Manik heard voices around him and woke up. He could clearly hear his mother speaking. He thought she was talking on phone but then heard a male voice and went down. "Siddharth?" he said surprised. "Hey Manik, good morning" he wished him. "You said, you will come here shortly but itna jaldi" Manik asked Siddharth. "Yeah, I thought it might take a week but destiny has some other plans and here I am" he said. Manik wanted to ask something but his phone rang. "What? I will come there immediately" Manik had cut the call. "Kya hua Manik?" Nyonika asked. "Mom, Nandini ka friend hai na Navya, her dad met with accident and her mom died last night it seems. I'm the duty doctor for her dad so police will come today for investigation" he explained Nyonika. "But beta" she panicked but Manik asked her to calm down.

"No Manik, I will also come with you" Siddharth offered to go with Manik. "No, you have just come, take rest, I will manage" Manik said. "Not a problem, atleast aunty will feel good" he said and Nyonika asked Manik to take Siddharth along. Having no other option, Manik agreed to take him and for some reason, Manik did not like Siddharth coming with him. Manik and Siddharth reached hospital and Raman met them. "Not to worry Manik, its just a police protocol, sudden death and she was not even a patient" he said and Manik went in. He greeted police and he was asked few questions.

"Cabir, I understood your plan" Nandini said chirping but Cabir said, "Nandini, Navya ki mom mar gayi, we just came to know in the morning when we came to hospital". Nandini is shocked. "Where is Navya?" she asked. "Under police custody, police have come early in the morning, they have investigated Navya, Dr. Sushma, who confirmed the death and Dr. Manik, as he is handling Navya's father case. I was just called now, but please if police asks both of you, don't tell that we don't know her mom till yesterday" he said to Nandini and Aryaman. "Yeah that's okay, you go we'll take care" Nandini said and Cabir left. "What's happening around? Yesterday she came, told that she is Navya's mom and today she is dead" Aryaman said and Nandini thought of Navya's mental condition. "Did her parents were informed?" Nandini asked. "I don't know but I think no, because they are not here till now" Aryaman said. "Let us call them then" Nandini said picking her phone. "Are you sure we should?" he asked her.

"Of course, atleast we will call and inform but we wont mess up, please Aryaman" she pleaded him. He agreed and called Navya's mom. "Nandini beta" she picked up the call. "Hi Aunty, I don't have much time, I don't know what happened between Navya and her mom. But her mom, she is dead last night. Please come to hospital and take care of Navya" Nandini said. Alya rejoined the hospital and came to the common room. "Hi guys" she greeted them. "Hi Alya" Nandini wished back. "Why is everyone busy and I heard we are not even assigned any cases for the day" Alya asked. "We are not here to give you updates Alya" Aryaman said. "Aryaman, please let's not do that. Why are you losing your temper on her" Nandini said to Aryaman. "We're sorry Alya" Nandini apologized. "Its alright Nandini, you shouldn't be sorry for this, Aryaman might have not forgiven me" Alya said looking at Aryaman.

"Navya's mom is dead, last night in the hospital" Nandini said. "Oh Gosh! How did it happen?" she asked. "Navya's father met with an accident and last night her mother is dead and we don't know how did it happen" Nandini said. "Life is so unpredictable Nandini. All I have is my sister in this world. My mom died in an accident and dad brought us up. He also died when I was 14. My sister took care of the business and me. But even then, 2 years back her husband died" Alya said sadly. "Alya, calm down" Nandini consoled her. "Where is Navya?" she asked. "Police custody, investigation ho raha hai abhi" Nandini said.

Police asked Navya how her mother died. Navya is crying and couldn't even properly talk. "She is not even in a state to explain sir" Cabir said. "We are doing our duty and please don't interfere Doctor" Police warns him. "Hospital main patients mar jaana have nothing to do with us but someone who is healthy and dead today. Is that an accident, murder or suicide?" police asks Navya. "It was an accident" Raman said coming there and greets police officer. "We don't usually have CCTV footages inside the ICU waiting area, so we couldn't provide any proof. This can't be a murder at all as she is with her daughter and her injured husband. Can't be a suicide as I think there's no reason for that and it might be an accident" Raman said. "Yeah, but you know internal pressures we need to get statement from her family and doctors who are treating her husband" police said and Raman assured them that he will send Navya's statement when she is fine" police went away from there.

