Completing a puzzle,
Then having someone tear it apart.
Letting someone just come,
And paint over your art.
Cutting a rose at its stem,
Then watching the petals fall off.
After smoking the little cigarette,
Having a really terrible cough.
Not being able to breathe,
Because of the horrible asthma attack.
Watching the one you love walk away,
Never once looking back.
Crying your eyes out,
With an ache in your heart.
That's what it feels like,
To be falling apart.
