Bucky: Come on, Steve. Let it go.

Steve: *Laughs* I'm just trying to pair you up with her.

Bucky glared at his best friend as Steve continued laughing, It's been two weeks, and everything has been going well for the Avengers, Everyone has been getting along very well and has been constantly training together, However the new recruits haven't gotten their first mission yet which is why they were training in order to prepare themselves.

Along with that, Anne and Bucky were becoming good friends, They would talk to each other very often despite Barnes feeling a bit awkward sometimes, but he also couldn't deny that this was the first time he felt comfortable with someone new. Steve has been noticing them, which is why he was trying to pair them up together.

Bucky: We're just friends. We just happen to have some things in common.

Steve: Oh, of course. I wasn't trying to set you two up or anything.

Steve chuckled as Bucky shot a glare and punched his arm, Steve laughed at how defensive he was, Barnes secretly had a small smile on his face, He did miss these funny banters with his best friend.

Bucky: How about you go and see Wanda?

Steve: Woah, Wanda? Me and her are not-

Bucky: I wasn't trying to set you two up or anything

He smirked, satisfied that he got his payback as Steve rolled his eyes before both of them shared a laugh together.

Steve: Alright, alright, I should have seen that coming

Bucky: You should have.

They chuckled before looking around the common room, Yelena was watching a movie until Cody joined her on the couch and asked what she was watching as Yelena smiled and began explaining him about the movie.

Alex was dangling upside down on the ceiling, swinging back and forth while talking to Natasha as She was smiling and listening to him while sipping her orange juice.

Caleb was twirling Mjölnir in his hand while Jane playfully tried to grab it as Caleb laughed and gave it, She began doing some tricks with the hammer as Odinson smiled and continued watching her.

Steve and Bucky were watching everyone with a small smile on their faces. However, Bucky looked around for a moment, almost like he was looking for someone, Steve noticed him as his smile grew wider.

Steve: Looking for someone?

Bucky: *Stares* Yes, It's Clint.

He quickly walked away as Steve laughed again, knowing he was clearly lying.

Steve: Yeah, Sure. . .

Meanwhile, at college, the final period was over as Benjamin was seen walking out of the classroom while texting on his phone, Suddenly he was surprised with a hug which caught him off guard as he turned around and saw Felicia with a huge smile on her face, He blushed a little and hugged her back until he saw Ned and MJ walking towards him as he quickly broke the hug but his friends already saw them and had smirks on their faces while Felicia shrugged and looked confused.

The clock strikes midnight, the sky looks beautiful while the air breezes peacefully, Everyone in the tower is asleep except for Bucky, He was at the garage and looked at his motorcycle, Since he couldn't sleep, He decided to go on a bike ride to distract himself from those running thoughts.

He got on his bike and started the engine and carefully got out of the garage, The wind was blowing on his fast as he slowly rode to the street, where there was no traffic, no distractions, just an open space.

Ten minutes passed as he took a whole round around the street. Finally, he stopped the bike and looked around until he heard someone's voice, which caught him off guard.

Anne: Cool motorcycle, by the way.

He looked at Anne, who had a huge smile on her face as she crossed her arms.

Bucky: Uh, thanks. But what are you doing here? I thought you were asleep.

Anne: I haven't catched any sleep for a long time, I'm used to it.

Bucky: *Chuckles a little* Sounds like what I'm going through.

Anne smiled a little and walked towards him as she took a moment to examine the motorcycle, Barnes had a small smile on his face, seeing how amused she was. He got off the motorcycle and looked at her as Anne said something.

Anne: So, you think i could take this thing for a spin?

Bucky's eyes lit up as he looked at his motorcycle before looking back at her.

Bucky: You sure? This thing is a little too fast for you.

Anne: Oh don't worry, I love motorcycles.

He tilted his head and smiled a little. However, he was still a little skeptical, Anne noticed the way he was looking at her as she laughed.

Anne: Come on, don't worry, I'm not gonna destroy it.

Bucky: Okay, fine, but make sure not to go too far, I don't want to be chasing you down in the middle of the night.

Anne: *Laughs* Sure, Sure.

She smirked and got on the bike, Bucky couldn't help but smile at her confidence as she started the motorcycle and began riding away, Barnes smiled and began following her, so far she was going off slow until she pushed the speed further as Barnes was starting to run after her.

