Manik went off from there leaving others speechless. Cabir went behind him. "Sir, I don't feel safe here, ye risk lena hai kya?" he asked Manik. "Pata nahi Cabir, ye log bahut ajeeb hai, I never experienced such welcome from the villagers" Manik sighed. "Sab ajeeb cheezein tho aapke saath hoga hi" Cabir said and Manik isn't irritated this time, instead he smiled. Cabir is wondered. "Chalo baaki ke kaam bhi complete kar dete" Manik said. In the evening, few people came to them. "Ab kya hua? Ye log phir kyu aaya?" Cabir whispered into Manik's ears. "Tum Pehle se itna darpok hai ya abhi abhi ban rahe ho?" Manik asked Cabir.

Nandini goes to ask them what's the matter. She comes to Manik. "Kya hua Nandini? What did they say?" he asked. "Sir ye log patients hai, they said they need medical help" she said and looked confused at Manik. They ask the villagers to come one by one. Navya and Nandini speak to them about their problems. Manik supervises them. After seeing 2 to 3 people, Navya whispers to Manik. "Sir, these people really had no issues, koi kehta hai use pet mein dard ho raha hai tho koi bolega fever hai, aur temperature bilkul normal" she said. "Ye tho humare saath doctor doctor khel rahe hai" Cabir said. "Yes sir, Cabir is right their complains are baseless and they are absolutely healthy" she said.

A lady comes there and tells that she has pain in her knees. "Aap ye ointment laga lena, knee pain chala jayega" Cabir advised her. "Aise kaise, aap mujhe check bhi nahi kiya" she demanded an action from them. "Madam knee pain ke liye hum stethoscope ka isthmaal nahi karte ye heart beat sun ne ke liye hai" Cabir cleared her doubt. She goes out and within seconds a dog chases her and she runs. "Dekho wo kaise bhaag raha hai, isse knee pain hai" Cabir said and they run to her rescue when they see the dog biting the lady.

Villagers who were present there also run towards her and beats the dog until it couldn't bark. Manik asked them to bring her into the tent. Nandini and Navya help her and cleans the wound. They apply antiseptic cream and a sterile bandage. They ask her to use the ointment until the injury is cured to prevent any infection. They also asked her to take an injection as an anti-septic. She nods to them and they apply injection. Meanwhile Manik gets the dog into the tent as it bleeds as villagers beat it. He cleans the wound and applies a sterile bandage to it. He lets it sleep there. "Yaha koi veterinarian hai?" he asked the villagers. They said yes and Manik asked them to call him here.

They asked him why that vet had to come there? "Its important to know that if the dog has any infection, then only we can treat the lady, ye kisika paaltu kutta nahi lagta hai mujhe" he said. The lady's husband respond and goes to fetch the vet. He comes back after few minutes. "hello doctor" Manik greeted him. He checks the dog's leg. "Is everything okay?" Manik asked him. "Mujhe nahi lagat hai ki ye vet hai" Cabir blurted out. "He sees both humans and animals here, he is a good doctor, humara sarpanch saab ne appoint kiya inhe" someone said.

"Excuse me, are you a vet?" Manik asked him politely. "Nahi main ek RMP doctor hu" he said. "What the! you are just medical practitioner, and you aren't supposed to practice veterinary unless you have a license" Manik said in high pitched tone. "Seriously aap log aise rehte ho yaha, where you have a person who treats both you and your cattle without any medical license and when we organize a camp here you say that you don't really need doctors, I thought that village head has no sense at all, but aise log ke liye wahi correct hai, Cabir, Nandini and Navya pack everything we're leaving, we cared about them but they really don't" Manik shouted on them for their ignorance.

"doctor saheb, aap aise mat jayiye, hume maaf karo please mujhe theek karo, agar koi infection aaya tho, aap ne hume samjhaya aur ab aap chale jaye tho" the lady pleaded them. Others also stop them and apologize him. "Humko wo sarpanch saheb ne paise diya hai doctor tabhi hum yaha aaye the" they said. Manik didn't understood why that village head is head over heels to send them back even after he got money. He asked the villagers to spread a word among others that if they need any medical help, they are here to help them. It is one of the long eventful day for all of them. They had dinner and sat together.

"Yaha phone signals bhi nahi aa rahe hai ab" a nurse complained and Manik hears it. He calls out everyone to assemble. They gathered upon Manik's call. "Hey everyone, listen to me, not every time, we get to experience such things, yaha mobile nahi hai, internet nahi hai, ab hum sab normal humans ban jayenge, now Suresh is just Suresh, not a ward boy, Manik is just Manik, not a doctor now, and Julie is also just Julie you need not call her sister" Manik said and Julie's face lit up as he took her name.

"Julie kitni cute aur beautiful hai, isse har roz sister bulana bahut painful hota tha" Cabir said. "Cabir, tu abhi junior hai, inke peeche bade bade seniors nahi tik paaya" Manik joked. "Humare hospital mein tho bahut hi beautiful nurses hai, tabhi tho bahut patients aate hai" Cabir said. "Yeah, I have a question for you all, surgeons say the same thing during their exams in college and after the surgery now? What could it be?" Manik asked. Everyone thought but none could give an answer. "Ok tum sab log haar gaye, a surgeon says "we tried our best and let the God decide the result" they all laugh at his joke. "That's a lame one though" Nandini comments.

