It's been a couple months since Constance moved in with Skylar and Liv and since she broke up with Logan.

So far everything was good Constance was doing good in school she talks to her parents every night. Aiden is settling in and even got himself a job.

Liv is back in teaching, and she couldn't be happier. Skylar is still figuring her stuff out but right now she is where she wants to be.

She was even considering, to go back to dancing maybe even go back to the contests like how she used to with dad.

It's been a few months since Skylar, and Nico last spoke. She wanted some time to herself, and he understood that, and they tried to do their weekly lunch but ever since the kiss it was awkward.

So, they just never stuck by it and focused on themselves for a while.

Nico is one of the best students in his dance class almost nearly as good as Logan but still not quite there yet.

But he still can't get Skylar out of his head even if she's taking a break, he didn't want to admit it but ever since they first hooked up, he has had feelings for her.

He tried to deny it because they barely know each other, and she had a boyfriend at the time, but it was no use. He's just not sure if he's ready for a relationship since Nadia.

Then he heard a knock on the door and when he answered it Skylar was there. "Sky what are you doing here" Nico asked her.

"I was wondering if your free for lunch I need a friend Liv is busy teaching, Constance is at school, and my brothers are at work" Skylar asked him.

"What about Logan" Nico asked back. "He's on a date" Skylar replied back. "Okay sure lunch sounds good we can take my car" Nico told her, and she nodded.

Nico got his stuff together locked his door and they headed out.

"So how you been I heard you're getting better at dancing" Skylar asked Nico suddenly. "Here and there I suppose" Nico replied back to her, and she nodded in silence.

"I'm going back to dancing you know like the completions like I used to" Skylar told him, and he looked at her.

"You are that's great does Logan know" Nico asked her. "No, he was busy" Skylar replied back to him.

"He was on a date right I remember you said so earlier" Nico asked, and she nodded back as a yes. "Is it hard getting over him" Nico asked her already knowing the answer.

"Not as hard as I thought it would be but yes it's still hard, but I am the one who ended it, it was my choice" Skylar told him.

"How is everything going on with you lately you know with your family" Nico asked Skylar.

"It's good Constance is doing well in school I keep in touch with her mom and Aiden has a job he loves we are back to our monthly dinners but enough about me what about you has your dad tried to contact you since" Skylar said and struggled to finish her sentence.

"Since the dinner no he hasn't I made it pretty clear that he was not welcome in my life" Nico told her, and she put her hand on top of his.

"I'm sorry" Skylar said as the sunlight blossomed in his hair, and he smiled at her.

Then all of a sudden, Skylar's phone rang she gave Nico an apologetic smile and answered her phone.

"Hello David, hi look can I call" Skylar started to say but stopped with a worried look on her face.

"What no I'm glad you called I'm going to get Constance and I'll meet you there what room okay thanks see you then" Skylar said then hung up.

"I'm sorry it's my sister's mother I'll catch a cab to take me to my car and" Skylar said sounding more worried than before. "Wow, wow, wow what's going on" Nico asked and put his hand on Skylar's arm to calm her.

"My sister's mother is in the hospital she's dying" Skylar told him calming down. "She has cancer" Skylar told him noticing his confusion.

"I'll take you we will pick up Constance and I'll go with you" Nico told her. "Are you sure you don't have to I can grab a cab or call Mason" Skylar said.

"Hey, I don't mind it's okay I'll go I want to go" Nico told her, and she smiled. "Okay let's go" she said, and they paid for their lunch leaving to pick up Constance.