He couldn't help but feel a rush of excitement, chasing after Anne in the quiet streets of the city, As he continued following her, Anne was doing tricks on her own which made him both amused and impressed.

The wind was blowing fast as her hair was flowing, Anne looked at Bucky, who kept smiling at her as she said something.

Anne: What's with that smile???

Bucky: Just admiring the view!

Her eyes lit up as Bucky continued smiling at her, Anne's smile deepened as she sped up again as he began running faster, Both of them were already having so much fun together.

About a few minutes has passed as both of them finally made it near the tower, Anne stopped the bike and looked at Bucky who was jogging towards her as he took a deep breath and smiled at her.

Bucky: Okay, you were actually pretty good, You got some skills

Anne: Thanks, Bucky. You weren't bad yourself.

Bucky: You made it a fun ride. I'm not sure I've had this much fun in a while.

Anne: Are you trying to say you have more fun with me?

Bucky: Well. . . Maybe i do.

He smiled a little as Anne got off the motorcycle and had a slight blush on her cheeks, and began walking towards him.

Anne: Well, that's good to hear. . . because I wouldn't mind doing this again sometime.

She chuckled and shrugged, and little Bucky tilted his head before nodding, He would happily take her out on a ride again.

Bucky: Definitely. . . Uhh, We should head back inside.

Anne: I was just having fun though.

Bucky: *Chuckles* Well, Maybe we can talk inside, If you want.

Anne nodded as Bucky smiled and immediately took his motorcycle, taking it back to the garage as Anne continued smiling at him before following him inside the tower.

Both of them were seen at the common room, They sat on the couch as Barnes slightly moved away, keeping a little distance between them as Anne took a deep breath and spoke to him.

Anne: I haven't felt that free in ages. It's like all the stress from the day just disappeared.

Bucky frowned a little, understanding that feeling as he adjusted himself and spoke to her.

Bucky: I know the feeling. It's been a long time since I've had that much fun. . . Feels good, doesn't it?

Anne: It does, I reunited with old friends and made a lot of awesome people so far.

Bucky: Am I included in the awesome list?

He joked as Anne laughed and nodded.

Anne: Of course, you are. You seem like my type.

His eyes lit up, He was caught off guard by her response as Barnes chuckled a little while Anne realised what she said.

Bucky: Your Type?

Anne: Uhh. . . I don't mean it like that.

Bucky: It's okay. You're definitely my type as well.

He smirked a little as Anne blushed a little before laughing while covering her face, Barnes had a huge smile on his face and continued staring at her, admiring her face.

Anne: Uh well, Anyways. . .

Bucky: *Chuckles* You, Nat and Yelena really seem like sisters.

He decided to change the subject while keeping the smile on his face, He could tell she was still a little flustered as Anne nodded while fixing her hair.

Anne: We were always there for each other even when things got tough. We've been through a lot together. I guess that kind of bond just. . . sticks.

Bucky: *Smiles* I'm glad you found that kind of bond, Your lucky to have them.

Anne: Thanks, Same goes to you, You got Steve by your side for decades

Bucky: We're there for each other till the end of line.

He smiled softly as Anne had a huge smile on her face, They continued talking about their past friendships, Time just seemed to slow down for them, Eventually it was already two a.m as Anne looked at the clock.

Anne: Its really late, We should get going now.

Winters turned around and noticed Bucky was staring at her as she raised an eyebrow.

Anne: Why do you always stare like that?

Bucky: *Shakes his head* Oh sorry. Steve always says i have a "staring" problem.

Anne laughed a little as Barnes felt a little awkward while putting his hand on his neck.

Anne: Well, I don't mind it. Does it mena i got your attention?

Bucky: I mean, I don't think anyone could take their eyes off of you.

He winked as Anne felt her heart skip a beat before she laughed and threw a cushion at him as he had a huge smile on her face.

Anne: I'm going to sleep now, goodnight.

Bucky: I didn't get a thank you?

Anne: For what? The ride or for getting me flustered?

Bucky: I meant for the ride earlier, but sure, I'll take that.

Anne just laughed and thanked him as Barnes smiled and waved at her, She walked away as he put the cushion aside and chuckled to himself, He really wasn't expecting his night to be like this.

But he was hoping to have more fun like this.
