Navya went inside without saying anything. The lady who said that she is Navya's mom sat there. Aryaman, Nandini and Cabir left from there. "Agar ye Navya ki mom hai, so who did we see at her home?" Aryaman asked in confusion. "So confusing here Aryaman" Nandini sighed. "Guys see, he isn't stable till now and he needs to be kept under observation" Cabir said seeing the reports Mukti handed over to him. "Who is handling this case?" Nandini asked. "Dr. Manik Malhotra" Cabir didn't even finish saying and Nandini thought of meeting him.

Nandini didn't even knock the door and entered his cabin. "Kya hua? knock bhi nahi kiya, bhul gayi, I'm your senior doctor" he raised his brows. "But you are not behaving like one" she says seriously. "Hua kya hai?" he asked putting his phone aside. "Aap ke friend Siddharth ka rishta ko aap abhi tak no nahi kaha" she asked him. "No he did not call me" Manik answered sincerely. "Tho aap call kijiye, tell him to call aunty and say no, chacha and chachi are getting on my nerves and they are building hopes" she said.

"Ok, tum tension mat lo, and I'm sorry mom ki taraf se" he said making her sit on the chair. "No, I didn't mean that but you know I don't want to marry now" she stammered as she said. "I know, I understand" he said and he assured her that he will take care of this issue. "I will explain Siddharth and mom too". Nandini trusted him and left from there. Manik thought he should help her out and decided to talk to him. He called Siddharth. "Hello" came the voice from other side.

"Hey Siddharth, Manik here" he said hesitantly. "Yeah Manik, sorry man I should have called you but you know na tight schedule" Siddharth said. "Yeah I know" Manik formally smiled. "Tell me how is Nandini? Did she ask about me? By God, since the day I have seen her photo, I'm eager to meet her. Tell me about her" he asked Manik while Manik is little shocked to see him curious about her.

"Oh! you didn't even see her clearly and knowing and meeting her, you'll surely have to go long way. But Siddharth, she has a concern, she doesn't want to marry you, I'm sorry from mom's side for that she did not ask Nandini before sending her photo" Manik genuinely apologized to Siddharth and hoped he will understand. Much to Manik's dismay, he laughed out.

"C'mon Manik, aunty was right then. She told me that Nandini will say no but I didn't expect you will be her messenger. Chill dude, I'm coming there anyway, I will convince her" he said and Manik didn't believe his ears as he cut the call. "What the hell! Can't he understand that a girls' no means no. No Nandini doesn't deserve someone like him. How sensible she is!" he thought for a while. "Why Nandini didn't wear that saree today? Did she not believe that it is for her" he was wondered and thought of doing something.

Mukti and Abhi waited for the reports which ward boy handed over to Abhi. Raman was also there with them. "Yes sir, it's a match" Abhi said and passed the reports to him. Mukti also had a look at them. "Yes, then we can arrange for surgery" Raman said. "Then ask Ishitha ma'am to get ready" Abhi said. "Will someone tell me what's going on here?" Mukti asked as she lost her patience since morning. She couldn't tolerate the pressure inside her. Abhimanyu told her everything that Raman couldn't tell. "Ishitha ma'am and Raman sir have never cheated your mom, they didn't kill her. Her insecurities did. You know what! Just because of your mom, Ishitha ma'am lost her reputation, her house owner threw her out on road, she lost everything. In fact she closed all her ways out and in one way she instigated Raman sir to marry Ishitha ma'am" Raman stood there unable to guess Mukti's reaction.

Mukti held her father's collar and cried hard. "Mukti please stop crying" she looked at Raman. "I loved Shagun so much, we would have lived very happily if she didn't have opted for surrogacy. We brought Ishitha into our lives just for you" Mukti hugged him. "Why didn't you say this before dad?" she asked crying. "We tried Mukti but you behaved violently whenever you saw Ishitha" he said. Mukti wiped off her tears and was about to leave the room. "Call her dad. Abhimanyu please get the OT ready for transplantation" she said and left. "Mukti surgery ke liye maan gayi sir, Ishitha ma'am ko kuch mat bolna and ask her to come soon" Abhi said and Raman called Ishitha and ask her to get ready for transplantation.

"But Mukti kaise maan gayi iske liye, kya hua Raman? Is she alright?" Ishitha asked worried about Mukti. "Yes, we told everything to Mukti and she herself asked to call you" Ishitha felt happy hearing Raman. She came to hospital with Ruhi and met Raman. "Where is Mukti?" she asked and saw Mukti in a corner of that room. "Mukti" Ishitha called her lovingly. Tears rolled down her cheeks and spread her hands for Mukti.

