Louis Tomlinson Adopted Me; Chapter One.

"Hello There." someone said behind me. I slowly turned around to see a guy with brown hair looking at me,

"Uh, Hi..." I said trying to not sound awkward. But failed. I kept messing with the lock on the drawer when finally I could slide it open.

"I'm Louis." he said smiling at me.

"Oh, you're the guy in the boy band that donates stuff to us every week!" I replied to him.

he chuckled, "That's Me."

I looked around in the drawer and grabbed my Nintendo. I took some flour out of my pocket and made a trap for Miss. Green when she goes to open it again.

"What are you doing Love?" Louis asked me with confused look on his face.

"Giving this witch a taste of her own medicine." I replied. He started laughing and came towards me. He bent down at Miss. Green's chair and took a knife out of his pocket taking screws out of the chair. I laughed,

"She is an old Grouch." He said getting back up and patting me on the head. I laughed.

I went towards her closet and quickly picked the lock and took my skateboard out of it.

"Where'd you learn to pick locks?" Louis said.

"Well, when you've been here as long as I have. You have to learn some stuff." I said sighing. I looked down at the ground.

"You're an Orphan?" he asked looking at me sadly. I slowly nodded.

"I've been here for ten years. I was adopted twice and returned twice. All the parents that adopted me got drunk and hur-... well. let's just say they weren't the best people in the world." I couldn't tell him they hurt me. what was I thinking. I looked up at Louis to see a sad look on his face.

"My names Noel. I'm the girl that's reading books in the living room when you come in on Fridays." I said trying to change the subject.

"You like to read the Peter Pan books right?" he asked with a small smile on his face. yeah, I had a thing for Peter Pan. I just loved the idea of being able to live in Neverland where no one can take you away and you can stay young forever. it was just so magical.

"Yeah." I replied smiling.

"Oh, I got you something." he said. He walked over to a box and took out two books and a peter pan plush doll, A bit childish. But I don't care. I smiled ear to ear and reached out and took them.

"Noel!" I heard Miss Green call from upstairs.

"I have to go." I said walking out, but then I turned around and hugged Louis tightly. "Thank You." I said, he wrapped his arms around me hugging me back.
