Aryaman is devastated seeing Sanju in that state. Mukti asked Cabir to take care of Sanju's case. Though Aryaman tried to be strong he couldn't see her in that state. Her health is deteriorating every minute and finding a donor as early as possible is very important for her.

Manik waited there till Alya is back to her consciousness. He asked her if she want to eat anything. "Alya, kal raat tum hospital kab gayi? And do you know that you need to submit yourself to police for this foolish act?" Manik tried to sound calm but he couldn't. She didn't talk anything.

"Why are you not leaving me alone Manik? Tum ab Nandini se pyaar karte ho na? Then just leave me to myself. Baar baar mere paas aana ye sab tum kyu kar rahe ho?" Alya asked Manik. "Alya, tumhe kya ho gaya, I'm just trying to make you feel good. I want you to move on just like I did, tum depression mein jaa rahi ho and this foolish act of yours proved my point" Manik said carelessly. Alya broke into tears. "Kyu? Ro kyu rahi ho? Tum yahi chahthe ho na, main tumhe hate karu, tumse dhoor rahu, don't you want me to behave like this?" Alya looked on to him. "Alya, be clear about your choices, main har waqt tumhare saath doonga, remember we were friends first and humesha friends hi rahenge. Jaise Nandini mom ki jagah nahi le sakti, waise wo tumhare jagah bhi nahi le sakti. Kya ho gaya tujhe? You were the diva in the college, tumhara wo fashion designing ki passion kyu chod diya tumne?"

Alya wiped her tears and Manik asked her to show her designs to him. "These are quiet cool" he commented. "Kaash tum ye 2 saal Pehle bol diya hota" Alya said. "Tab nahi kiya tho kya? Ab kar lunga, do whatever makes you happy" Alya smiled. "Acha smile ke liye mujhe itna kuch kehna pada, ab tumhara duty bhi mujhe hi karna padega, Nihal ki case main hi sambhalne wala hu na" he said to her. "Are you sure you wanted to take up that surgery Manik?" Alya asked him. "I wont lie that I'm not nervous but mujhe ye karna hai" Manik said seriously. "I should go now Alya, mujhe unke parents ke saath bhi tho baat karna hai, I will send the medicines, be a good girl and take medicines and food on time" he said before leaving.

Nandini came to hospital and searched for Manik. She couldn't find him. "Ye Manik bhi na, jab usse propose karna hai tho seedha ghar aake chacha chachi ke saamne propose kiya, meri answer sune bina chale gaye" Nandini talked to herself. "Mujhe uske baare mein kuch nahi sochna hai" Navya comes to Nandini. "Tum kuch bol rahi thi?" Navya asked her. "Nahi, maine Manik ke baare mein kuch nahi poocha" Nandini told her. "Nandini, baat tumhari aur Navya ki ho rahi hai, isme Manik sir beech mein kaise aa gaye?" Cabir intervened and she realized what she said. A nurse informed them that Raman had called them. They all go to Raman's cabin.

"Good morning everyone" Raman said as they entered. Mukti was also seated beside him. "Aryaman aur Alya kaha hai?" Raman asked. "Aryaman is on leave sir" Cabir said promptly and Mukti nods at Cabir. "Alya ka kuch pata nahi hai ma'am" Navya said. "Its OK, I've called you here to tell something that's going to be a breakthrough in our hospital" Raman said about the surgery they wanted to operate on Nihal. "This is a killer idea" Nandini commented which gained Raman and Mukti's attention. "Dr. Manik will continue from now on" Raman said and Nandini's face lit up seeing Manik.