Mukti turned aside and Ishitha pleaded Mukti to talk to her. "Ma'am, please don't take stress, Pehle surgery ke liye ready hona hai, come on Mukti you too" he took them and Ishitha felt sad as Mukti didn't talk to her. Cabir constantly tried to meet Navya but she ignored him and didn't allow him near her father. Manik came there. "Navya don't you know that Cabir is the duty doctor here" he asked her. "Sir, he is my father and I have to be here with him" she said. "No arguments Navya, rules are rules and hospital has all the rights to take action against you if you behave like this, now get back, Cabir get the tests done" Cabir did as said by Manik. "If you want to be with your dad, take an off and be here but if I see you here you know what I will do" he warned her seriously.

"Sir please" Navya requested him. "What if you misinterpret a report? Look how you are crying? Will you be able to take wise decisions in this condition? Its for your benefit Navya don't break the rules" he said and asked Cabir to send her out. "Please Navya, I will take care of your dad, please go and have food" he said. Navya's mom tried to talk to Navya but she ignored.

Mukti and Ishitha underwent surgery simultaneously. Abhimanyu came out after the surgery, "Surgery success sir" Raman relaxed till eternity. "Few days Ishitha ma'am ko regular check ups karwana padega and Mukti is absolutely well" Abhi said, "by the way Ruhi kaha hai?" he asked Raman. "I asked her to stay in Ishitha's cabin" he said. "It will take time for both Mukti and Ishitha ji to get conscious, you be with Ruhi until then sir" he said and Raman left for Ruhi. Aryaman and Nandini were still confused seeing Navya's behavior.

"Aryaman! Navya's mom" Nandini said. "Which mom? Hospital wali ya ghar wali" he asked. "What?" Nandini asked confused. "Uthna hi confused hu main" he said as if he read her mind. "Its ghar wali aunty, we knew her, lets go" Nandini said and pulled Aryaman to meet Navya's mom. "Hi aunty" Nandini greeted her. "Navya ke liye lunch leke aayi ho?" he asked seeing the lunch pack in her hand. "Ha beta" she replied. "Aunty Navya aap ka beti hai na?" Nandini asked without hesitation. "Sorry, don't get me wrong but someone said that she is Navya's mom and Navya didn't answer anything" she understood that Navya's friends came to know about her parents.

"Yes, hum Navya ke asli parents nahi hai" she told. "But why does Navya don't stay with her parents? Is she angry with them?" Nandini asked her. "Right now, I can't tell you anything Nandini, mujhe Pehle Navya se milna hai" she asked to take her to Navya. Nandini showed Navya to her and went away after Navya didn't wanted to speak anything about it. Aryaman and Nandini decided to give her some time and not to disturb her. "Kitna ajeeb hai na, we've together for many days but we haven't even know each other" Aryaman said referring to Navya. "But you guys know very well about me" Nandini stressed. "Nandini, that's because of your nature, you don't hide anything from anyone. You are still a child at heart" he caressed her hair.

"Don't you dare call me a child Aryaman, I'm not. Tell me now, do I behave childish?" she demanded. "Yes of course, abhi bhi tum childish behave kar rahi ho" he stated obviously. "Let Cabir come, I will tell you" she said. "See Cabir ke bina tum kuch soch nahi sakti, so you want Cabir to answer me on your behalf" he teased Nandini. "Kya ho raha hai idhar? Main Cabir naam sun liya idhar se" Cabir said coming inside their common room. "Ah, there he is, Cabir, your savior" Aryaman said.

"Who? Me! No no, Nandini ka savior tho New York se aane wala hai, didn't you hear what uncle, aunty told about, naam kya hai uska Nandini?" Cabir teased her. "Siddharth" they all turned to see Manik at the door. "Yes, maine Siddharth ko call kiya Nandini" he informed her. "Oh abhi se baat bhi ho raha hai, Nandini hume bataya hi nahi?" Cabir turned to Nandini but Manik spoke then, "Cabir, please she said she doesn't want to marry, I said the same to Siddharth. He is anyway coming India on some other work, tum ek baar usse milke yahi kaho ki you don't want to marry him" Manik said as simple as that.

"Phirse no kehna padega bechari Nandini" Aryaman sighed and looked at Manik. Nandini secretly eyed Aryaman. "Cabir, what's the Navya's father case progress?" Manik asked. "He is still unstable sir" Cabir opened the report and saw a piece of paper. "Yeh kya hai?" Manik took it and it read, "To Nandini" and looked at Nandini. Cabir grabbed before Nandini can take it. "yeh tho almost love letter hai" Cabir gasped. "What?" she asked.

