It seemed that Manik didn't want to accept the facts Cabir told him. He ignored Cabir and pulled him inside again. "Itna jaldi soch liya?" Cabir asked him surprised. "Nahi, wo sab baad mein but you promised me that we will keep Siddharth and Nandini apart, iske liye Pehle we have to stop them meeting often" Manik suggested. "You should stop Siddharth coming to hospital, Nandini ko hospital ke baad milne ka time nahi hoga" Cabir said as simple as that. "I tried that, he said that hospital isn't a private place anyone can come" Manik said disappointed. "Kya kare! Nandini ko hospital nahi aane dena" Cabir joked.

"That's actually a great idea" Manik said as if he had a plan in his mind. "Why will Nandini not come to hospital? Her duty?" Cabir did not understood. "It's been a while our hospital didn't send junior doctors on a medical camp, why not arrange one!" Manik said with a grin. "Medical camp! Aap arrange kar sakte hai?" Cabir asked. "Actually ye Mukti ke haath mein hota hai, but as she is not on duty I can ask the management" Manik said, "I will do it as soon as possible before Mukti takes charge" Manik said. "But who all will be going?" Cabir asked. "Only me and Abhimanyu leads the camp, Mukti emergencies ke liye kabhi camps pe jaati nahi, along with Nandini you will come with us" Manik said.

"Navya ko bhi saath le chalein?" Cabir remembered Alya's words that changing place might change her mood. "Will she come?" Manik doubted how to ask her. "Wo sab mujhpe chodiye, I will get her" Cabir assured. "Aryaman and Alya already been to camp once, so they wont be coming" Manik wrote an email to the management then and there. "Par Siddharth waha bhi aa sakta hai na? I mean chances hai" Cabir asked Manik. "I know Nandini last time she went missing and keeping that on note, I will not let her talk to any outsider and kal ke baad tho management bhi Nandini ko leke mere baat manenge, she was almost hit by those people" Manik said worried. "Now we're done let's see how Siddharth will meet her" Manik left from there to talk to Raman.

Aryaman went to Sanju's room and saw her packing things. "Where are you leaving?" Aryaman asked. "Home!" she said. "But Sanju" Aryaman is interrupted by her. "I know abhi donor nahi mila hai, but I have to go home" she said sadly. "Sanju, ready to go?" someone came there. "Yeah, I'm ready, by the way Aryaman, he is Rakesh, my fiancé" she introduced and he is shocked as she never mentioned about it. "And Rakesh, this is my doctor, Aryaman Khurana" she introduced Aryaman to Rakesh. "Ha theek hai, tum iss discharge sheet pe sign kar dena, we gotta go quick" Rakesh recklessly talked to Aryaman. "Rakesh, wo mera doctor hai tum iss Tarah baat nahi kar sakte" she said to him.

"Oh c'mon Sanju, he is just an intern, you are telling me as if he is your real doctor, just get them signed" Rakesh said to Sanju. "But aap aise iss tarah kisi bhi patient ko nahi le jaa sakte hai" Aryaman tried to stop Rakesh. "Your job is to do whatever we say, you know na, Sanju iss hospital ki trustee hai, and I have talked to the dean Dr. Shrivastav, yaha Sanju ka kuch nahi hone wala hai, I'm taking her to London for her treatment" Rakesh said and Aryaman is left with no option. "Rakesh wo mera friend bhi hai" she said. "This is the problem with you Sanju, you will befriend anyone, can't you just see his status, he can no where match you" Rakesh made fun of him and left from there. "I'm sorry Aryaman Rakesh thoda business minded hai, he always does this, uske liye status hi sab kuch hai, par wo dil se bahut acha hai" Sanju continued to talk as always. "Bye Sanju, take care" Aryaman left from there and was notably sad.

Mukti plays with Ruhi as Ishitha entered her room. "Mom, see Mukti di doesn't know to play snakes and ladders" Ruhi laughed showing Mukti. "Ruhi, aise nahi bolte hai sorry bolo" Ishitha said to Ruhi. "Its okay mom, mujhe genuinely khelna aata hai" Mukti said and they smile. "Aap ko kuch problem hai iss ghar adjust hone mein?" Mukti asked Ishitha. "No not at all, you are there to make me feel better na" Ishitha said. "Mom, I'm thinking shouldn't we plan a party for our reunion, I mean everyone by now know about us, but an official announcement will be apt I guess" Mukti said and Ishitha hesitated. "Kuch nahi hoga mom, everything will be alright" Mukti assured her. "Okay" Ishitha agreed with her.

"Maa, I'm joining hospital tomorrow" Mukti said. "Itni jaldi kyu thodi rest kar le na Mukti" Ishitha suggested. "No mom, I heard from management that Dr. Manik has asked for medical camp, I had to be there for approval" Mukti said and explained her that they will host a party soon.

Manik came to the common room and saw that only Alya is there. "Hey Manik, what's up?" she asked him. "Yeah fine, just came to give this to junior doctors" he gave a file to Alya and she opened it. "Oh medical camp!" she saw and asked him. "But I'm not going na" she said to him. "No" he said.

"Cabir, Navya and Nandini" she read from the list. "You just got recovered now I don't want you to be in stress again, remember how pissed you were when we went to camp last time" he said. "You care for me so much Manik, thank you" She said. "And I'll always do that, I promise" he said.

"Why do you make it so hard for me to move on Manik? Itni care karne ki zarurat kya hai?" Manik didn't expect this question from Alya but he definitely has his answer. Nandini came there but stopped outside the room when she saw Manik and Alya alone.

"I'm sorry if I had ever hurt you Alya" Manik said. "Don't be sorry Manik, I know I did a mistake but why can't you just forgive me Or why can't you leave me alone" she asked. "I would have done that if you didn't harm yourself that day" he told. "That was an accident Manik, I didn't do it on purpose" she said.

