*Steven sits up and looks around seeing Pearl making breakfast*
Pearl: Good morning Steven....sleep well? Steven: *nods* I had one of the best dreams ever. Pearl: Oh really, what about? Steven: I dreamt that I saw my mom....she was really nice and super tall really long curly hair. Pearl: Yep that's Rose alright. She is one of the kindest beings I've ever known besides you.

Steven: *smiles* We talked about you guys... She said she's really proud of us all for keeping the earth safe and you guys for keeping me safe. Sh-... Pearl: Something wrong? Steven: *Sneezes* pearl: Bless you. Steven: thank you....so we talked for a little while I guess it was like for a few hours outside if the dream world because she said she had to leave but I can come back anytime.

Pearl: That sounds very nice....oh I made breakfast. *gives Steven his breakfast* Enjoy. Steven: Thanks. *Steven eats and finishes a few minutes later as Pearl heads to the warp pad* Pearl: Steven I'll be gone for a while Garnet and amethyst are here if you need anything. Steven: Uh okay bye! *waves and smiles as Pearl warps away* Steven: *walks away thinking about the dream* mom.... you sounded like such a great person I wish I knew more about you though.

*Steven gasps* Steven : Wait...she said I can come back anytime, so that means if I fall asleep again I have a chance of meeting and being able to talk to her. *lies in bed and slowly falls asleep into dream world again*
Rose: Steven! Steven: Hi mom! *hugs Rose* Rose: I missed you.
Steven: I missed you too. So....uh can I ask you something important? Rose: You can ask me anything dear no matter what. Steven: Well....since I first saw him I never really knew but I think Pearl does....is lion yours? Rose: Well of course...some things I kept from them on purpose only for the sake if the team.

Steven: oooh, I get it now. Lion is pink and so is my...our gem. Rose: Exactly and lion had my scabbard from such a long time ago. Steven back then the world was so much different from the way it is now. Steven: How so?
