Siddharth gave a weird look to Manik. "Mom ne abhi abhi message kiya that she is returning home, but atleast we had dropped Nandini home" he said and Siddharth drove back home. Nyonika heard everything from Manik. "My God, Nandini is just saved" she prayed to God. "Ha mom, they were so cruel" Manik told her. "Tum jaake aaram karo Manik, I will get milk for you" she told and stood there. "Mom please, abhi nahi Nandini did it just before we left to drop her home. You know she said that you will do this if you are here" Manik said. "I'm happy that she knows what I want" Nyonika said. Manik lied down and due to the medicine effect he slept fast.

"Manik beta isme kya badi baat hai, I will shift to New York, if Alya want me to" Nyonika said to Manik who is annoyed due to Alya's wish to settle in New York. "Kya badi baat hai? Seriously mom!" he asked her. Nyonika tried to explain Manik, "I want you both to be happy together, aise jagadthe hue nahi dekh sakti main tum dono ko" she said. "Acha Alya se meri baat already hui thi, shaadi ke baad hum New York shift ho jayenge, tum India jaldi aa jao, main panditji se ek achi muharat nikalwake shaadi ka date fix karenge" she said and cut the call. Manik and Alya soon flew to India for their marriage. Nyonika waited for them at airport.

"Hi mom" Alya hugged Nyonika. She hugged back both Manik and Alya. "Hi Dad" Manik hugged his dad. "Hi papa" Alya tried to touch his feet but he stopped her. "No formality Alya, you are like my daughter" his dad said. "Jaldi ghar chalo, bahut kaam baaki hai" Nyonika them home.

Alya's sister, Sonia after two days. Various functions including Sagaai, Mehendi, Sangeet were done. "I'm so happy for you Manik" Nyonika said as she saw Manik as groom. They heard the door knock and Sonia came in. "Aunty, I don't know how to say this but I should, Alya ko ye shaadi nahi karni hai, she doesn't want this marriage"

"Aise kaise? Achanak kya hua?" Manik's dad asked her. "No, Alya will not say that, aap mazaak kar rahe hai na" Manik asked Sonia. "No" said Alya as she stepped inside. "Alya! Beta baat kya hai? We can sit and sort it out" Nyonika said to Alya. "No aunty, ye shaadi itne jald baazi mein kyu hote raha hai? I need some time, let's go slow, please Aap ye shaadi rukhiye" Alya said. "Alya beta, aise kaise hum ab" Nyonika stammered.

"Manik, please aunty ko samjao" she asked Manik. "Baat kya hai Alya? If you don't want this marriage you should have said it earlier not now, atleast when we came to India, you should have said it but not now" Manik said impatiently. "ha, main koshish kar rahi thi but aap log mujhe time hi nahi diya" Alya said. "Time nahi diya matlab!" his dad asked.

"Alya please hua kya hai, kuch tho batao, we will sort it out" Manik pleaded her. "Maine bola na shaadi nahi karni hai" Alya shouted. "Par kyu! Mujhe reason janne ka pura haq hai" Manik asked her. "Alya ko ek leading fashion house se modeling ka offer aaya, she was waiting for it since 2 years" Sonia said. "That's actually great, I promise I'll be there for you in your every step" Manik said.

"Then stop this damn marriage Manik, that fashion house wants me to work unmarried. I don't want this offer to get off my hands" she tried to explain Manik and his family. "Alya, you're a doctor, ye sab kya hai, dekho fashion industry is a hypothetical one" Manik's dad said. "Oh please, I'm not here to hear your lectures here, please Manik maan jao" she said harshly. "Alya, mind your words, wo mera papa hai, tum unse iss tarah baat nahi kar sakti ho" Manik said.

"This. This is the reason why I'm not getting married now! You might support me but your parents will never understand this" Alya said crying. "No, I'll explain them" Manik held her hands. "No Manik, bahut ho gaya, decide karo, if you want me come back to New York tomorrow, I'm going with di tonight" Alya said, "agar tum nahi aaya tho, I will confirm that we aren't together anymore" she looked into his eyes. "Decide it Manik" she said and is about to leave.