"Sir, ye thoda personal hai, actually I shouldn't read it, Nandini I didn't completely read it, take" he gave it to her and she read it. "What does it say?" Aryaman asked curiously. "I don't know who is writing it, yesterday in my room and now in case reports" she said. Aryaman wondered as he doesn't know about the letter in her room asking her to accept the gift. "It was a hand written letter yesterday and today its printed one" Cabir said. "Matlab, someone who knows Nandini so close only can do this, if it is true not only Nandini we're all being watched and followed" Aryaman said and this made Nandini clueless about who is following her.

"Guys but I never felt that someone is following me? Maybe someone is doing it by purpose. Anyway this letter doesn't mean any harm to me" she said coolly. "You can't just easily give up like this Nandini" Manik said. She nodded. "OK I got to go" Manik said and left the room but he went to the adjacent room from where he could here them talking. "What's in that letter Nandini?" Aryaman asked. "Thanks for accepting my gift and you're so special to me. It also says that I should wear the saree then only the person will believe that I have taken the gift" she said. "No you aren't going to wear it" Aryaman said. "Nandini, ye tho tumhara secret admirer nikla, don't you wanna give a return gift to your admirer" Cabir asked.

"What's the plan?" Nandini asked. "Arre plan wan kuch nahi, I said won't you give a return gift?" he said genuinely. "But kaise? I don't know who is it!" she said. "Isme samajne wali baat kya hai? A girl will not gift a girl that too aise secretly surprise karna, is not a girly thing at all. So its a boy who gave it to you. Secondly, he kept a letter in the case report and in your room too, that means he follows you everywhere, so wherever you keep the gift he will take it" he said simply. "Aur kya gift doon main?" she asked. "Anything you wish, dimaag lagao" Cabir said. "Tum dono pagal ho gaye ho" Aryaman said to them which they however ignored.

Mukti and Ishitha have gained conscious. Abhi met Mukti. "How are you feeling now Mukti?" he asked her. "Better, just pain and nothing" she told, "Abhimanyu dad kaha hai? I want to meet him" she asked about Raman and Abhimanyu said he will inform Raman about her. Raman comes to see Mukti. "Mukti, are you feeling better?" he asked with concern. "Why didn't you tell me before about Dr. Ishitha, dad?" she asked. "If you had tell me earlier, today I need not call her Dr. Ishitha" she said with teary eyes. Abhimanyu got Ishitha to meet Mukti in wheel chair. "I stopped him Mukti" Ishitha said and Mukti looked at her and saw Ruhi stood behind her not knowing what's happening.

"Yes, I stopped him, I was afraid that I would lose you" Ishitha said crying. "Ishitha, control yourself" Raman said. "Please sir, let her cry, itne dino baad wo apni badi beti se mili hai na" Abhi said and let Ishitha cry. "I miss you maa" Mukti said and hugged Ishitha. Ishitha had no words and Mukti called Ruhi near her. Ishitha saw Ruhi and saw Mukti. "Ruhi, your little sister" she said. "Why are you hiding there?" Mukti asked Ruhi. "Aap kon ho? You fought with my dad last night" she asked innocently. "Beta, Ruhi ye tumhari badi behen hai" Raman said.

"Yes, I fought with dad because he left me alone and took only you out for dinner, I was angry on him" she said to Ruhi. "Oh I'm sorry, I was in boarding school, I didn't know you are my sister" Ruhi said holding her ears. "Mujhe Chinese khaana bahut pasand hai, so I asked dad to take me out" Ruhi said. "But you know what? Mom and dad loves me more, even when they take only you out" Mukti teased Ruhi. "Mumma loves you more Ruhi" Ishitha said to calm down Ruhi.

"Navya, please beta ghar aa jao, papa aur main tumhe bahut miss karte hai, please ghar aa jao" Navya ignored her mom. Nandini went home night and thought about gifting her secret admirer. She is thrilled about her secret admirer. Navya did not went home to look after her dad. "I know you can't avoid us Navya" she said. "Why are you still at the back of me? For God sake, leave me alone. I wont come back to you, I already told you" she said crying. "Galti ho gayi humse but please don't talk to us like that" she said. she got impatient and said she is going to kill herself if Navya doesn't talk. Navya did not respond. She opened a window from there and tried to scare Navya. She lost her balance and fell down. "Maa" Navya shouted loudly. She saw her mom in a pool of blood and rushed ground floor. She saw crowd around her. Ward boys took her inside and Navya came there. Dr. Sushma was the only duty doctor that day.

"Death time 12:10 am" Dr. Sushma recorded and Navya stood there motionless.
