Manik and Nandini heard Alya screaming outside. They rushed hearing Aryaman's voice along with Alya. "What happened?" Manik asked concerned.

"Manik, Aryaman ne mera phone gira diya" Alya complained. "Alya, I said I'm sorry that was unintentional" Aryaman said to Alya. "Tumne jaan booch ke kiya I know you" Alya blamed him. Aryaman snatched her phone from her hands and before she could react he left it from a certain height that it kissed the floor and broke into pieces.

"Agar maine jaan booch ke kiya hoga tho main aise kar leta, why would I just give a mild attack to your pretty phone" Aryaman smirked and it irked her. Manik and Nandini thought of stopping them but they couldn't.

"How dare you!" Alya raised her hand and Manik tried to stop her. Aryaman held her hand. "Even my hand can be raised Alya, watch out" he said. "Alya, stop it, don't behave like a child" Manik stopped her from behind.

"Child! What are you talking Manik? Can't you see what he just did! Just look at him how he protects Nandini every time" Alya shouted at Manik asked he tried to stop her.

"Nandini ko beech mein laane ki zarurat nahi" Aryaman said to Alya. "Kyu tumhari girlfriend ko koi kuch bol bhi nahi sakte?" Alya clearly instigated Aryaman so that Manik should fight for her.

"Girlfriend!" Aryaman wondered. Aryaman looked at Nandini who is shocked equally. They both looked at Manik and Alya. Alya fumed in anger while Manik's face showed no expression. "We know everything about you! Since last 2 nights you spent with her in the same room" Alya accused and Nandini couldn't stop her tears anymore.

"Alya! Watch your words, Nandini is my friend, she is like my sister and yes I care for her, I do" Aryaman said. Nandini left to her room. Manik left Alya and Aryaman tried to stop Nandini. "See Alya, whatever it is, it should be between us. Why did you drag Nandini into this?" he asked her.

"Then why do you keep supporting her?" Alya said simply. "Even I can clearly see that you and Manik are not together anymore, but why did he keep taking care of you every single damn time!" Manik and Alya looked at each other. "It doesn't mean that he loves you Alya, but he neither hate you" Aryaman left to his room upset.

Manik and Alya stops there in silence. "Manik!" she took his name and he stopped her. "Bahut bol chuki ho Alya ab bas bhi karo" he left irritated. "I just thought how to get Manik out of Nandini's room, but this Aryaman arghh" she sighed in disappointment.

Abhimanyu called Mukti and said that he will wait for her in the parking lot. She came and sat in the car. "No extra makeup, no cheesy greetings and that's how Mukti is!" he commented as she got into the car. "Main late ho gayi kya?" she asked.

"Bas ye no formalities bhi karo Mukti, we're friends yeah I hope next time mujhe ye remind nahi karna padega" he said. "Ha, I promise" she said and he drove her to a Chinese restaurant. They talked about their hectic day and some important surgeries they had throughout the day.

"How did you know that I liked Chinese cuisine" Mukti asked. "Because I saw only you order Chinese at the canteen in the hospital" he smiled. "Dr. Abhimanyu, were you following me?" Mukti teased him. "What would you do if I say yes?" he teased back.

"You're impossible Abhimanyu" they sat and she ordered her favourite food. "Same for me" he said to the waiter. "If you want you can order something else" she said but he said that he wants to taste her favourite food. "You know Abhimanyu mujhe bachpan se koi dost nahi tha, I was so introvert back then" she said eating a bite

"Ab bhi introvert hi ho tum" he laughed at his own joke. "All I remember is I only used to share everything with my mom, I miss her so much" she said thinking about her mom. "Mukti whenever you take your mom name, let a smile play on your lips. I'm sure she'll be watching you from there and feel happy when you smile for her" he said to her. They walked out of the restaurant and Abhimanyu saw Raman with Ishitha.

"Abhimanyu" she turned back to call him and saw Raman and Ishitha together. Mukti is upset seeing them. She came out of the restaurant and stopped near the car. "Ah Mukti" Abhimanyu tried to talk to her.

"Abhimanyu please drop me home" she said. "But Mukti" he was interrupted by her. "Please Abhimanyu" her voice sounded low. He drove to her place in silence. She didn't talk to him either. He dropped her home.

"What is it with Dr. Shrivastav and Dr. Ishitha? I never gave it a thought but it went overboard tonight, I should find out" he said to himself and left from there.

Manik came out next morning and saw Alya and Nandini together. He hoped that everything is fine between them because he doesn't want to create any havoc once again. Aryaman joined the girls for breakfast. Alya gave cold shoulder to him but he ignored. Manik tried to avoid Nandini and didn't wanted to go there.

"Manik" Alya called him. "Breakfast thandi ho raha hai, jaldi aao" he had to join them as Alya called. He came there an sit on the breakfast table. Nandini stood up as soon as he sat. He looked at her directly. "Why did you get up?" Manik felt that Aryaman voiced his opinion.

"I'm done Aryaman" she said and left from there. Manik ate his breakfast in silence and Aryaman left. "Manik" Alya tried to talk but he interrupted. "I don't want to talk anything Alya" he said sharply. "Why did you act like you don't care Manik? Aryaman ko bhi ye dikhta hai ki you care" she said sobbing.

