he deserves....... In the next seventy two hours...... Akash will be in jail with no one to get him out........ I saw an e-mail sent to him a week ago saying he will be arrested for fraud if he continues his redrawals money from some account again and I deleted all of it. " Payal revealed.

"It's from the bank that keeps my assets...... Akash may think by signing the papers he owns everyone but the truth is he forgot to look deeper and that will cost him dearly since they take fraud seriously. " Arnav revealed.

Payal and Natasha then told them of their plan for Akash during and after the fashion show.

Aman, Arnav and Mr Roy tried to dissuade them but they refused to listen and Mr Roy then decided to find the legal means to protect them in case they end up in trouble.

Payal and Natasha then left and Aman and Mr Roy left to the bank to get the statements needed in Akash's fraud case leaving Arnav alone in the house.

What they all didn't know was that Khushi had heard their entire conversation and when Natasha and Payal left she went into her room quietly without anyone noticing.

Arnav entered the room only to find Khushi sitting on the bed crying.

A shocked and surprised Arnav rushed up to her and kneeled in front of her and asked with concern.

"Khushi...... Why are you crying  and when did you come back home. "

"I came back right on time to hear everything. " Khushi replied shocking Arnav.

"Stop crying please..... It's breaking my heart. " Arnav said wiping her tears. "And please don't blame yourself for what happened..... You are not to be blamed for it..... The only one to be blame is Akash and he will be severely punished for that..... I promise you. " Arnav said and Khushi nodded and wiped her tears and sniffed in such an adorable way that Arnav shook his head and chuckled.

And hugged her and she reciprocated.

"Am hungry Arnavji. " Khushi uttered out of the blue making Arnav laugh and shook his head at her ability of changing her persona but he was glad she didn't blame herself like he feared.

"And what will my love have. " Arnav asked even though he knew what she wanted.

"I want you to make me that delicious tomato and spinach pasta you made two days ago. " Khushi beamed remembering the pasta Arnav made her a few days ago and that was the day she discovered Arnav could cook.

Arnav then carried her bridal style making Khushi squeal and they headed to the kitchen and he placed her on the kitchen island.

Arnav then put on an apron and started preparing the pasta for his love.

Khushi was smiling and drooling at her man and how sexy he looked in an apron.

Arnav sensed he gaze and looked up and smirked seeing Khushi checking her out.

Arnav smirked and looked up at Khushi.

"Like what you see. " And he wiggled his eyes brows and Khushi blushed.

Somewhere in Delhi.

Shyam was being beaten badly and was crying like a baby because of the continues beatings he has been receiving in the past three days.

"Please spare me....... Tell Arnav I am sorry and I won't even look at his wife again...... Please. " Shyam cried.

"Unfortunately Arnav is not the one who kidnapped you. " A feminine voice said and Shyam raised his head and was shocked to see the person who kidnapped him.

"You!? " He whispered in shock as the owner of the voice emerged from the dark and it was none other than Payal.

Sorry for the late update.

I was so excited for my surprise birthday party at work that I ended up eating every food made and every drink available and ended up with a severe stomach ache the next day.

But now I feel better now.
