"Maine kabhi socha nahi ki Abhimanyu aisa karega Mukti ke saath" Raman was angry with Abhimanyu when Mukti told what happened. "Raman, you are instigating Mukti in a way, please stop it" Ishitha stopped him. "Mukti, you both liked each other and now what happened?" Ishitha asked her finally.

"Kitni baar keh chuki hai wo, he is a liar" Raman said. "Let her speak Raman" Ishitha asked Mukti. "There's nothing to speak mom, he lied to me about everything, dad had told him about everything in his life, about you and me. Dad trusted him and Abhimanyu he didn't even tell me that he was already married, ye dhoka nahi hai tho kya?" she said irritated. "Aaj raat Abhimanyu ko aane do, tum dono ka divorce ke baare mein discuss karenge" Raman said and left. Mukti is shocked to hear Raman and Ishitha went near Raman. "Raman, what rubbish! Kya bole jaa rahe ho tum?" she asked. "Shayad tumhe samaj mein aaya nahi hoga but Mukti usko aise hi akal theek hoga" he said. "Tho tum jaan bhooch ke aise kaha usse" she said. Raman nodded.

"Good morning Navya" Nandini wished her in the morning. Navya didn't reply. "Navya, kaha kho gayi ho?" Nandini asked. "Kuch nahi" Navya replied absent minded. "Mujhe bahut tension ho rahi hai Nandini" she said. "For what?" Nandini held her hand and Navya was shivering. "Navya, kya hua tum itna kyu ghabra gayi ho?" she asked her. "Apni dil ki baat kehna bahut important hai na Nandini" Navya said. Nandini fell into her thoughts and came back to senses when Navya called her.

"Humesha meri mann ki baat maine mann mein hi daba diya, jab Harshad ne mera picha kiya, I didn't say it to anyone kyunki main dar gayi thi Nandini. Jab unhone mujhe shaadi ke liye force kiya tha, tab bhi maine chupchap maan liya thinking that he will feel bad if I don't follow him. Usne mera pyaar ko ek joke banaya, maine mumma papa ko galat prove kiya" Navya said and Nandini is astonished to listen to her.

"Navya!" she exclaimed. "Yes Nandini, I have always ignored all your questions about my parents, jab tum logon ne pehli baar mere ghar aaye the wo mera sasural tha wo dono Harshad ke parents the. Harshad ne apne advantages ke liye mujhse shaadi kiya. He then died in an accident and they owned me as their daughter and are responsible for what I'm today. I'm always greatful to them. Phir mumma ki sudden death and Papa ki nafrat ne mujhe sikhaya ki sach kitna bhi kadwa ho par humesha sach hi bolna chahiye" she said.

"Ab Cabir! I don't know why he came home. Cabir has disguised himself as Shekawat and he joined as student to my dad. Ab medical entrance exam aa raha hai and main kaise samjau papa ko wo Shekawat nahi Cabir hai" Navya explained the reason for her worry. "Itna tension mat lo Navya, just ask Cabir not to show up in front of your dad" Nandini came up with an instant reply. "But aisa kiya tho main papa ko Cabir se kaise introduce karwaungi" Navya said. "Why do you want to introduce Cabir to your dad?" Nandini asked not understanding.

Cabir and Aryaman were standing at the door when they heard Navya and Nandini talking. "Nandini, main Cabir ko khona nahi chahti, agar kisine ye sab mein mera saath diya wo Cabir hi tha" she said. "So, Cabir knew all this?" Nandini asked her. "Yes" Navya nodded. "Tell me something honestly Navya! Do you love Cabir?" Nandini asked. Aryaman and Cabir looked at each other as Nandini asked Navya.

"I don't know if it is love Nandini! But all I can say is jab main uska saath hu then I feel secured. Aisa Lagta hai ki agar Cabir mera saath hai tho main kuch bhi kar sakti hu. Agar wo nahi hai tho kuch nahi hai" Navya's answer was unclearly clear for Nandini. She thought for a minute and stood to leave from there. "Ek baat yaad rakho Navya, if you like go and tell him, agar aise hi nahi batayenge tho bahut der hoga" she said. Aryaman took Cabir aside and Nandini left from there.

"Navya jo bol rahi thi kya wo sach hai?" Aryaman asked. "Ha" Cabir nodded. "Tu ne kabhi bataya kyu nahi? Tum dono kya soch rahe the! Aren't we gonna help you out! Arre what are friends for?" Aryaman asked angrily. "Navya nahi chahthi thi ki tum log ye sab jaane" Cabir said and Nandini came there. "Humne sab sun liya hai Nandini" Aryaman said to Nandini to clear the air. "Navya ne kisiko kuch nahi bataya and I respect her privacy" Cabir repeated. "But she can share with us always" Nandini said. "I'm surprised that there are still many secrets amongst us, I thought we were best friends" Aryaman said disappointed. "Hum yaha ho kar bhi tumhare life ke hisse nahi ban paaye, Nandini didn't you feel bad when Navya hid these things from us?" Aryaman asked Nandini.

She couldn't answer him. She made a move as she herself don't know the answer. "Did I do a mistake by not telling anyone? Manik always said it that I don't trust him enough to publicize our relationship. Kya main galat thi?" she thought to herself. "No" she heard a voice. It was her conscience. "Tumne koi galti nahi ki Nandini" she heard. "Manik aur mere beech jo bhi differences the, wo sab humare trust issues ke wajhe se hai" she said. "Did I trust him? If so why did I nag about Alya and his relationship?" she asked herself.

