"What?" Nandini exclaimed as she heard Alya saying. "Ma'am" she tried to explain Mukti but was interrupted.

"Nandini, now that you are proved, I suspend you from all the surgeries this week and you will be doing discharge sheets and admission forms clearance" Nandini nodded having no choice.

"Everyone can leave" they dispersed leaving Mukti alone in her cabin. Alya went behind Nandini. "Hey Nandini, don't mess with me, see I have separated you and Manik, two surgeries bahut kuch ho sakta hai" she smirked.

"Itni jaldi khushi mat manao Alya" Nandini said to Alya. "Kya karoge tum?" Alya provoked Nandini. "Bahut kuch" Aryaman intervened. "You!" Alya said gritting her teeth.

"Kripya ungli neeche rakhna hai Alya ji, aap yaha se jaayiye" Cabir told to her. Alya went from there as Aryaman and Cabir are there. Navya comes there.

"Nandini, I'm so sorry actually I took the surgical instruments out of the hospital, I didn't know that Alya saw me" Navya feels guilty. "It's okay Navya, you might have done it to help someone but Alya, don't know usse ye sab karke kya khushi milti hogi" Nandini sighed.

"Nandini I will tell Mukti ma'am that it was not you who did that" Navya said. "No Navya, Mukti ma'am will punish both of us then, it's okay anyhow Dr. Manik ke saath kaam karna is also not less than punishment"

She cheered up Navya and went to work on discharge sheets. "This Alya is getting on our nerves, isko sabak sikhana zaruri hai" Aryaman told to Cabir.

Mukti became busy in arranging for the health check up. Ishitha called Raman to check whether he met Ruhi.
"Did you meet Ruhi, is she fine?" she asked tensed. "Ha I met her, she is missing us but maine usse samjha diya, you don't worry" he said.

"You look weak these days, you should not take stress" Raman said with concern. "Work load ki wajhe se ho raha hoga, next medical camp ke liye aap jaa rahe hai?" Ishitha asked him.

"Manik jaa raha hai junior doctors bhi uske saath jaa raha hai". Ishitha asked Raman to go back before someone see them together. Raman left from there.

Alya saw police while going to the ward she got assigned. "Excuse me yaha itne saare police men kyu hai?" she enquired a constable. "The patient joined here is a murderer usne do murder kiya hai" Alya got afraid to enter his room. After some time, she went to Manik.

"Hey Manik" she greeted him. "Patient history" he said without looking at her face. "Patient name is Khan, age 32 presented to us with back pain and chest pain" she said in a go when interrupted by Manik.

"Chest pain! Then why you are here go and get cardio help" he tried to send her out. "Cardiac problem nahi this is due to gastric attack" she explained him showing the reports. "Uska main problem hallucinations hai" she said.

"So what tests you have performed?" he asked her. "It's time waste anyway, he is going to be hanged in a week" she said. "Tests karwaya ya nahi" he asked her. "Usse kuch nahi hua, he is completely OK, by the way I forgot to tell you he has got blood vomitings" she said carelessly.

"Patient ko blood vomitings ho raha hai and you find him normal! You are sick Alya" he took his stethoscope and walked out.

"Ayyappa, yeh discharge sheets aur admission notes likh likh ke main thak gayi" Nandini prayed God. A couple came there. "Hi, what's your problem?" she asked them.

"Doctor, I'm not feeling well these days, not feeling like eating anything" he said and Nandini took him to check up. They came back after a while.

"Whatever I'm going to say please listen to me carefully without panic" she mentally prepared them. "Yes doctor" they nodded. "Actually I know it's weird but you are pregnant" she said shocking them.

"What!" they are shocked. "Doctor, I'm a male how can I be?" he said unbelievingly. "Please don't panic, I got doubt so I got your ultrasound done, you are in safe hands, don't worry we will take care" she assured them and sent them back.

"Navya, I have a super duper news to tell you" Nandini pulled Navya. "What is it Nandini? I don't have any energy left" she sighed. "You will jump and run if I show you this" Nandini gave the reports to Navya.

"Kya hai isme! Ultrasound scan" she looked at it casually. "Patient name kya hai" Nandini gave a clue. "Mr. Gagan, what! Mister! Is this true? I can't believe it" Navya jumped in excitement. "I wanna see Mukti ma'ams reaction, I will just be back" she ran to Mukti. "You have to tell me all the details after that" Navya told her.

Mukti and Abhimanyu sat together. "Do you need any help in organizing the health check up?" he offered her. "Oh yeah I would love to" she said smiling. "Ma'am!" she interrupted them. "I have an amazing news" she is excited

"Go on Nandini". "Ma'am there is a patient who presented to us with complaint of morning sickness and growth of mass in the stomach, when diagnosed he is found to be pregnant" she said.

"What!" Mukti and Abhimanyu said in unison. "Yes ma'am I confirmed it" she said with confidence. "Impressive, you will take all the responsibility of the case, I will make sure you will do this surgery too" Nandini is more than happy. She took Mukti's hand in her hand in excitement. "Sorry ma'am" she said as she didn't realize what she has done.