"I'm so happy that you alone took the most important decision of our lives, I'm not coming Alya" he said. "Tum mere bina reh paoge?" she asked. "I will try to do that" Manik said without looking at her. Alya went from there.

Alarm clock struck 7 and Manik woke up. He looked disturbed as he woke up. "Manik, tabiyat kaisi hai, why are you looking so lost?" Nyonika asked. "Kuch bura sapna maa" he said and got up. He got ready for hospital and left from home.

Navya's father is to be discharged the same day and she is nervous to tell him about her mother. "Navya beta, tumhari maa kahi dikhayi nahi de rahi hai? Kahi wo mandir mein hi rehnewali hai kya? Chalo usse call karo, I will talk to her and tell her that we need to go home" Navya is tensed. "Kya hua Navya?" he asked her and checks if the cab he booked has arrived. He goes to reception. "Aap Dr. Navya ke papa hai na?" someone from the staff at the reception asked him. "Ha, aapko kaise pata?" he asked.

"Dr. Navya ne kitna mehnat kiya aap ke liye, kismat bhi uske saath nahi diya na, I'm sorry that your wife" she said. "Excuse me! Meri wife ko kuch nahi hua" he said to her smiling, "aapko galat faimi hua hoga". She quickly left from there and Navya came there. "Navya, maa kaha hai beta?" he asked her again. "Papa, maa" she stammered. "Haa maa" he asked her again. "Mumma upar se ghir gayi papa, she died" he did not believe what Navya said. "Kya kaha tum ne?" Navya cried seeing him and repeats that her mom is dead. Her father slaps her and she falls on the ground. Cabir comes there. "How dare you say that to me" Navya just repeats that her mom is dead and Cabir helps her to get up. He is about to slap Navya again but Cabir stops him.

"Uncle isme Navya ki galti nahi hai, please listen" he tried to convince. "Nahi papa maa mere wajhe se mar gayi hai, aapko jo sajah deni hai mujhe do" Navya said. "I feel so shamed to have a daughter like you, we thought you will become a doctor and save lives but you have taken your mother's life" he accused her. "Iss janam mein kabhi apni muh nahi dekhawo mujhe" he said and left from there in spite of her constant pleas. "Navya please control yourself" Cabir tried to calm her down and Navya cried hard.

After a while, he managed to cool her down and she sat in the common room. Aryaman, Alya and Nandini comes there. "Navya, kya hua tum aise kyu baithi ho?" Nandini asked her. "Navya ke papa ko aaj pata chala, iske mom ke baare mein" Cabir said. "But Cabir usne kya kaha?" Aryaman asked her. "He slapped her and uske baad isse bahut daanta bhi" Cabir said. "Aise abuse karna sahi nahi hai na Cabir" Alya asked him. "Navya ko ghar drop karke aao Cabir, look how weak she is!" Aryaman insista Navya to go home and rest. Nandini also adviced Navya to go home and they insist her. "Yeah, she needs some change, place change hui tho wo shayad normal hogi" Alya said as Cabir is leaving to drop Navya at her home.

Siddharth comes again to the hospital and Manik gets annoyed seeing him. "Tum aaj bhi yaha aayi ho?" he asked Siddharth out of no where. "Ha, hospital kisi ki bhi private space nahi hai na" Siddharth answered. Manik doesn't want to interfere with him. He called Nandini to his cabin. "Who asked you to come to hospital today?" Nandini asked him as she entered. "Excuse me Nandini, you were my doctor last night not now, OK" he said acting serious. "But maine ye bhi kaha tha, you should take rest and you should take an off" she said. "But I have much work, Mukti bhi yaha nahi hai, but sit down I have something to tell you" Nandini sits there.

"Kal raat jo kuch bhi hua, I came to know about it, Nandini listen carefully, it was an emergency case, aise cases mein your presence of mind is so vital, ek patient ke jaan tumhare haath mein hoga and we never want our junior doctors give up when there is a real emergency, aage se dhyaan rakho, be prepared for any emergency, you've all worked so hard to reach here. You value your career more than anything in your life, so be focused" Manik said. "Sure sir, aage se dhyaan rakhungi" Nandini said seriously. "Ab tho sir bolne ki zarurat nahi hai, you are already used to call me by my name" he smiled at her. Nandini smiles and is about to leave. "Nandini" she turned back. "Siddharth ke baare mein kya socha tumne?" he asked unable to suppress his curiosity.