"Now you know that Alya and Manik ke beech mein kuch nahi hai, par Manik kaha hai Nandini, didn't he trust you enough to be with you" her conscience spoke. Her head was aching with all the questions she had. Many unanswered questions revolved around her and since 2 months she was fighting with herself. "No, I shouldn't give up. Manik yaha nahi hai. He broke up with me. Now I know Alya aur uske beech kuch nahi tha but he never really cared to explain me. He left me when I needed him the most. Manik Malhotra, you loved me, you made me mad for you and you have thrown me out of your life like I'm nothing. I hate you Manik" she said.

"Uncle" Abhimanyu came to meet Raman. He entered inside and saw Raman and Ishitha waiting for him. He looked for Mukti but she is nowhere to be seen. "Your work is done Abhimanyu! Manik is now officially our doctor at Lifeline" he said. "Thank you so much uncle" he said. "Everything is good, so let's have dinner" Raman said casually. "Raman, Mukti ka kya hai? She isn't even ready to listen to us" Ishitha reminds.

"She has really gone bad, I know how that Aditya is! Mental asylum mein poora 1 saal bitaya usne and I know his mentality. He doesn't hold any grudges for anyone, he just loves troubling people" Raman says to Ishitha. "But hum Mukti ko kaise samjhayenge?" Ishitha worried. "I'm sorry aunty, ye sab meri galti hai mujhe pehle hi bol dena chahiye tha" Abhimanyu regretted. "Agar pehle bata diya hota tho wo shaadi ke liye maanegi nahi showing Divya as a reason" Raman remarked. "She has a very negative impact of such things in her heart Abhimanyu. Usne apne mumma papa ke life mein ek dusri aurat ko dekhi hai. She is afraid of that women all her life. It wasn't easy for her to digest that her mom was the other woman and the other woman is actually her mom" Ishitha remembered her initial days with Raman and Mukti. "I don't care about Aditya, what matters to me is Mukti. She isn't ready to accept the truth." Abhimanyu sighed helplessly. "Aditya ek psychiatrist hai, wo khud mental asylum mein patient tha. Kehte hai na, a senior patient is much better than a junior doctor! He is a dangerous combination of a psycho and psychiatrist. Hum sirf surgeries karte hai Abhimanyu but he underwent all the counselings he gave" Raman asked Abhimanyu not to underestimate him. "Mukti is fully in his trance. Kya hum uske liye kuch kar sakte hai" Ishitha hoped. "Mukti ki bhoot utarna padega aunty, and that Aditya he will pay for everything he has done to me" Abhimanyu said.

Nandini is busy in her clinical work when Shrikant came to meet her. "Nandini beta" she looked at him. "Uncle aap?" she is surprised to see him. "It's been a long time since I have talked to you" he said and she offered him to sit. "No, let's just have coffee tum bhi tak gayi ho na" he said and they walked towards the cafeteria. "How's aunty?" she asked. "She isn't improving her health" he sighed. "What else we can do to if she isn't coping up?" Nandini asked. "Wait" he took a deep breath. "Nyonika is out of danger for now but we never know how could she react if she is taken home" he said.

"Uncle, kya hum usse abroad mein le jaye tho kuch improvement hoga?" Nandini asked. "It's not something physical Nandini, it's about her mental health too. Jab Mann ki shanti nahi hai tho hum kya kar sakte hai?" he sighed. She stayed silent. Abhimanyu came there searching for Shrikant. "Uncle" he called out. "Tum yaha! Abhi tak gaya nahi?" he asked Abhimanyu. "No, I have come again for you, Manik is coming. Aapka phone unreachable tha isliye main yaha aa gaya. Saare formalities katham ho gaye and he will board the flight tonight that is tomorrow morning for us" he said. Nandini is little uncomfortable hearing this.

"Hi Nandini" Abhimanyu wished her as he saw. "Hi sir" she greeted back. She excused herself as they both seem to engross in a conversation. She didn't really seemed interested in knowing about Manik's arrival. "Itne din yaha Manik nahi hai it was easy for me to manage, but agar wo wapas aa gaye tho kaise hoga? Nandini Murthy, no! You shouldn't worry about him. There's nothing between both of us now, agar wo aaya tho ignore karungi" she thought to herself and had a second thought. "How would I avoid him! He is my senior doctor, I have to face him. But I'll show him that his absence se ya presence se mujhe koi farak nahi padega" she is determined.

Cabir attended Shekar's class early in the morning. He started taking two sessions as the entrance exam is nearing. Cabir had finished his lecture and saw Saraswati at Navya's place. "I've gone to a temple and so I came back on my way to home" she said giving prashad to them. Navya said how she missed going to temple with her mom. Chandra Shekar remembered his wife and Navya consoled him. Navya got ready and left for hospital with Cabir.

"Navya ki maa ki jaane se humare zindagi mein ek adhurapan aa gaya" he told her. "Life kisi ke liye wait nahi karta. I know tum apne wife ko nahi bul paoge but how could you forget her last wish?" she asked him. "Last wish? I wasn't even there when she died" he said. "Har maa ka ek hi ichcha hoti hai, to see her kids happy. Agar Navya ka shaadi nahi hua tho wo kush kaisi hogi! Aakhir kab tak wo tumhare saath rahegi" she asked him.

"But Navya ki shaadi tho already" he stopped midway. "Wahi tho, it's incomplete and she herself don't consider it as her marriage. It was just an act of blackmail" she said. "But hai tho wo ek widow hai na, we should search for someone who understands her side of story too, definitely someone not like me" he said regretting his behavior towards his daughter. "Aisa ek ladka hai mera Mann mein, jo Navya ko jaanta hai, usse samajtha hai, uske saath nibhaane wala" she said and he asked who is he and curious to know about him.

"Shekawat Singh" she replied.