"Take care Alya" he left from there without seeing her face. He saw Nandini outside and went off from there without reacting but came back soon to grab Nandini into another room. "What are you doing?" she asked. "Nothing, just trying to explain that there's nothing between me and Alya, jaisa tum soch rahi ho waisa nahi hai" he said not looking at her. "Main kya soch rahi thi aapko kaise pata?" she asked peeking at him. He did not reply. "I know Alya se break up ke baad bahut mushkil hua na aapko?" she asked him. "Yes, mom used to keep telling that if we would have agreed to let her go and follow her dream as a model, she might be there with me today, but the truth is somewhere I know that she left me for her ambitions, and that means she doesn't trust me that I will support her in her career and that's when I realized there is no going back to Alya" he said.

"It might have hurt you so bad, have you seen Alya before she came here after she walked off from wedding?" Nandini asked expecting a no but to her surprise he said Yes. "You met Alya once again? How? Where and When? Aunty said that you completely shifted India after that marriage thing because of her health" she asked. "Yeah, mom's health got worse after that incident and I had to shift here, Alya ne mujhe call kiya but I did not went back, but there was a call after 3 months that she met with accident and I flied to New York without telling anyone" Manik continued.

"Alya, she drove the car by herself and I talked to her sister Sonia" he paused for a while and remembered that dreadful incident. "Then I came to know, how badly she was injured and she was almost on death bed and I felt extremely guilty for being the reason, I came back without seeing her and promised myself that I wont even take her name and will never let her remember me, with Sonia's help I got Alya back to normal again and she started to forget me" he told. "Sonia! Why did she help you to break up with Alya, you could have get back Alya if she helped you! So you were in touch with Alya's sister to keep a track of her?" she asked.

"Few questions sound good but best unanswered Nandini, me and Alya are never destined to be together, I strongly believe it. And neither me nor Alya knows that she is coming as my junior, so we couldn't do anything about it, anyways we don't have any hopes of getting back each other but I couldn't see Alya in guilt so I've always tried to help her" he said. Many questions still wandered in her brain but Manik had shut them up. "Nandini, iske baare mein zyada mat socho, I think you've heard about the medical camp! so be ready for it" he said and left from there. "But if he doesn't love Alya why did he rejected me in the first place" she remembered the first time when she met him. She dismissed her silly thoughts about him and went on.

Cabir called Navya. "Hum kal medical camp pe jaa rahe hai" he said. "No Cabir, I'm not going anywhere" she said strictly. "I've already called your mom, she said Ok and you're coming that's it" he cut the call and Navya went to her mom and asked if Cabir called her. "Navya, if everything is well, we would have not sent you anywhere but Cabir said that you need a little change and we think that will help you, now listen, medical camps jaana bhi doctor ka hi kaam hai, so you should go. Tumhe kahi pe bhi jaane se rok ke hum bhi itne din bahut bada galti kar diya ayinda se aisa nahi hoga, you'll always go to medical camps whenever you need to go, papa se main baat karungi" she said.

Manik saw Abhimanyu while leaving home. "Abhi, tum abhi bhi yaha ho? night duty bhi nahi hai na" he asked. "No, I don't wanna go home, so just chilling here" Abhi said but Manik didn't believe him. "Tu jokes maarna band kar aur jaldi ghar jao" he said and left. "Logon ki problem yahi hai, no one believes when you tell the truth" Abhi sighed as he couldn't go home.

Mukti came to hospital in the morning and she happened to meet Abhimanyu in his cabin. "Abhi, are you alright?" she asked seeing him in his night wear. "Yeah Mukti, I'm alright" he said casually having coffee. "I mean your dress, coffee and all, quite strange" she said. "I'm sorry Mukti but last night I didn't went home" he said. "Night duty thi?" she asked and he nodded no. She saw him frowning and quickly covered it up. "Abhimanyu, this hospital is all yours, you can stay here, get freshened up and chill here" she said. "Hai na Mukti, I can stay here na, that means I can take a bath here, main abhi fresh hoke aaunga" Mukti felt Abhimanyu's behavior strange and she went from there.

Mukti learns that Sanjana has been discharged. "Dad, agar hum hospital ki trustee ko theek nahi kar paye tho humara reputation ka kya hoga? And I'm her doctor, how did you let her go without my permission?" she asked Raman. "Mukti, its not our mistake, Sanjana had a donor in the past but she requested to donate to some other patient, and the other donor hasn't found yet, so her fiancé came and he was just shouting ki humse kuch na ho payega, and that's ridiculous, I've let her go with him and don't worry management ko main answer karunga" he said. Mukti is upset and Aryaman came to her to submit Sanju's reports. "Ab in reports ka koi bhi Fayda nahi hai" she put them aside.

Manik came to Mukti with his medical camp proposal. "Hi, Dr. Mukti, I hope you are well" he greeted her. "Yes, doctor I'm fine, thank you" she replied, "I heard that you have asked management for a medical camp for junior doctors, but uski kya zarurat thi" she asked. "Humara junior doctors sirf machines ke Tarah kaam karne lage, agar koi emergency aaye tho they should take their independent decisions instead of waiting for their seniors to arrive, I think you should send them Dr. Mukti" he said proving his point. "Navya, Cabir and Nandini" she read. "Dr. Alya abhi abhi recover hui thi, I can't take her so I've suggested Dr. Nandini" Manik said. She thought for a minute before signing the form Manik got. She signed and returned it to him.

"Here you go doctor, bas ek change kiya maine, Dr. Aryaman will replace Dr. Nandini, that's it" Mukti said when Manik is about to leave.
