"But why? I mean jo kuch bhi maine bola wo sab Nandini ke baare mein hi tha, then why replacing her?" Manik asked her. "Because last time jo hua, uska missing I'm not going to send her again" Mukti said, "And on the top of that, Aryaman is free now, Sanjana is discharged and Nandini ko main kuch new cases assign karne wali hu and coming to Nandini, I hope wo sab jaldi seekh jayegi, I will train her pretty well and I think aap ko meri training se koi complaint nahi hai" she said and Manik is left with no words.

"I will make this announcement to all the junior doctors" Mukti said smiling and Manik went off from there. "Ye Mukti mere plan pe pani gira diya" he whispered and Cabir came to meet Manik. "Sir, maine bola na I will convince Navya, there you go she is coming" he said. "And now Nandini is not coming" Manik said in low voice. "Usse kya hua?" Cabir asked. "Usse nahi Mukti ko problem hai, she wants to assign new cases to Nandini and she will send Dr. Aryaman" Manik said. "Waise Aryaman bhi good company hai humara saath" Cabir said. "I'm not talking about the company Cabir, humne medical camp ka idea Nandini ke liye banaya but" Manik sighed. "I don't know why everyone is busy in writing your story! I mean sabke stories God likhte hai, magar aapke story na, Nandini ko leke, Pehle aap ki mom, Nandini ke rishtha le aayi, phir Alya tum dono ke misunderstandings ki wajah ban gayi, Aryaman ko aap Nandini ke boyfriend samaj raha tha, phir Sanjana gift leke gayi, Siddharth beech mein aaya aur finally lady Bheem bhi aa gayi! Chal kya raha hai aapke life mein?" Cabir got confused.

"Lady Bheem?" Manik asked Cabir. "Arre, Dr. Mukti ko main pyaar se wahi kehta hu" he said. "I don't know but ye sab mere saath hi kyu ho raha hai?" he pouted. "Kya ab Nandini aur Siddharth ko milne se koi rok nahi payega?" Cabir threatened him. "Cabir mujhe threaten karna band karo, koi solution dhoondo hum bhi nahi honge yaha, we should think of a solid plan" he said. "Aisa hone ke liye na sirf jaddo karna hai aap ko" he said, "wo kehte hai na, agar kisi cheez ko dil se chaho to poori kainath use tumse milane ki koshish mein lag jaati hai" Cabir said.

"Kon kehte hai? SRK!" Manik asked with a grin. "Arre try karo hum kuch kar nahi sakte, just close your eyes and hope that Nandini humare saath aayegi, chahe jo kuch bhi ho jaye wo aayegi" Cabir said. "But this isn't a movie?" Manik interrupts but Cabir again says it, "if she is yours wo aayegi, agar Siddharth ki hai tho wo kabhi nahi aayegi" Cabir left from there, leaving Manik in confusion.

Aryaman goes for shopping taking an off from his shift. He sees Sanju's car and goes near it. He sees Rakesh in the car and is about to knock it, but stops there seeing Rakesh kissing some other girl. Aryaman steps back and waits there. He remembers Sanju's words and she introducing him as her fiancé. He thought of telling it to Sanju and dialed her number. "Aryaman! What a surprise?" she spoke on the other side. He couldn't gather his strength to talk to her.

"Tum London jaane wali thi na treatment ke liye, kab jaa rahi ho?" he asked her. "I don't know Rakesh ke kuch important kaam hai uske baad hum chale jayenge" she said and Aryaman's anger rose as what important is Rakesh indulged in. He is disturbed to see Rakesh with someone and feels that Sanju deserves someone better. He goes home and is involved in his work and hears a knock on the door. He sees Sanju at his door.

"Sanju tum yaha? What a surprise! Wait, how do you know my place?" he asked in astonishment. "Pehle Andar tho aane do na" she barged inside and feels the aroma. "What are you making?" she asked him going into the kitchen and tastes the food made by Aryaman. "Tum London jaane wali thi na, what are you doing here?" he asked her again. "Wo Rakesh kuch kaam se bahar gaya, uske aane ke baad chale jayenge hum" she said. "Bahar matlab?" he asked with doubt. "Wo Lucknow gaya tha" she said casually and Aryaman asked her, "really?"