"Good morning everyone, I hope Dr. Shrivastav had made it clear for you" Manik said. "But sir, ye dangerous bhi ho sakta hai na" Navya asked him. "Yes Navya, Alya yaha nahi hai tho, I want you to be my intern in this case" Nandini looked at Manik with her eyes wide. "So lets disperse" he asked them to disperse. "Mukti, Alya had asked me for a leave, she isn't feeling well it seems" Manik said. "But she should have informed me also" Mukti said. "Morning usne mujhe call kiya and asked me to inform you" Manik said. "Manik, I wonder she can call you but not even texted me" Mukti said and Manik had nothing to reply. "Are you sure you want to do this Manik?" Raman asked him again. "Yes sir, I've got my preparations done, I've talked to other experts also, they have agreed to come here too" Manik said confidently. "Bas baat yahi hai ki main kaise unke parents ko inform karunga" Manik said in low voice.

"Be strong Manik. Hope everything will go good" Raman encouraged him. Manik hesitated to tell Nihal's parents about his case and the important surgery. Nandini wanted to meet Manik and entered his cabin. "Manik, ye tumne kya kiya? Tumne Navya ko apna intern banaya mujhe kyu nahi?" she asked in one go and didn't give a chance to let Manik speak. "Aur wo killer idea! Who does that to a small boy? Manik, Nihal ek chota bachcha hai, tum aise decision liya hi kyu? Agar wo kuch mahine ke baad marjaana hai tho tum aaj hi usse maar daaloge?" Nandini asked him. None of them had realized that Nihal's parents had heard everything. "Kya karne wale hai aap Nihal ke saath?" his father asked Manik.

Manik had to say everything to them. Nihal's mom broke down in tears and his father had lost his grip. "And you have taken decision all alone, humse puchna bhi zaruri nahi samjha ki aapne aaj surgery plan bhi kiya hai. We aren't going to let Nihal here even for a minute, hum abhi chale jayenge" they walked out of his cabin. "Manik, I'm really sorry" Nandini said. Manik ran after Nihal's parents. "Sir, please listen to me, aap aise Nihal ko nahi le jaa sakte hai" Manik requested. He explained how critical Nihal is. "Please aap consent form pe sign kijiye, we are ready to operate him" Manik said as Navya got the consent form. "Mumma, papa please sign karo" Manik looked at little Nihal who asked his parents to do as Manik said. Manik went near him, "aap mujhe save karenge na doctor?" he asked him. "Yes, tum firse apne friends se baahar jakar khel bhi sakte ho" Manik said and Nihal had convinced his parents to sign.

Raman had explained them how they have planned the surgery but the thought of only less percentage of success of the surgery, they were worried. "Doctor, kya aap ye surgery kal tak postpone kar sakte hai?" his mother asked Raman. "We just want to be with Nihal all day, we will get him tomorrow for surgery, please doctor" her request has moved Manik and Raman and they couldn't refuse her. "But aap Nihal ko kahi nahi le jaa sakte hai" Manik said. "Hum bas yahi uske saath spend karenge doctor please" she requested again. "OK, I will talk to other doctors and will get it postponed" Raman said.

"Kya zarurat thi Nandini, kyu tumne aise kiya? Kya sochega Manik tumhare baare mein! Wo already itna pareshan tha na" Nandini spoke to herself. She has accidentally entered into Mr. Sharma's ward. She wanted to go back when she realized she is at the wrong ward. "You are not always wrong Dr. Nandini, come in" he said. She is surprised as Mr. Sharma called by her name. "Aap mujhe jaante hai?" Nandini asked. "I know everything" he said it confidently. Nandini remembered Aryaman and Cabir said about Mr. Sharma who is a face reader. "Glad to meet you, Cabir and Aryaman se maine aapke baare mein suna" she said. He gave a wide smile to her and said, "Pehle tumhe kuch puchna hai Nandini, I wont answer the questions which are unasked". Nandini is astonished as he said what's in her heart.