"Hello, maine ye joke college mein suna tha Nandini, no one said that, tum batao ek joke, hum bhi sunenge" Manik pesters Nandini to tell a joke. "Ok, there was an emergency on the flight, and a lady nudges her husband, 'dear, please go they need a doctor' but he says her, 'I cant go my love because he is suffering from seizures while I left whole epilepsy chapter, I didn't read it in college" she said. "Nandini aise jokes na Mukti ma'am ke saamne mat bola karo yaar, wo hume maar daalegi" Cabir said. They lit up a camp fire and spends the night joking and talking to each other.

Aryaman searches for Rakesh but he isn't sure whether he had really come to Lucknow or went somewhere lying to Sanju. He thinks that coming to Lucknow was a foolish decision. But he thought of trying for the last time. He went to all the luxury hotels and asked the receptionists if he can meet Mr. Rakesh from Mumbai. He almost had negative answers from everywhere. "Excuse me, I'm here to meet Mr. Rakesh from Mumbai" he asked. "Sorry sir, he didn't say that he is expecting anyone" the receptionist said, "Can you please confirm your meeting with him sir?"

"No, maybe he would meet in the restaurant, I'll wait in the restaurant" Aryaman said and is happy that he could finally trace Rakesh. He wanted to confirm whether its really a business trip or not. He waited at the restaurant and had his dinner. After some time, Rakesh came down and Aryaman saw him sending off a girl through the stair case. He had his dinner alone while talking to someone on phone and sat there quietly. Another girl came there to meet him. She was not the one who sent off just then. Aryaman wondered the doings of Rakesh and is highly suspicious.

Mukti gets Abhimanyu to her house. "Hello bhaiyya" Ruhi welcomes him with a smile. "Hi Ruhi" he greets her and Ishitha also welcome him. "Ma'am.." Abhimanyu is interrupted by Ishitha. "Thank God, you agreed to stay here with us" she said. "You are saying it like I'm helping you ma'am, but in fact thanks for letting me stay here" he said. "ye hospital nahi hai, you need not call us sir and ma'am, aunty uncle bula sakte ho" Ishitha said.

"Chahe tho use aunty bulao but me and uncle, impossible" Raman said. "Yes, papa is the best" Ruhi jumped seeing Raman. "Abhimanyu, you are most welcome and you can stay here as long as you want to" Raman said to Abhimanyu. "Chalo, I'll show your room" Mukti took him to a room. "Mukti, ye sab kya hai?" Abhimanyu asked smiling. "Ye room hum Ruhi ke liye renovate karne chahthe the, so these stickers" Mukti said to him. "Maine Ruhi ke room cheen liya na" he said looking at little Ruhi who followed them to the room. "Koi nahi bhayya, I will stay with Mukti di" she said. "And you know, Ruhi ki room cheen ne ke liye ek punishment bhi hai" Mukti said to Abhimanyu. "What?" Abhimanyu asked stunned. "You should help me in painting my room, aur ye sab tum hi mere room mein shift karoge" Mukti said and Abhimanyu said, "as you say ma'am" he bowed in front of her.

Nandini and Navya couldn't sleep all night whereas Manik and Cabir have a sound sleep. "Good morning Navya, good morning Nandini" Cabir wished them. "I wish hum bhi iski Tarah so raha hota tho, humara bhi good morning hi hota" Nandini sighed. "Kyu tum dono soye nahi?" Cabir asked them. "Nahi, ye machchar ye mahaul mein tho hum so hi nahi paaye" Navya said. "Ha new place hai na, hota hai aise" he told them. They see few patients in the camp. Nandini goes to see them. "Doctor ji, isko dekhiye 2 din se pet me dard tha shayad" Nandini sees the patient.

"Isko hospital le jaana padega, don't worry just an operation and he'll be fine all the way" she assured the lady about her son. "But doctor, I think it will cost much and I can't afford that" she said helplessly. "Aap apne health insurance se karwa lijiye na" Nandini advised them. Manik also sat in the same tent as Nandini's and heard her. "But ye health insurance kya hota hai doctor" she asked innocently. "Government aapke liye health insurance deti hai na, so that you can get reimbursement on your hospital bills" Nandini tried to explain but eventually through the villagers Manik and Nandini came to know that they don't know about health schemes.

"Koi baat nahi, main yaha ki MLA se baat karunga, aap log apne identity cards ready kijiye" Manik said to them. "But humara gao ke kisi bhi decision uss MLA nahi yaha ki humara village head hi dekhenge" someone from the villagers said. "Tho kya wo aapke har problem sach me solve karenge" Nandini asked them. Cabir and Navya also come there. "Dekhiye, iss medical camp ke liye humne aap ke village head ko paise diya, how could you blindly trust someone who can't help you at all?" Cabir asked them.

"doctor wo MLA kisi aur party se hai, but since last 15 years we are following our village head and his party, we can't just go and support other party" Manik understood that village head is playing politics and have emotionally blackmailed them to support him. "Ye tho bada politics game khel raha hai yaha par" Cabir whispered to Manik. "But he doesn't have any right to play with these innocent lives, we have to do something" Manik said. Nandini and Navya also heard them. "I think its not safe here, you are going deeper into the matters, please lets go away from here" Nandini asked Manik. "Aise kaise jaa sakte hai hum?" he ignored her and looked side wards.

"Why don't you ever understand that I'm concerned for you?" Nandini asked looking into his eyes.