"Maine khud apni haatho se ticket print kiya ok!" she said and Aryaman's suspicion grows on Rakesh. "Tum batao, did you miss your friend? Did you miss me?" she asked. "Yes of course, but friend se zyada me and Mukti ma'am are missing our patient very much, you being a trustee of this hospital if you leave the hospital like this, who the hell will trust us?" he asked her. "I'm sorry Aryaman, Rakesh mujhko leke aaj kal bahut possessive ho gaya, itne din wo Germany mein rehta tha ab India aa gaya tho he said he will take care of me" she said and Aryaman did not talk about Rakesh much.

Nandini is informed about her cancellation from the camp. "Bade ajeeb log hai yaar humare seniors, koi name enroll karta hai tho koi replace karte hai" she said to Cabir. "Ha, main bhi wahi soch raha hu, Aryaman ne tho camp ke liye shopping bhi karne gaya" he laughed at the thought of Aryaman's shopping for a medical camp. "Kya hua tum nahi jaa rahi ho camp pe?" Alya asked Nandini. "No, last minute pe cancel ho gaya" Nandini said. "Acha, pichli baar jab hum gaye, I remember how chaotic I was with you and Aryaman" she said. "Alya, let bygones be bygones, lets not go through them again" Nandini said and Alya agreed with her.

"Navya tho aa rahi hai na?" Alya said. "Yeah, she will come, I've talked to her" Cabir said. "That's cool then, kal se iss room mein hum dono hi honge" Alya said to Nandini sadly. "Aww...mere babies mujhe miss nahi karoge" Cabir tried to get dramatic but failed massively when Alya and Nandini looked weirdly at him. In the evening, Manik asked Cabir to get ready quickly and pick up Navya before he reach the hospital. Manik went home packed his luggage and came back early than all other staff. Mukti and Abhimanyu were on night duty that day and they were still in hospital.

"How's everything going Dr. Manik?" Mukti came there. "Good, we're a team of 5 nursing staff, 2 ward boys, 4 doctors and a cook, equipment bhi maine already order kiya, I think it'll be ready by the time we leave" he said. "Manik, why don't you all take a bus, I mean itne saare log, khaana, cook, equipment, you need not wait for equipment once you reach there, wo kaafi remote area hai tho cook bhi iss baar saath mein aayenge na" Abhimanyu said. "Yeah that's actually a good idea, main abhi bus book karunga, however there's still time, not bad lately you are into savings" Manik joked with Abhimanyu. "Every penny counts dude" he said.

"Ha, is that why you're not going home and staying in the hospital all the while?" Manik asked Abhi again. "C'mon yeah Manik, kal mujhe bahut kaam tha" he lied and Mukti could see him lying. "Ok Manik, we'll take your leave then" Mukti and Abhimanyu left from there. "Abhimanyu, is everything really okay? because Manik is also saying that you have been staying in hospital, Abhi sach bolo" she demanded an explanation. "Sorry Mukti, for lying to you, but mere landlord ne mujhe ghar se baahar nikal diya and I don't have a place to live at" he said. "But you have your own flat na?" she asked. "I mean builder aur mere beech mein kuch issues hai and I haven't paid him total amount so technically wo mera landlord hi hai na" he said. "But Aryaman, you should have said that to me, you always say this na, what are friends for then? Aaj se tum humare ghar mein hi rahoge, that's it" she said.

"No Mukti, how can that happen even? Raman sir and Ishitha ma'am ko kaise lagega? Ek help kiya tho main thodi na return help maangne wala hu?" he hesitated to accept Mukti's offer. "No way, tum kal ghar aa rahe ho and that's final, I will talk to dad and Ishi maa" she ordered him. "As you say, your highness" Abhi bowed in front of her. Cabir and Navya came early to the hospital and waited for others. "Cabir, ek baar Aryaman ko bhi call karo, ask him by when he's gonna come" Manik asked Cabir. "We tried to call him sir but he is unreachable" Cabir said. Manik tried calling others and few of them came.