She heard from her friends that he is an astrologer and face reader. "Kya Manik aur main kabhi ek ho sakta hai?" she asked him. "No one can take anything from you which is yours and if it is not yours, then you can never have it" he said and Nandini didn't understand anything. "I didn't get anything" she said to him. "Jo tumhara hai, uske liye tumhe struggle karna padta hai Nandini, go for him if you want him. If you love him, tell him. If you hate him, ask him to move on. If you want him, ask for him" he said. She came out of the ward and thought of meeting Manik to say what's in her heart. She tried to meet Manik but he was busy all day with some or the other work. She decided to meet him after his shift.

"Hi Nandini, tum yaha?" Nyonika is surprised and happy to see Nandini home. "Manik nahi aaya saath mein?" she asked as she looked behind Nandini. "No, he is busy and I couldn't meet him in hospital. So I came here to talk to him" Nandini said to her and Nyonika asked her to have dinner. They waited for Manik but he didn't come. Manik had long hours of meeting with the doctors around Mumbai who offered to help him. He returned home at about 12 in the midnight. He didn't wanted to wake Nyonika up and left to his room. He came to his room and switched on the light. He saw Nandini sleeping on his bed peacefully. He wondered if he is dreaming about her. She woke up and saw Manik in the room.

"Hi" she awkwardly wished him and he sat beside her. "Nandini, tum iss waqt yaha aise?" he asked her. "Mujhe tumse kuch baat karna hai, hospital mein aap busy the so I thought I can meet you here, sorry I was asleep before you come" she said with her head hung down. He lifted her chin up and looked into her eyes. He hugged her as if his life depends on her and Nandini didn't know how to react. "Sorry" she said to him. "Kyu?" Manik asked her not breaking the hug. "If I hadn't come there, Nihal's parents would not behaved like that" she said. "Tumne theek kiya, I didn't had the courage to tell them anything about their son" Manik said. "And I'm sorry too" Manik said. "Kyu?" Nandini asked. "Kyunki maine Navya ko ye case diya" he said and quickly continued, "Agar tum meri intern hoti tho main saara kaam chod ke tumhe dekhthe reh jaunga" he said smiling.

"I love you Nandini" he said taking a long breathe. "And I love you too Manik" she looked into his eyes. He pulled her near him as he looked into her eyes. "Ye sunne ke liye tho wait kiya tha maine itne din" he didn't wait for her reaction before conquering her lips. Nandini felt butterflies in her stomach and pulled him near her. She quickly broke the kiss and looked at him. Manik had observed mixed emotions in her face and she didn't face him. "Nandini, I'm sorry, mujhe aise kiss nahi karna chahiye tha, last time bhi maine aise hi kiss kiya tha na bina tumhare permission ke, agli baar kiss karna hai tho tumse puchke karunga" he tried to pull her leg.

"Stop it, maine tumhare liye kuch le kar aayi hu" she said and he waited for her as she came with a box in her hand. "Ye kya hai?" he asked and opened it. "Carrot halwa?!" he narrowed his eyes. "Tumne mere haath ke delicious carrot halwa kabhi khaya nahi tho maine socha ki aaj bana hi leti hu" she said and Manik had tasted it. "Itna acha ussi din banake, ha keh deti tho ab tak hum ek dusre ko date kar rahe honge" he said. "Manik, can we just erase everything and start afresh?" she asked with a million dreams in her eyes. He cupped her face and his hands and said yes. "And humare nayi shuruwat ke liye mere paas bhi ek surprise hai tumhare liye" he said. "Kya?" she asked excited. "Actually humare liye, wait a sec" Manik opened his cupboard as he got a file for her. "Manik, ye kya hai?" she asked him. "Dekh lo pata chal jayega" he said and opened it for her. "International Star Registry!" she is excited as she looked at it. "Yes, jab mujhe pata chala ki tumhe andhere se darr lagta hai, tab maine socha ki, I should gift you a star" he said as he got a star named for her. "A star, for my star" he said. "But Manik, ye MaNan kya hai?" she asked as she saw it on the certificate.

"Ma for Manik and Nan for Nandini- MaNan, Humesha" Manik said as he brought his telescope to show her the star which he got it named as MaNan.