Manik came to his cabin after the investigation. He asked Siddharth to wait in his cabin. "I said na general investigation, you go and take rest" Manik said. "No problem, I came here for Nandini, so I will leave after meeting her" he said. "For Nandini?" Manik asked. "I mean, I came to Mumbai to meet her, so I will meet today" he said. "But the one who died is her friend's mom and this might not be the right time and she might not be in good mood" Manik said hoping Siddharth would go. "Its ok then" Manik felt satisfied but it didn't last longer as Siddharth spoke, "Let me look at the hospital's infrastructure and I promise I wont cause problem to you or anyone here" he said. "Are you sure?" Manik asked as he couldn't deny. "100%" Siddharth replied. Manik agreed and Siddharth left from there.

Nandini, Aryaman and Alya went to see Navya. "Navya, kya hua tha kal raat?" Cabir asked her politely and in low voice. Navya hugged him and cried her heart out. Nandini sat beside Navya and tried to console her. "She is my mom Nandini. I've killed her, they dreamed of making their daughter, doctor one day. Being a doctor, I couldn't save her. She is no more just because of me" Navya cried in Nandini's hands. Nandini remembered how her parents were died in the accident. Navya's aunt came there. "Navya, beta kaisi hai tu? Why didn't you inform us? Maa kidhar hai?" she asked Navya. "Aunty, body is sent for postmartum" Cabir says. "Chalo Navya, hume baaki ki customs bhi poora karna hai" Navya goes off with her. Nandini feels sad for Navya.

Cabir and Aryaman tried to cheer her up. "Nandini, we've asked you to get a sweet today but you even came late today?" Aryaman complained. She did not speak. "Nandini, you said you understood my plan, batao abhi batao kya hua? Secret admirer ke liye gift layi ho na?" he asked diverting her. She chose not to answer but Cabir is no less. "Yes Cabir, I got the gift" she said finally. "Toh plan kya hai?" now its Cabir turn. "Ye dekho" she showed him. "Bracelet?" Cabir said casually. "No, its just not bracelet, isme tracking device hai so that we can track that secret person through this chip" she said giving the chip. "Wow, itni killer ideas" Aryaman said. "Good job my girl, mere saath rehke tum intelligent ban gayi ho" Cabir appreciated her. "But how will he take it?" Aryaman asked him. "That's the actual problem, we don't know if it really reached the correct person, so for that we have tracking device so that we can know where is he. So we should find it if he is the one" Nandini said. "Where did you get the saree from, reception right, let's keep it there" Cabir says.

"But there will be many people in the reception, anyone might take it" Aryaman said. "He actually has a point Cabir" Nandini pointed. "That's not an issue, what's important is we should be able to identify him red handed, warna ye tracking itna easy nahi hoga" he said. They take it to reception and keeps it in a secure counter without receptionist notice. They all came back to common room but Nandini's attention is only on reception. They received a message that they should meet Mukti. "Kya ho raha hai yaar iss hospital mein? Mukti ma'am ko kal surgery hua tha, hume pata bhi nahi" Aryaman said.

"Tera problem kya hai yaar Aryaman! We need not know everything in this world, lets go with the flow" Cabir said. "I'm talking about this hospital dude" Aryaman said. "Waha dekho, bechari Nandini ko khud ki life mein kya ho raha hai ye tak pata nahi usko" Cabir showed Nandini. "What do you think? Koi liya hoga kya wo bracelet" she asked but Cabir asked her to keep calm. They met Mukti. "Hi ma'am" they wished her. "Hi guys, I heard about Navya and its so sad. I have called you to inform something about your shifts, you're still not assigned any cases, I'm sorry for that and Dr. Manik will take care of it for a week. Please meet him guys" she told him.