"Everyone came except Aryaman" Manik said. "I don't know kya hua par I think hume uske ghar jaake check karna hoga, please sir" Cabir requested Manik to check on Aryaman. Mukti and Abhimanyu came there. "Hi, Mukti hum bas nikalne waale the, bas Aryaman ke liye wait kar rahe hai" Manik said. "I know, I came to tell about him, Aryaman just called me now and he said he wants to take an emergency leave" she said. "Emergency leave" Navya said loudly. "Ma'am, kya usne kuch aur bataya?" Cabir asked. "No Cabir, he was in a hurry I guess" she said. "But hum abhi kya kare? We are already late" Manik said. "I think Mukti, we should inform Nandini to get ready because we cant send Alya now, Nandini ko last minute pe cancel kiya na" Abhimanyu said and Manik's happiness knew no boundaries.

"Aapke aankhe car ke headlights ko resemble kar rahe hai sir?" Cabir whisper-commented on Manik. Manik gave a death glare to Cabir. "I mean your eyes are sparkling, how beautiful eyes you have! Sorry boys ko beautiful aur cute nahi bolte Cabir, you have handsome eyes sir" Cabir is on a spree to irritate Manik. Before Manik could react he opened his mouth again, "please spare me so that I'll call Nandini and ask her to pack her luggage and get ready". "You better do that asap" Manik said. Cabir called Nandini and informed about the change in plan. "She will be ready soon" Cabir announced.

"Great, I should not have removed Nandini's name from the list" Mukti said. "It's okay Mukti, however she is going na" Abhimanyu said. "Issi ko destiny kehte hai na sir?" Cabir asked Abhimanyu and looked at Manik. "Isme kaunsi badi baat hai Cabir! Chalo you're already late, you should get going, bye" Abhimanyu said and Manik hugged him before leaving. Cabir sat beside Manik. "Iska matlab, you really want Nandini to be with us, not with Siddharth" he asked Manik. "Cabir, not again" Manik is tired of Cabir by now. "But on a serious note, you wished and Nandini is really coming ye sachcha wala pyaar ka ehsaas abhi abhi ho raha hai mujhe" Cabir said. "Ye pyaar nahi hai Cabir?" Manik said.

"Toh phir?" he asked seriously. "Its all hormones" Manik said convincingly but Cabir is irritated now. "I don't know why do you hate to admit it? Bhaad mein jaye aapke hormones, log shaadi, bachche issi hormones ke chakkar mein karte hai, you're not an exception, pyaar hum doctors ke liye sirf science hi hoga but as a human, its a great feeling" Cabir said. "Get down, go and ask Nandini to come" Manik said and Cabir realized that they were at Nandini's place. "Main kyu jao? Aap jayiye" he said and Manik went inside. "Hi chachi, sorry to disturb you at this odd hour" he apologized and saw Nandini ready with luggage. "Great, poora packing kar diya itni jaldi?" he asked. "I've already packed yesterday just too lazy to unpack when I got to know I'm not going" she said.

"Acha hua unpack nahi kiya" he smiled and took her luggage. "Sir, I will get it" she stopped him but Manik, being a gentleman carried her luggage to the bus. She bid bye to her chacha, chachi and he promised that he will take care of her, Navya and Cabir also waved at them from the bus. They got inside and bus moved. Cabir sat beside Navya and only two seats were empty. Manik and Nandini sat beside each other. Manik opened the window and cool breezes touched his face. He got a message and checked. It was Cabir. "Baahar scene dekh ke mujhe Nandini ki bidaai yaad aa rahi hai jiju, take care of her until morning" Manik smiled at Cabir's silly message and Nandini caught him smiling.

"Aap smile kyu kar rahe hai?" she asked him. "Am I not allowed?" he asked making a puppy face. "You can but abhi hum dono hi hai tho, you aren't allowed without me" she said. "I don't know how's Aryaman, his phone is not reachable, he took an emergency leave and I hope everything is ok with him" she said. "Don't worry" he held her hand in his hand and squeezed it as a kind gesture. "I really hope so" she said, "Main ek baat puchu?"

"Sure" he said. "Mrng jo kuch bhi maine dekha, why did you thought you should explain me about you and Alya?" she asked. "Because I don't want you to misunderstand me" he said. "And why would I do that? and how does it matter to you" she asked.

"You and your opinion on me matters to me Nandini" Manik said holding her hand.
