Alya couldn't believe what she heard from Manik. It caused her so much pain. She at least hoped that some day Manik will understand her but he confirmed that there is no hope left in their relationship. She explained herself that at least he gave a clarification that she shouldn't wait for him to change. What shocked her more is Manik saying that they never loved each other. He said that they both were a habituated to live together. He didn't wait for her reply after saying that. No one except for Alya now, exactly knew that Manik has changed so much.

Navya's mother-in-law comes to hospital to meet Navya. She sympathizes with Navya on seeing how her father treated her. "Navya, kya kiya tumhara papa?" she asked Navya but she kept silent. "Kuch tho bolo Navya, wo tumhe maar rahe hai aur tum kuch bol bhi nahi rahi ho! Kabse itni strong ban gayi beta" she cried and Navya consoled her. "Ye sab tho main aap se hi seekhi thi na maa" Navya said as she looked on. "Please Navya ghar aaja beta" she requested to return home. "No maa, papa needs me now, there is no one to look after him, I promised mom that I will take care of him, please don't ask me to come home again, never" Navya said crying. "But you should promise that you will tell me everything happened there, and remember we are always by your side" she said to Navya. "But maa, who told you about all this? Tum achanak aise hospital kaise aa gayi?" Navya asked her. "Ha, main tho bhul hi gayi thi, Cabir said that something is wrong and he asked me to meet and talk to you" she said and Navya thought of Cabir.

Nyonika, Shrikant meet Mr. and Mrs. Murthy. "In dono se kuch nahi hoga Nyonika ji" she complained to Nyonika. "Mujhe bhi kuch aisa hi lag raha hai" Nyonika said disappointed. "Why don't we ask them directly if they liked each other now" Shrikant suggested. "Shri, ye bahut hi waahiad idea hai, it wont work" Nyonika ignored him. "Nahi Nyonika ji, mujhe bhi yahi sahi lag raha hai" Nandini's chachi said. "But aise thodi wo batayenge hume" Nyonika had a point. "Nandini aap se sab kuch batata hai, wo aap ki baat aise easily ignore nahi kar deti, aap ke liye wo Siddharth ko mana nahi kiya tha na" Nyonika thought for a minute.

"Murthy ji, aap kuch kahoge?" she asked him. "Ha Shannoo ji, jasie aap ko theek lage" he nodded. "Hum husbands ke yahi problem hai Murthy ji, when we say something, they don't approve and when they have already decided on something, humare opinion maangthe hai" Nyonika and Shannoo gets offended. "Hope Manik ka haal humare jasie na ho jaye" they wished for Manik. "Waisa hi hoga, kyunki jab tak wife hai tab tak life hai" Nyonika said. Nyonika called Nandini and asked her to come home in the evening while Shannoo asked Manik to meet her after his shift. They both decide that Manik and Nandini shouldn't be there at their respective home when the other is there.

Mukti is scared and is afraid about what Mr. Sharma had said about her and Abhimanyu. She asked Aryaman to get him diagnosed again so that she can continue her treatment. After seeing the reports Aryaman said that he was true about his health condition. Mukti and Aryaman goes to see Mr. Sharma. He smiled seeing them. "So, you've confirmed again that I was true" he smiled and it instigated Mukti. "Aap ka problem kya hai? Last time it was undiagnosable" she said. "But I said that I have a tumor you should have started treatment, now it is in advanced stage" he said. "Then why didn't you go to some other hospital, we sent you back but its not like we are the only hospital in the city" Mukti added.

"I know but like you, nobody believed me" he said. "That's what every normal human doctor does" Mukti sighed. "Do you know why I have chosen this hospital out of all the hospitals" he asked Mukti. "Honge kuch faaltu reasons aap ke paas, but I'm not interested to listen. Treatment ke badle mein hum aapse paise nahi maangenge but please just shut up" she said to him. "I know you cant save me but just try your luck" he taunted Mukti. Its out of control for Mukti now. "Aryaman, I cant treat such a maniac, main jaa rahi hu yaha se, I will guide you what to do, please take care of him" Mukti went out and Aryaman followed him. "Ma'am, aap unke baton pe dhyaan mat dena" he said and Mukti fumed in anger.