"Usse ye bhi lagta hai ki I don't love you, why don't you see that? I really don't love you Alya" his words hit her like a storm and she couldn't take it. He felt bad for her too but he couldn't keep her in a trance that he still loves her. Manik loved her but not anymore.

Luckily, Manik and Nandini didn't have to face each other all day. They didn't have courage to face each other after what had happened. Aryaman said Nandini that they will be leaving the same night and will report next morning. Alya packed her things and Manik got ready to leave. Manik loaded his and Alya's luggage in the car. He looked for Aryaman.

"Apne luggage pack kardo" he suggested. "Hum doosre cab book kar diya sir, we'll come soon" Aryaman said. Manik is surprised to hear from him. "Cab book kar diya matlab? Why was it necessary?" Manik asked him.

"I think it'll be good for everyone and all four of us will be in peace" Aryaman suggested. Manik agreed with him. Alya and Manik waited until the cab came and Aryaman left in the cab along with Nandini. Manik and Alya also started in the car.

"Kya hua Nandini? Are you OK?" Aryaman asked and with his voice she came out of her thoughts. "Nothing Aryaman but jo bhi hua hai in these 2 days it's just weird, I don't understand Manik sir ki problem kya hai" she wanted to say what she heard about Alya and Manik but decided against it when she remembered Manik screamed at her. She felt bad as he spoke rudely to her.

She didn't expect Manik to take Alya's side when Alya accused Aryaman that he is her boyfriend. Manik drove in silence without talking to Alya. Aryaman and Nandini halted at a Dhaba to have food.

"Nandini, there's network issue, I'll just call Cabir and will join you, OK?" Aryaman said and went aside. Manik who saw the cab on the road, stopped at the same Dhaba. "Do you want to eat anything?" he asked Alya.

"Mujhe bhook nahi hai, aise dhabe mein kaun khayega Manik? It's unhealthy" she blabbered. "Jitna poocha hai utna hi jawab dena seekho" he snapped at her and came out. He went inside the Dhaba and saw Nandini alone.

"Nandini akeli kyu baithi hai?" he thought for a minute and went near her. "Nandini" he called her and she stood up. She looked at him like a lost puppy. He then realized that she was not comfortable sitting alone. She didn't speak anything but came and stood beside him.

He took her aside with him. "Tum yaha akeli kyu ho? Aryaman kaha?" he asked and Nandini tensed and started sweating. "Relax Nandini, look at me" he tried to comfort her but she got scared. She shivered and he understood that it was all the after effects of leaving her alone in the jungle.

Manik didn't understand what to do and he hugged her tightly to comfort her. She didn't expect him either but felt warmth in his touch. Aryaman came back to find Nandini missing from her seat. He searched for her and saw Manik and Nandini.

"Nandini" they broke the hug with Aryaman's voice. They felt weird and embarrassed and Manik came to Aryaman. "I need to talk to you" Manik asked Aryaman. Nandini came there. "Yes, we should talk" Aryaman agreed. Nandini looked at both of them. "But not now I think we should go from here as soon as possible" Manik suggested and went away.

Manik sat back in his car and saw Alya sleeping. Aryaman asked Nandini to sit in the car. He went to pay the bill and saw an old magazine there. He is surprised and smirked thinking how to make the best use of it.

Aryaman dropped Nandini home and asked chachi to take care of her. Manik dropped Alya home and headed to his home. Nyonika woke up as she saw Manik came. "Manik, do you need anything beta?" she asked with her sleepy eyes. He slept in her lap.

"Mom, how did you managed to be alone mom? Just for me!" he asked her. "Kya hua Manik tum aise kyu baat kar rahe ho?" she caressed his hair. "Please bolo na" he asked snuggling more. "Manik, being an army doctor your father wanted to serve the nation, but he never neglected you or me. He was always there to protect us, when you were in New York he wanted you to settle down there and me to be with him" she gave a pause.

"But you never told me this" he sat straight. "Because I don't want to hurt you beta" she continued, "I know that you and Alya had a fight over that you should settle down in New York but you went against her to stay with me, just for this mom, didn't you made a choice to stay with me?" she said with tears in her eyes.

"Mom, Alya sirf waha settle hone ka baat nahi kar rahi thi, she wants me to away from you, only with her, I want someone who takes care of you like the way I do. I wanted someone jo mujhe issi tarah chahne lage not for my status or something else" he said and stood up. "Ye sab hum baad mein discuss karenge chalo let's go to bed" she sent him to his room. Nyonika is worried about Manik being with Alya.

Abhimanyu tried to find Mukti in the hospital but couldn't. He asked the nurse who told her where Mukti is. He went to see Mukti with a cup of coffee. "Hey Mukti, good morning" he wished her and offered a cup. "Huh, no thanks" she rejected politely.

"I know mujhe ye poochna nahi chahiye tha but I always heard that Dr. Shrivastav and Dr. Ishitha ke beech mein" Abhimanyu couldn't complete the sentence as Mukti interrupted him.

"When you know that you shouldn't ask, why did you ask? Who are you to ask me? Why I'm I answerable to you, stay away from me"