They went to Manik who gave them their respective case reports. "Cabir, you're still working with the same case, keep him under observation and get the required tests done. Nandini, you will look into the clinic today, just regular consultations" Alya comes there late. "Dr. Alya, try to be on time. You will do all the pending prescriptions done, that way you'll help the pharmacy also" he said and Alya kept mum. "Aryaman, you stay back" he said to Aryaman, and Nandini suddenly spoke. "Why he has to stay back".

"I need to discuss about some case" Manik said. "But no, not now. We have to watch him and hum theeno milke usse red handed pakadna hai" she said and Manik didn't understood. "Excuse me Nandini, what are you talking about?" he asked her. "Secret" she blurted and Cabir took the control before she revealed everything to him. "Nandini, shut up. This is work and we don't have any secrets" he signed her to stop talking. "What's going on Cabir?" Manik asked and Cabir didn't say anything. "Sir you know about Nandini's gift na, she wanted to gift him too" Manik smiled seeing Nandini. "Ah Nandini, sure I will send Aryaman in just 5 minutes, if you want you can wait outside with Cabir" he said and they left. "Aryaman, Sanju ka reports aaya?" he asked. "Yes sir, she needs transplant as early as possible" he said. "Hope we will get it soon" Manik sighed. "Sir, you all know her problem since many days, why didn't anyone do something?" he questioned Manik.

"Do you think humara hospital ke trustee ke liye hume itne dino se donor nahi mila, then you are wrong. We have actually found a matching donor for her" Manik continued, "But Sanjana denied and said that there is a little girl who would need it. She happily asked us to get transplantation for another girl. She is gem of a person, and we will surely try for her life" Manik said and Aryaman felt sad for Sanjana. "Please take care of her, in fact I'm happy that she is most comfortable with you, remember Aryaman, she is very important, not just as a trustee but as a wonderful human being too. You may leave now" he said and Aryaman went out. "Ye Nandini, apni gift ko kaha rakhi hogi" he thought himself and went out following them. "I know this isn't a problem Nandini, you will leave a clue to reach you" he thought and saw them near reception. They hid behind the wall and is observing there.

"Oh they might have kept in reception" Manik went near them. "Tum log yaha kya kar rahe ho?" he asked them. "Sir, we told you already" Nandini said. "Please stop your games and get back to work" they left from there and Manik saw a parcel there. He knew that they would be watching him so he thought he should not take it by himself so sent a ward boy to pick it up. Nandini went there to see if the parcel is still there after an hour. She informed Aryaman and Cabir about it. Manik got the parcel through a ward boy and opened it. "So smart of you Dr. Nandini Murthy, bracelet ke saath chip bhi issi parcel mein bhul gayi" he said holding the chip. "The game is over but your gifting idea is not that bad" he smiled and put it in his locker.

"Nandini, put that chip in your phone, we can track him" Cabir said and she searched for the chip. "Kya hua?" Aryaman asked seeing her sitting. "I lost the chip" she said sadly. "What? You spoiled the fun yaar Nandini, we aren't easily gonna track him now" Cabir said. They lost hope and went away with their work. Nandini sat in the clinic and Siddharth came there. "Hi doctor" he wished Nandini. "Yeah, tell me your problem" she asked in a polite way possible. "You" he said and she saw him for first time. "What?" she asked him. "I mean girls like you are my problem. I don't know why they constantly reject me. I'm I looking that bad doctor, that's why mujhe plastic surgery karwake face badalna hai" he said sadly. "Excuse me, plastic surgery aise nahi karte and by the way you are handsome, face badalne ki zarurat nahi hai" she laughed at him. "But what's the use, you have directly rejected me even without seeing" he said. "Excuse me" she said. "Ye aapke favorite word hai kya?" he teased her. "Who are you?" she asked directly. "Dr. Siddharth" he introduced himself.

Nandini is shocked to see the bracelet she bought on Siddharth's hand.