"No, I'm fed up of this, I will tell you what to do, main bas surgery ke time aaungi, you take care" she said as she left. Aryaman felt he was a dangerous man. He wore a mask when he returned to Mr. Sharma. He laughed seeing Aryaman. "Ye mask kyu pehna hai" he asked Aryaman. "Aap ne face reading karne se Pehle hi main face cover kar raha hu" Aryaman said. "Sahi hai bhai" he said and Cabir came to Aryaman. "Mukti ma'am isn't here?" he asked Aryaman. "No, she just left" he replied. "Wo Rakesh Sanju ko le jaana chahtha hai yaha se" Cabir said to Aryaman. "Hadd hai, he is crossing his limits" Aryaman said. "Wo kuch nahi kar payega" Mr. Sharma said. "Ye kaun hai?" Cabir asked Aryaman. "Aap kya please kuch der ke liye shaant rahoge?" Aryaman is irritated with him. "I'm telling truth wo Rakesh Sanju ko kuch harm nahi karega" he said again. Aryaman took Cabir outside.

"What was he telling there?" Cabir asked. "He tells that he is an astrologer and face reader, wo Mukti ma'am se bhi kuch ulta seeda keh diya and she left from here" Aryaman explained the situation to Cabir and informed Mukti about Rakesh and Sanju. Mukti went to confront Rakesh. "You can't take control on a patient like this, Mr. Rakesh but I'm sorry, she needs a donor very soon, and aapke personal ego se kuch galat decisions mat lena. You can take her anywhere in the world but ultimately you need a donor for her" Mukti explained her situation.

"But doctor, I don't want to be here, please mujhe ghar jaane dijiye" Sanju asked Mukti. "Yeh sab iske wajhe se hua tha" Rakesh told Mukti what had happened. Mukti said to Sanju that she will be discharged and asked them to pray to God so that she gets a donor soon. "Itna stress Sanju ke liye theek nahi hai, Mr. Rakesh please focus on it" Mukti advised. "I know uske happiness ke liye kya karna hai, I will definitely search for a donor but before that humare shaadi hoga" he said looking at Sanju. "Sanju, please lets get married in a week, please baby" he asked her and she looked at Aryaman. He felt like Rakesh had pierced him in his heart. "Yes" Sanju's words had hit him like never before. Cabir held Aryaman so that he could console him. Rakesh took Sanju from there.

"I'm sorry for you Aryaman, I don't know tum ne aisa kyu kiya but I can see how much you love her, with all your love, search a donor for her" Mukti said to Aryaman and consoled him. She left from there. "Aryaman, you shouldn't fall weak, have faith in God" Cabir told him. Aryaman stood up suddenly. "God! Cabir, we can ask that Sharma about Rakesh, we might know if Rakesh is really cheating on her or not" Aryaman said. "Tu ye sab believe kar raha hai?" Cabir asked as Aryaman didn't made sense to him. Aryaman rushed to Mr. Sharma. He took him on a wheel chair. "Sir, I don't know aap kitne bade astrologer ya face reader kya aap mere liye kisi ka sach bata sakte hai" he asked hoping a yes as an answer. "Sure doctor" he readily agreed. "Tum pagal ho gaye ho kya?" Cabir whispered to Aryaman.

Aryaman and Cabir showed Rakesh to Mr. Sharma. "Please tell me, is that guy cheating on her?" Aryaman asked. Rakesh was filling forms in the reception. "Iska answer tumhe pata hai na" Mr. Sharma said. "Kyu aap ko nahi pata?" Cabir mocked him. "Sir, please mere paas utna waqt nahi hai, please tell me if he is cheating on her, because she is not believing me" Aryaman pleaded. "Ok, ok let me read his face once again" he said and looked at Rakesh again. "Yes, you're right, he is cheating on her and she blindly believes him" Mr. Sharma said. "Dekha, maine already bola tha na, Sanju isn't believing me" Aryaman said.

"Aryaman, he is bluffing you. He just told what you wanted to hear, that's it" Cabir tried to convince Aryaman. "Dekho, I will ask him now" Cabir said when he saw Navya coming near them. "Look at that girl, uske baare mein kuch boliye" Cabir asked him. He looked at Navya for few moments. "Independent doctor hai, apni mann ki sunti hai kisi ki baat nahi. Its definitely a tough phase in her life. I think tum uss kiss ki wajhe se usse itna naraz rehna is bullshit" Mr. Sharma said to Cabir. Cabir confirmed that Navya isn't coming near him. "Dekha, he said what happened between you and Navya too? Ab tho believe karoge na" Aryaman said to Cabir. "He already trusts me, but asked that because he wanted to know about Navya, baat nahi kr raha hai na abhi" he smiled. "Yaar, seriously I wanted to know what's going on in Navya's life" Cabir agreed. "Then go find out yourself" Aryaman said and left with Mr. Sharma.

