Friends with benefits rarely turn into relationships. The ones that do usually the people are already friends or they've had history together.

Outside of that two strangers hooking up at random, with no communication unless it's about sex and not spending anytime together unless sex is involved or only spending time in the house. That's not going to turn into a relationship
