The other example drawing for my new contest! I drew Kaye (and "Kate") from A Modern Faerie Tale by Holly Black, since I wanted to show that a variety of characters was allowed, since the other example I did was from a kids cartoon and this is from a y/a book series!

I would highly recommend this series, although I must add a warning here that this book series contains: depictions of graphic violence and murder, blood, gore, body horror, minor and major character death, strong language, a lot of substance and alcohol abuse (especially in the second book, which depicts the effects of addiction) did I mention all the murder?, and mentions of: neglect, abusive behavior, and sexual harassment . Also ritual sacrifice.. so please be warned if you are sensitive to these themes