"I don't understand whether to accept him or not, he is good and kind, but main isko leke kuch confused hu, I can't think anything about him, he constantly asks the same thing and that shows he is desperate" Nandini said. "Bahut acha lagta hai na, koi humara itna care karte hai tho" she smiles and leaves from there. Manik calls Cabir and asked to meet him. Cabir meets Manik after a while. "Chalo, mujhe tumse ek important baat karni hai?" Manik pulls Cabir into his cabin and locks the door. "Sir, aapko ye sab karne ki zarurat kya hai? Are you sure no one saw us locked in a room TOGETHER?" Cabir said scared.

"Oh stop your damn jokes Cabir, kya hua wo tumhara mission Siddharth ko bagaane wali?" Manik widened his eyes. "I think Nandini uske saath kaafi comfortable feel kar rahi hai, usne kal raat mujhe phone kiya, she told how Siddharth took care of you, how he took you to your mom and all. She thinks that he loves her so much, aaj nahi tho kal wo yes bolegi, why to disturb her, after all its just that we don't like Siddharth's over caring and lovey dovey PDA with Nandini but we surely knew that he is a good guy, don't we?" Manik holds Cabir's collar.

"Is he that good that you forgot your promise to me? Then who I'm I? I'm I not a good person? Why does Nandini never acknowledge what I did for her?" Manik said and Cabir frees himself from Manik. He smiles at Manik, "bolo kya kiya aap ne kya kiya Nandini ke liye?" Cabir challenged Manik. "Mera chodo, what about her? Arre kaun apne rishta dekhne aaya ladka ko carrot halwa khilati hai, with salt and chilli powder? She told me that I'm not good for her. Whenever I tried to talk to her she instigates me to fight with her, that day, when I found her missing at the medical camp, you don't even know how tensed I was! That moment when I finally found her, thank God my heart started beating after a pause" Manik continued.

"Wo sirf mujhe chodke sab ke saath friendship karti thi, Aryaman, wo tho humesha mujhpe nazar laga rakha tha. Me and Alya we thought there's something between Aryaman and Nandini. Pata nahi kitni baar Aryaman se panga le liya tha maine. And when I was least expecting Alya gir gayi, ha even I thought she did that but when Mukti asked I lied to her that Nandini didn't do it, even if she didn't prove her point that day, I wouldn't say anything to police, who was I then? Wasn't I tried to be good to her? Maine bouquet laaya tha sorry kehne ke liye, she threw it on my face, and I bought saree, Siddharth beech mein aaya. Irony is my mom got him as in competition for me arranged by my own mom. Tell me now wasn't I being good to her? In which way that Siddharth mujhse better laga Nandini ko that she chose him and not me! Mujhe tho saaf saaf bol diya ki I don't want to marry you but Siddharth ko she said she needed time, this is so unfair Cabir, she said her career comes first for her, Is this how she handles an important case, kal raat usse kuch ho gaya tho? Ye ladki aise kyu hai" Manik paused and Cabir finally got a chance to speak. "Aisi...Kaisi?"

"Unpredictable!" Manik completed. "Waise dekha jaaye tho baat tho sach hai, but I never knew that you wanted to marry Nandini?" Cabir said seriously. "Maine ye kab kaha?" Manik asked confused. "Abhi tho kaha na aap ne that she chose him over you and your mom got competition for you, yahi matlab hua na uske, that you want to marry her" he asked Manik. "Aisa kuch nahi hai" Manik turns him down. "You don't want her to marry Siddharth but just think will you ever want her to marry someone else? You want to be in her good books, you want her to chose you, you want to protect her and you want her to be safe and you also can't see her in pain, ye sab pyaar nahi tho kya hai?" Cabir clearly asked him. "No Cabir, I care for her, I did that for her well being" Manik said. "Wellbeing! Siddharth se acha ladka isse phir se mile ya na mile, kisko pata? its better that you should accept Siddharth for Nandini" Manik has no point to deny Cabir.

"Sirf 2 options hai aapke liye, accept that Siddharth is good for Nandini or else accept your love" Cabir opened the door which Manik might want to open now.