"Nandini leave before I change my mind" Mukti said seriously and Nandini left. She bumped into Manik.

"Oh hello, surgery ke liye time ho raha hai" he mocked at her. "No sir, it's Alya who is accompaning you for the next two surgeries, I'm in punishment" she said.

"Kis galti ki punishment?" he asked her. "Breaking rules" she said in low voice. "I knew it, but I didn't know Mukti was so intelligent that even without complaining she took action against you" Manik smirked. Nandini is confused and then thought of offering food to Nyonika.

"Aunty got discharged?" she asked. "Yeah she is, I dropped her home" he said casually and this surprised her. "Actually mujhe kuch kaam bhi hai" she understood that he needs some help from her.

"My mom needs a lady doctor, so will you please help me out" he said and she couldn't believe her ears. "This must be a crazy day" she thought but he heard as she spoke out.

"Must be really crazy! Me and you talking. I'm actually asking you for help that's really crazy, isn't it? Amazing na just like the spicy carrot halwa you made, making no sense at all" she made a sad pout. "OK, I will come after my shift to see aunty" she extended her hand but he chucked it. "Thank you" he left with a smile plastered.

"Monster Manik" she murmured seeing him leave. Manik walked into Khan's room. He sat beside them. "Hey bro, what's up?" he hi-fied him. "Doctor, are you fine?" he asked seeing Manik enthusiastic.

"Of course, I am. May I ask you something?" Manik asked him pouring alcohol in the glasses. "Sir, aap doctor hoke ye sab?" he is shocked to see him offering wine.

"Doctor ho tho kya! Aap mere sawaal ka jawab nahi diya?" Manik offered a glass to him. "I know what you will ask! Yes I killed them she was cheating on me with her boyfriend" he said with anger evident in his voice and face.

He took a sip and saw Manik. "Don't you drink?" he asked him. "No. I'm on duty, this is for you, have it" Manik offered bottle. "No, I don't want" he denied Manik.

"You don't want or you cannot" Manik has hit the right chord and Mr. Khan finished the whole bottle within a gulp. "Nobody can rule me, if I have to die, these police cannot kill me, I will die myself when I wished" he said proudly.

"Bro, I'm sorry now you can't die on your own" Manik said with a smirk. "Jail mein aap xerox machine handle karte the na!" Manik asked.

"Aapko kaise pata?" he asked. "Because you used xerox toner liquid and you drank it all to die but then just now the foreign brand liquor you finished in a gulp won't let you die, the ethanol in the alcohol I gave you took all the poison in your body, you are free to go out bro" Manik left from there and saw Alya out.

"Manik, he is dangerous! What were you doing with him?" she asked him as she saw him coming out.

"Alya I said stay away from me. He is my patient, you know why he killed her, because she left him" Manik said to Alya.

"I never cheated on you Manik" Alya felt bad. "But you killed me too" she said with a lump in her throat. "What! I killed you!" Manik laughed at her choice of words. "I didn't kill you Alya, I died everyday" he left her there and walked away.

Nandini waited for Manik outside his cabin. "Sir" she called him as she saw him. "Yeah, so you are coming home?" he asked and she nodded in agreement. "Chalo, let's leave it's getting late" he said taking his keys from pockets. "But address!" Nandini wondered.

"Why do you need address when I'm taking you there?" he asked her. "Because I want to come on my own" she blurted out. "Nandini mom will be waiting for us so I will take you home" Manik said peacefully trying to be calm.

"No I can't come with you" she is testing his patience. "Try and understand we both are going to same place" she blabbered. "No I can't come with you because" she stopped.

"Because" he asked with a question mark. "Because, you are monster Manik" and this was enough to make Manik lose his cool. "You know what! Yes, I'm monster and only for you and even I'm not interested to take you, it's just because of my mom, I'm tolerating you" they started to fight again but Manik thought that would only worsen the situation which is of no use.

"Nandini chup chap car mein baith jaana" he said and he knew that she won't come. He dragged her towards the exit of hospital and she is shocked.

"What are you doing? Hospital main?" she could hardly speak. "You called me monster and I should show you how a monster behaves, now walk or else I will have to carry you" Nandini walked behind him as she is scared that he might carry her. She checked her surroundings to look if someone saw them.

"Aryaman ko dhoond rahi ho?" she looked at Manik when he spoke. "Wo Aryaman hai superman nahi to be always around you when I'm around" Nandini sighed and he opened the door for her. She sat without any argument.

Mukti called Navya, Alya and Aryaman. "Yes, I've called you all here to inform that board wants to send junior doctors for a medical camp" she announced.

"So I have decided to send three of you and Dr. Manik will be your incharge" Mukti didn't even finish the sentence when Alya interrupted her. "Wow! Manik and I going together, it's just amazing".

Mukti is annoyed and gave a sharp glare to Alya which didn't go unnoticed by Aryaman. He said that he is in.

"No ma'am I can't go anywhere" Navya said to Mukti.