"How could you support him being my lawyer?" Abhimanyu was on phone when Mukti came to meet him. He didn't notice her. "I don't know what you will do, but mujhe mera ghar chahiye" he said and Mukti heard him. "You clearly know what I will do if I don't get it back" he seemed to warn the lawyer on phone. "Who's that Abhi?" Mukti's question had made him realize her presence. "Main aapko baad mein call karunga" he said and Mukti wanted to know what's the matter. "It's nothing Mukti" he ignored her question. "But you were talking about your house Abhimanyu, I never asked you about it but please tell me kya hua ghar ke liye tum lawyer se kyu baat kar rahe ho?" Mukti asked him.

"You wouldn't need to know it Mukti, I'll tell you once everything is sorted" Abhimanyu tried to change the topic but Mukti isn't listening to him. "Why can't you understand what I'm telling Mukti?" Abhimanyu's words hurt her. "Who I'm I to you Abhimanyu? I'm I nothing to you, I asked to share your worries with me, did I ask for more?" Abhimanyu melted seeing her in tears. "That Mr. Sharma, you proved him true" she said with tears. Abhi stopped her. "Never in your dreams Mukti, aisa sochna bhi mat" Abhi warned her.

"I don't know how you'll take it but yeah listen. My flat, it's on my mom's name. My mom is my dad's second wife. In reality my dad never divorced his first wife" Mukti is shocked as Abhimanyu suffered through all the pain that she had also been through. "Abhi I know how that pain is!" she said. "No Mukti, you will never understand because all your life you just blamed Ishitha aunty as the other woman in your dad's life but the fact is just like your mom she is also his wife, mere saath bhi aisa hi hua tha" he continued.

"That flat was a gift to my mom from my dad before his death. My dad had another son with his first wife. Anand, my half brother but he constantly blamed me for being an illegitimate son and my mom for being another woman in my dad's life till her death. Now he is claiming that my dad never gifted anything to mom and says that he owns the flat" Mukti heard Abhimanyu and felt sorry for him. "I'm so sorry for behaving like an idiot" she apologized. "Do you still care for me and love me like the way you do?" he asked. "Yes Abhi my love for you doesn't change" she assured him. "Thank you so much Mukti, I was scared to tell you this as you suffered so much for having another woman in your dad's life" he said as he leaned on her shoulder. "But then life had another plans for me" she said as she smiled. Abhimanyu asked Mukti to not to reveal anything about him. She promised to keep it as a secret forever.

Manik had set out and went near parking. He saw Alya near her car and asked her. "What happened Alya?". "Are you going home?" she asked him. "Yeah" he told her. "Thank God, could you please drop me, actually my car had a flat tire" she asked. "Sure but mujhe raaste mein kuch kaam hai, Nandini ke ghar jaana padega" he said. "Nandini ke ghar? Kyu?" she asked him. "Even I don't know, her chachi called me" he said and they both started. They talked about the case as they reached Nandini's home.

"Hi chachu" he smiled as Mr. Murthy opened the door. Mr. Murthy had cordially invited him in and then saw Alya with him. "Hi chachi, good evening" he wished her and Mr. Murthy signed to her about Alya. She greeted both Manik and Alya. He introduced them to her and said that his mom is now friends with Nandini's chachi. Shannoo calls Murthy inside.

"Isko saath mein kyu laaya hoga Manik ne?" Shannoo asked him. "Shannoo ji, how would I know? Mujhe tho ye bhi nahi pata yeh ladki kaun hai" he said innocently. "Wo yahi hai Manik ki ex" she said it secretly. "We're about to ask him about Nandini and he is still with her?" Mr. Murthy's temper rose. He swiftly went out to see Manik.

"Manik, I know these ladies are troubling you, your mom asked for a recipe from us but say her that we aren't ready to give it, you may go now" Manik didn't even understand why they called him to meet and now they're sending him out too.
